• Alicia (10/5): Great Stay with an Amazing Host! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my stay! The host was very accommodating, always quick to respond, and checked in regularly to make sure we were doing well. Even when he wasn’t around, his brother was available and just as helpful, which made everything run smoothly. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was [insert small thing here — for example, “the Wi-Fi could have been a bit stronger” or “the area was a little noisy at night”], but overall, it didn’t take away from a great experience. I would definitely stay here again! The Wi-Fi could have been a bit stronger but overall, it didn’t take away from a great experience.

• Osama (2/5): It was too good to be true. This place isn’t well maintained - Had good parking and working appliances like the fridge and stove Oh don’t get me started. When we walked in the blinds wore broken and no sense of privacy. The washroom upstairs toilet was broken. The dining table chair was broken. The blinds for the backyard for not functional so we had no privacy again. The 1st bedroom is infested with bedbugs. Bedbugs is ridiculous.
• Leah (9/5): Overall a very good stay and good location. - I thought the location and actual house was lovely. The host was very nice and attentive as well. Overall, it was a good stay and I'm glad I booked this house. It was a bit confusing having to contact two different people for assistance. Midway through the stay, the upstairs toilet also stopped working. Although the host and other person were attentive, the toilet wasn't repaired prior to our stay.
• Andreas (7/5): Satisfied but could be better - Lots of space, good location for both downtown and Niagara falls Not very friendly for infants, lots of glass surfaces and plant pots. Needed more cooking resources: herbs and utensils. Noisy at times. Awkward to hear people in other parts of the house, behind closed locked doors. One family member developed an allergic reaction to something in the house (probably bed bugs, like others have mentioned). Listing had false information: there is no washing machine or baby chair. Beds were super squeaky.
• Zafreen (1/5): Bed bugs & a horrible lying host - We booked this home for about two weeks but stayed for 2 nights and had to leave to another rental because of BED BUGS. The bedrooms were covered with bed bugs. I recorded videos of them crawling on the walls and beds. Each bed had the wheels on top of bowls. So it was clear the host was aware there were bed bugs and was trying a home remedy to get rid of them. The host was extremely rude and refused to refund us despite the fact that we stayed only two days and left. The entire house was filthy too. The carpets were extremely dirty with hair all over them too. Bed bugs are a major issue and the fact that this host was clearly aware of bed bugs being on the property is really just disgraceful. He kept telling us “I have no issue with giving you a full refund please reach out to booking.com” which we did. They told us they need a written confirmation from the host which he refused to provide to date. This place is dirty and the host is a scammer. Don’t waste your money. Stay away.

We went there to attend our niece wedding and found out through Google map that the community hall was under 4 KM of distance. House owner was continuously in contact with us through Booking.com and Whatsapp messenger to find out if We need anything. Checkout timing was 11:00 AM and I asked for 40 minutes extension because my son had fever from the day before and I was granted the extension, and I also received a phone call from the owner to find out who is my son doing? Do I need any medicine or any medical assistance which is really a bonus for me. I highly recommend having this property rent for anyone who is travelling to Mississauga for Business or pleasure trip. N/A

• Shannon (1/5): We ended up leaving. We did not stay there. - The house was dirty. There was dried food on the cabinets. Crumbs all over the floors. An empty can of chips under one of the beds. A used bar of soap in the shower. Hair in the tub.
• Lynne (4/5): Frustrating and sad that my travel companion did not enjoy her very first stay in a booking.com - The location was good to where we needed to go the next day. Quiet neighborhood. Sadly the beds were very small. 2 of us had to sleep on couchs. We both woke some some kind of bites on our ankles, neck and arms. The TV didn't work and the host was not helpful on getting it to work. I had this home booked again in February. I have since cancelled and booked another location.

I actually went to the property on 23rd of March I left to the Hayatte place and left today The home was not clean and all the locks and the blinds at the dining room are not working Full refund and compensation

• 한나 (1/5): Bad - It was good since there were lots of rooms to stay in. Also, I liked the location of the house. It was quiet, too. It wasn't clean enough. Especially the washroom was so dirty. There were lots of hairs on the bed, in the washroom. Also, the refrigerator in the kitchen, there was some food that seemed like someone else just left there and wasn't clean, too.
