Complicated parking lot, need clearer guide to find the ar park lot and also from car park lot to lift lobby. Main toilet a bit small, there's ant on the kitchen tables. The room1's desk a bit not stable. The room3's light is blinking after turn off the light. 😅

- James (3/5): Suitable for fuss free travellers and definitely not for family with young children - Nothing to like about this as Palazio was indeed a badly maintained service apartment without any proper service. Location was poor and google map pointed incorrectly and basic amenities like drinking bottle and shower soap was not provided adequately. Unit was located highest and windows was not pad-locked and pose fall risk for children.

- Antony (9/5): Overall the stay is very nice - We stayed at the Airbnb house for 2 days and had a great experience. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and matched the description perfectly. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall cleanliness of the place. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Swimming pool is nice, amenity shop is good, very quit area and nice eating places nearby. Good to have minimum utensils to boil eggs and for amplate and to make a Indian Tea (not 3 in 1)

- Wan (8/5): Clean, spacious and nice deco house in area Mount Austin - The whole unit is clean and spacious. Living room is so big. Beds are comfy, can sleep up to 6 pax. 4 airconds. Microwave and fridge provided. Non-contact check in and out. 2 car parks provided at 4th floor, parking is easy. No free TV channel. The toilet at living is quite small. Toilet could be more detailed cleaning. No utensils and cookware provided. Cannot cook. Only have bowl, plate and cups. No extra tissue and toilet roll provided. Suggestion (1) to have small dustbin in every room as the one in kitchen is quite mini. (2) Check out - just drop the access card to pigeonhole.
- Daniel (4/5): Overall quite disappointed with the stay. Not worth the money and value. Would rather stay in 2 stars/ budget hotels - Security and Cleanliness. Poor response, unclear instructions and poor communication with host. Whole place was very warm even tho all the aircon and fans were switch on. No basic cutlery was provided. No trash bins in all bathrooms too. Not many amenities around the property.

- Cc (9/5): Comfortable and nice apartment. - Environment is nice and it has swimming pool at level 5. Suitable for family. Near to Toppen shopping mall and very convenient when you passing apartment guard house. Staff is very responsive.
