Nuestra sorpresa fue al bajar que el señor de recepción se le había olvidado por completo. Normalmente te gustaría que hubieran tenido algún detalle pero no fue así.

Bella terrazza, colazone abbondante e buona; anche il ristorante ha piatti tipici ben cucinati. Molto gentile anche lo staff del ristorante. La mattina della partenza pruma dell'orario della colazoone ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco. Comoda anche la navetta Biancheria un po vecchia e lisa, anche con qualche strappo.

• Norway (5/5): Big disappointment - The public areas of the hotel are beautiful so is the rooftop terrace. The Riad is also centrally located in the Medina close to the big square. The staff also did their best. I am sorry to say but our stay here was a big disappointment. The room was very dark with small windows. Everything in the room was old and worn out. The rugs and blankets dusty. The shower was rickety and the tap leaked. I am happy we only stayed here for one night.

The beds were quite hard - another pillow or a softer mattress would have been preferable. Though there is WiFi, it didn’t really work in our room without standing by the door.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful little Riad, would definitely recommend - Gorgeous little place just off the busy main street, but very quiet. really lovely with three floors and restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast was abundant and we loved the decor. Felt very authentic and well managed.

• Alvarado (7/5): Good option for a night - Good location but can be a little hard to find and you have to go through alleys to reach it. Staff is very lovely and will arrange a taxi for you from the airport. The beds were a little hard but property is very pretty and wonderful for 1-2 night stay. The hotel doors don’t have a proper lock. It’s just a hook and latch to close the door which can feel a little unsafe.

Но сам номер не п - В номере был чайник с напитками и это плюс Постельное комфортное и чистое Персонал доброжелательный Холодный, не уютный темный номер где не работало всё. Электричество и интернет часто отключались. Очень скудный завтрак Душ невозможно принять, вода не уходит и стоишь в луже Шторки для душа нет, держателя душа нет Ванну невозможно набрать горячей воды не хватало. Телевизор не работает

It's beautiful, comfortable, well located, the rooms are not tiny like some.other of the road hotels in the medina, and the staff is kind and helpful. It's hard to find good hotels with a good value in the medina, often the road hotels are more expensive not nearly as nice even when they have high ratings on the apps. We ALWAYS try to book here first.

• Claire (10/5): Perfect Riad , location, decor and staff :-) - The Riad was stunning , so colourful and traditional - the rooftop terrace was fantastic for photos and a break from the busy medina. The location of the Riad was perfect , we walked everywhere. Staff were always super helpful and friendly , the breakfast was delicious - we would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Nothing - our stay was perfect

• Lucky (8/5): - 18. Januar 2026. Zimmer 12. Das ist ein Riad, ein arabisches Hotel. Lage mitten in der Medina, Altstadt. Medina ist sehr groß, aber mehr Touristenattraktion und Preise höher als in anderen Medinas. Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. Betten sind OK. Frühstück nicht so toll wie oft beschrieben, Nescafé igitt, Baguette naja. Immerhin arabischer Tee. Parken am Hotel nicht möglich. 15 Minuten Fußweg, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

• Myriam (1/5): À ne pas refaire - Rien Nous avons réservés à 23h40 pour arriver à 4h du matin et partir 1 9h30 de l’établissement. En arrivant nous sommes épuisés le monsieur d el’acceuil nous fait attendre car nous n’aurions pas payer et même en lui montrant la preuve du paiement après un moment assez long il prend en otage nos passeports. En entrant dans la chambre le pommeau de douche étaient à deux doigts de nous peter dessus les draps étaient sales ( taches et cheveu) les toilettes bougeaient quand on s’asseyait dessus et je crois que le clou du spectacle c’était l’absence de bouteille d’eau en chambre alors que nous étions assoiffés. Le lendemain au dej pour cette histoire de paiement ça a été rebelote jusqu’au moment où ils ont enfin pu confirmer que nous avions bel et bien payés. Finalement nous avons eu 2h de sommeil et nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir de cet établissement

• Guest (10/5): Hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y con comida riquísima - El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, se puede ir andando a la plaza Jemaa el-fna y a varios zocos y puntos de interés. Las habitaciones son confortables y el espacio es muy bonito, sobre todo el primer patio, muy relajante, y la zona de la azotea y la piscina. El desayuno es abundante y la comida está riquísima, os recomendamos pedir el tajine de pollo, está increíble!! Además el personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar (muchas gracias sobre todo a Adilo). Volveremos seguro!

There were so many steps to our room and to the breakfast area. Very narrow stairs. The bedding was just adequate. There were ants in our room.
