Pokój , w którym spałam był mały, zaniedbany i źle posprzątany, grzyb w łazience, słaby odpływ wody w prysznicu, stara pościel i ręczniki, słabe śniadania i kolacje wliczone w cenę.

Vrata za v jedilnico so zelo glasne in se slišijo v 3. nadstropje, če imaš okno v apartmaju odprto. To se sliši vsakič, ko kdo vstopi/izstopi. Prav tako skupna odeja za pokrit za 2 osebi ni praktična. Dodajte, da ima vsak svojo. Večerja ni bife, ampak dobiš samo eno jed.
• Ivan (5/5): Great location, great people — but the "premier" tag needs some work - Sarnic Premier sits right in the heart of Sultanahmet, which is genuinely hard to beat. The Blue Mosque practically on your doorstep, Hagia Sophia a short walk away, and the whole old city within easy reach on foot. For exploring Istanbul, you couldn't ask for a better base. The staff are the real highlight — warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They can arrange discounts on a solid range of experiences too: Bosphorus cruises, the Princes' Islands, and more. That kind of local knowledge and initiative makes a real difference.The staff is amazing and very helfull. The rooms are of OK size, the location is quite, despite being very centrall. Plenty of restaurants and experiences. The hotel can provide a discount for different experiences like bosfor cruise, princess islands and many more. That said, several things stopped this from being a great stay rather than just a decent one. The rooms are a reasonable size but oddly lacking chairs — a minor detail that starts to grate after a long day of sightseeing. Privacy is also an issue: the only route to your room runs through the restaurant, which means every arrival and departure feels a little more public than it should. Then there are the maintenance problems that frankly shouldn't exist in a property billing itself as premier. The elevator behaved erratically — going up was fine, but getting it to come back down required a small act of faith. The toilet ran constantly. The TV had no signal. These aren't quirks of a charming boutique hotel; they're things that need fixing. The location and the team are genuinely excellent. But until the basics are sorted, the "premier" label is doing a lot of heavy lifting.

• Marko (5/5): Ok, to stay for a few days... Good location - The hotel is located in a good location, close to all major sights located in the city center. The cleanliness is not at the level it should be. The duvets and sheets have been washed but there are visible stains from before which certainly makes it uncomfortable to cover yourself with them regardless of how clean they are. Low maintenance, the door creaks, the shower head is broken and water leaked everywhere. Dinner is not a buffet (only breakfast) so this also puts the guest in an uncomfortable situation because they are condemned to only one dish that they prepare at that time and have no other choice. I don't know how it is with people who have food allergies or are vegetarians or vegans. I think if they already have a buffet for breakfast they should have the same for dinner.

• Kristina (10/5): - Близко к центру и остановке Т1, при этом тихое и спокойное место. Отзывчивый персонал, весь базовый набор стандартных отельных сервисов есть. Очень позаботились в день заселения, даже дали исамбулкарт для поездок, не пришлось искать, где ее купить. Были некоторые вопросы, но их оперативно решали. Несколько уставшие фены и нет никакой «косметики», только мыло, если вам это важно, берите своё. Вообще у всех свой уровень запросов, но через неделю пребывания перестаешь замечать недостатки, особенно под общим впечатлением от прекрасного города)

• tarus (7/5): I enjoyed my stayed in the hotel as it offered perfect location to tour tourist spots. - The breakfast was awesome, with lots of varieties to choose from. And for the location? There is no other place to be as close to the area with lots of tourist attractions, within walking distance from each other. The hotel offered that advantage. The bathroom is a little cramped. Not enough space for comfort. They can do better with dusting of the rooms windows and stairs.

Dificile à ce faire comprendre en anglais (francais exclus). Le telephone en chambre a sonné 3 x pendant la nuit, type 1h40, meme plus tard. A személyzet segítőkészsége fantasztikus. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt, ilyen jól még sehol nem pihentünk. Nincs olyan, ami nem tetszett, csak pozitívan tudunk vélekedni.

Desayuno y cena incluidos pero la cena dejaba MUCHO que desear y a mi novia, al ser vegetariana, el cocinero le insinuó que tendría que pagar extra. Al dia siguiente la cena de mi novia fue literalmente parte del desayuno (literalmente, lo que ponian para desayunar lo pusieron para cenar) El ultimo dia un chico joven del personal hizo una cena perfecta. Entendemos que el cocinero que estaba anteriormente habrá tenido una mala semana o algo parecido, pero por culpa de eso nuestra experiencia no ha sido agradable en cuanto a la comida. Al ser una cosa que concierne a un único trabajador y haberse portado tan bien el chaval que hemos mencionado, no hemos querido perjudicar la nota que tiene el hotel actualmente, pero la comida ha sido de verguenza.

Special thanks to Gulzhan at the reception — she is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made my stay truly comfortable. The cleaning team also deserves praise — the room was always spotless and fresh. I especially appreciate the honesty and trustworthiness of the staff. You can feel completely safe here — they are genuine, reliable people. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! 💫

Rooms and bathrooms are run down, access to our room was complicated and through the dinning area. Not what was expected from booking.com photos. In una proveniva un rumore fastidioso dal bagno che non permetteva di riposare la notte, c'erano infiltrazioni e la finestra della camera dava sulla strada, facilmente accessibile a chiunque. Le lenzuola e i cuscini erano sporchi, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarle ma invano. Il cibo scadente e scarso. Le posate, i piatti e tutto il resto era sporco e spesso unto. L'hotel non è per nulla come illustrato in descrizione. Non esiste un giardino ma solo uno spazio esterno con foglie finte di edera e la terrazza non è fruibile in quanto deposito.
• Vanessa (5/5): Para no volver - La cama era comoda y estaba bien situado Sucio, viejo, desayuno repetitivo , el baño estaba super sucio, la ducha no funcionaba bien ( no caia bien el agua ), el jardin, no era jardin, era una pared con 4 plantas, la azotea estaba sin uso, el segundo dia subi y al menos habian puesto mesas, pero no habia nada de lo que ponian en las fotos…, de echo el primer dia pregunte por la terraza y me dijeron que si, que estaba arriba.. nada mas.
• Nancy (10/5): Unbelievable value! - The major sights I wanted to see were within walking distance or a short tram ride away. Staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! Room was sunny with easy-to-open windows on two sides for cross ventilation. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room was small and could have used a small chair at the desk so I didn't have to sit on the bed to use my laptop.

• Cristina (7/5): Non so se ci ritornerei - Qualche ragazzo dello staff era accogliente e la posizione era ottima Certa gente dello staff era scortese e ci ignorava abbassando la testa Sporco e bagni vecchi
