Crístian Viana (4/5): Very small - The bed was comfortable, the area is nice (even though it's more distant from the main Tokyo). The room is very small, especially the bathroom, where you can barely sit without hitting your legs in the bathtub. Also, you have to get the key in another place a few kilometres from where the room is - it's actually close to a train station which you'll probably have to go through there anyway, but I found out I had to go there after I was in the address of the room, so I had to go back to the station to take the key, with my luggage, etc.
Dan (1/5): 非常糟糕 - 没有卫生床单上有毛发且床单是破损的床上的橙色抱枕也是有损坏的卫生间异味非常大及时关上门也会从门上的空洞散发出来二楼有大量小虫子空调噪音很大且位于二楼冬天很冷空间非常狭小设计不合理没有电梯楼梯很陡行李箱上下非常麻烦且危险

RAYMONT (1/5): Small, cramped, moldy, smelly, terrible unit that you couldn't pay me to go back to. - Literally everything outside of the room itself. 1) It was dirty. My shower curtain was filled with mold! It's stuffy and dusty in there. I literally got sick within being there one night, due to what I believe was an allergic reaction due to the condition of the room. The blankets and sheets didn't smell fresh either. I was totally uncomfortable. The AC/Heating unit barely worked. It made strange noises and wouldn't immediately turn on. I had to leave my door unlocked most of the time I was out (thankfully Japan is safe) because the lock box was erratic and finicky. I'll NEVER go back to this location. 2) It was small--much smaller than expected. I could barely fit in the bathroom, the shower and toilet were so close together. My legs were smashed against the shower stall while I had to use the bathroom. It got to the point that I would leave the unit completely if I had to do more than go #1. 3) There's no elevator! I'd imagine that most people who are using these units are forigners. Having to carry 50lb luggage up slippery stairs in the rain is honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen. 4) The host isn't helpful at all. I was lost, and when I asked for directions, they just told me I was too early and to wait until check in time (I was 20 minutes early) but luckily, I ended up finding the place. It was terrible and I honestly want at least a partial refund for my stay.

Anthony (4/5): Mixed Experience – Room size, safer, and noise a problem - The hosts were responsive and nice. The room is extremely small. There isn’t room for even one suitcase comfortably. If you are tall, you won’t fit in the restroom. There is noisy construction every morning. Also, the walls are thin, and it’s easy to hear the neighbors. One neighbor actually came back drunk one night and tried coming into my room.

Nadezda (5/5): Passable - Location. The air conditioner makes noise like a heavy truck, and without it it's stuffy. The water drains very poorly in the bathtub. There's a lot of trash behind the bed. A very small toilet with a bathtub. A person 182 cm tall has a hard time fitting in.
