• Zofija (8/5): A lively, culture-filled weekend in Riga - Cosy and in very good location. Close to all touristic attractions. Host provided very detailed instructions how to find the property. Pay attention that property is on the 5th floor w/o elevator. There was everything we needed. Some issues with plumbing in the bathroom. But I hope it will be fixed soon 🙏

• Mr A (9/5): Loved it. - Lovely, spacious clean room. Nice view. Easy to get in & out, instructions clear & well thought out. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Riga. Everything close by. A perfect place to stay. Nothing negative.

• Moisés (9/5): Bonito apartamento cerca del centro de Riga - La comunicación con el anfitrión fue bastante rápida y resolutiva. El apartamento se ve limpio y moderno, además que resulta muy cómodo para estancias cortas. El apartamento está en una cuarta planta sin ascensor. Debería dejarlo más claro en el anuncio, ya que no es accesible para todos. La TV no tiene sintonización de canales locales, solo servicios de streaming.

• kikko7 (8/5): - Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Benissimo per un soggiorno breve. Caffè apprezzato! Il bagno necessita una pulizia degli scarichi. Al 5o piano di palazzo storico (scale) in zona non particolarmente bella ma comunque comoda.
• Maria (6/5): - Ottimo qualità prezzo. Struttura accogliente, vicina al centro storico raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con diversi mezzi proprio sotto l’appartamento. Assenza di ascensore.
• Bertrand (9/5): Appartement très bien situé et bien agencé - L'emplacement et la facilité d'accès au centre-ville, à la gare ferroviaire et la gare routière. Très bonne réactivité des hôtes, instructions d'accès claires. Le calme (malgré le fait que l'appartement donne sur une rue très passante : très bonne isolation phonoque grâce aux fenêtres !). Peut-être le manque de contact "direct" (physique) avec les hôtes, mais ils étaient toujours très réactifs et répondaient aux messages très rapidement. Donc pas vraiment dérangeant. .
• Johanna (7/5): - Hyvä sijainti Valitettavasti juuri majoittumisen aikana oli kaupungissa lämpöisen veden katkos, minkä piti kyllä palautua. Kuitenkin olimme ilman lämpöistä vettä pidempään, mitä oli arvioitu. Huoneistossa oli myös todella kuuma.
• Jens (5/5): Nicht für jedermann geeignet und hier ist einiges zu verbessern - Das Apartment hat eine gute Größe. Ich hatte um frühen check-in um 12 Uhr anstatt um 15 Uhr gebeten, da ich einen frühen Flug nach Riga hatte. Letztendlich konnte ich das Apartment um 17.30 Uhr beziehen. Die Straße ist extrem laut, offene Fenster sind nicht möglich. Das Apartment im oberen Stock (ohne Aufzug) und heizt sich extrem auf und braucht dringend eine Klimaanlage. Für jemanden, der älter, nicht fit oder nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sind die Treppen bis in den 4. Stock ohne Aufzug viel zu anstrengend. Bei warmem Wetter stinkt das Abflußrohr im Bad sehr, man muss den Badlüfter die gesamte Zeit laufen lassen. Die Einhand Mischbatterie vom Waschbecken im Bad funktioniert nicht richtig - der Hebel fällt immer wieder zu und das Wasser hört auf zu laufen - man muss sich einhändig waschen. Das TV ist nutzlos, da keine Antenne oder Kabel angeschlossen ist. Geht also nur mühevolles Internet TV und man muss seine eigenen Zugänge z.B. für Netflix mitbringen, wenn man etwas sehen will.
• Patricia (10/5): - Close to train station, supermarket and old town. Quiet. Modern decor. 5th floor and no lift. Fine for me but people with disabilities would be challenged.
• Vaicuna (9/5): Perfect Location, modern and cozy apartment. - Modern studio apartment. Everything you would need for short stay. Kitchen has all necessery apliances and cutlary. Bathroom spaciouse and has washing machine with washing capsules. Quiet building. Located in town centre. perfect location for all public transports and walking distance to Old Riga Town.

• Amelia (9/5): Superb - Great location, comfy bed, spacious, had everything we needed. Had an issue with getting into the apartment but staff replied quickly and was very helpful
• Hernan (9/5): Superb - Nice location just on the edge of old town No toaster in the kitchen . No free to air TV .The TV is subscription based viewing from the Internet. You have to walk four flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I liked it as it gave me a bit of a workout 😅
