• Pravesh (10/5): A good experience! - The staff members are exceptionally kind and good natured. They are extremely helpful and will do everything within their power and scope to make your stay comfortable. They went an extra mile to cook exclusively for my two year old kid even when they had a full occupancy. The cleanliness is surprisingly a four or a five-star hotel standard. They have a bar and the decent thing is that the bar is in an altogether different location from the restaurant allowing for a fine family dining experience. The food is excellent and I was surprised with the spread and choice for the breakfast Buffet. Further, the owner of the property, who is a young dynamic individual, visits the property for a couple of hours every day to interact with the guests and to ensure that things are running smoothly. This definitely helps. It is surely worth the money and I am staying there when I go for our Lataguri Safari again, next year. And this is when I have stayed in some of the better known properties around lataguri... If you are in two minds, just go for it...

• Shoubhika (10/5): Cozy, beautiful and conveniently located resort for those who wish to travel to Gorumara. - The staff was super hospitable, the entire resort was super well maintained and absolutely loved the food, each and every item we are was delicious. the resort is a MUST Visit, the staff is 1000% helpful. Definitely will visit the Reserve again and this time with a larger group. We went to the resort during extreme cold so the rooms were freezing and unfortunately there was no heater.

The location is a minor inconvenience being slightly away from the Lataguri. Will not be much of an inconvenience if you have a private car.

• Pallab (8/5): Overall it’s a nice stat - the property was very good overall. the staffs were very friendly. all the foods were very tasty The wi-fi did not work for our entire stay. it was supposed to be rectified the next day but that next day never came. In the room there were loads of unwanted open edges and hence it was very dangerous for any toddlers.

• Sabiha (7/5): Stay was fine. The chef cooked really tasty meals. We enjoyed almost all the dishes that we ordered. - Location was fine, no complaints there as I had a vehicle for site seeing. I had read a lot of good reviews regarding the breakfast spread and was looking forward to it. But the staff failed to serve breakfast in time which left us very disappointed. Though the staff there is polite and helpful, they need training on professionalism. Calls were not answered, they took very long to respond to needs. The most shocking was the day they disappeared and failed to serve breakfast at all! Never encountered that in my life!
