• Jennifer (10/5): Home from Home - The Avenue really is the most perfect place to stay if you are visiting Newcastle. Perfect for any type of trip given the fantastic location. We were attending a family wedding in the Slieve Donard Hotel but wanted to make a weekend of it and The Avenue is only a few minutes walk. It exceeded our expectations. Another visitor described it as a "Home from Home" which we found to be a perfect description and the host Denise is so thoughtful and has catered for everything you might need and more. We will definitely stay here again.

• Lucy (10/5): Already thinking about when we can come back. - This house is perfect. Denise really has thought of everything. Place is spotless. Gardens are beautiful and also completely enclosed for our little dog. Wheaten bread and buns supplied with a cup of tea and fresh milk on arrival. Beds really comfortable and a great bathroom and shower.

• Moore (10/5): 100/100 beautiful house and great location,love the warm welcome box - The host Denise has the house beautiful location fantastic 😊,Denise has thought of everything we needed and more and the welcome box was a lovely added extra great communication and lovely Denise asked if there was anything we like in the welcome box.thank you,the weather was great was a total win win 10/10 for this beautiful place,beds were very comfortable ,made even better by the weather close to restaurants ,bars and more in importantly if you have kids amusements we left the car at the house and walked everywhere, highly recommend the avenue and will definitely be booking this place again,it's just a hidden gem of a place,many thanks Denise,from Ann Marie,James and the girls Can't fault anything, everything was 10/10

When we arrived after a day of playing golf in the cold, we were greeted to a warm bungalow and a welcome pack. We hope to be back next year!
• Deirdre (10/5): The Avenue..1st Class accommodation - Had a fabulous stay at the Avenue... communication with Denise was really good...was always in touch with updates. The house is in a perfect location within walking distance to the beach..promenade and the main street with shops and restaurants. The house is very clean..comfortable beds...its a home from home. We were left a little welcome box for our arrival and a delicious box of cupcakes for a belated birthday treat. I would highly recommend a stay at The Avenue and there will definitely be a return visit.

The location is very close to the town and the views are beautiful. Secure garden is perfect for young children. The host was excellent we really appreciated the welcome box. More than enough room for two cars to park in the drive.

Bangor. - Beautiful bungalow situated beside Slieve Donard Hotel ,two minutes walk to shops and Bistros.Everything was first class comfortable beds, plenty of TV channels on large screen private parking and lovely treats on arrival.Thanks Denise. Nothing everything first class if staying for a longer period dishwasher, and washing machine fitted also connection for electric car charging.

• Garie (10/5): The Avenue is excellent can’t fault it. try it you will not be disappointed. - The Avenue has the wow factor, the property is perfectly located for Newcastles beach and high street with beautiful views of the Mourne Mountains. We found the home modern and wry comfortable with plenty of space for the 6 of us whether eating in the dining area or watching Netflix in the lounge. A well put together basket of treats and a bottle of fizz in the fridge greeted us on arrival which went down very well with everyone. Parking is behind gates which is accessible from the rear garden. The gardens are well kept and with the out door seating and views of the mountains it’s a truly wonderful spot to relax.
