Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist groß und sauber. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen. Preis Leistung 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Der Smart TV könnte erneuert werden. • Cw712 (7/5): Good - Location is excellent. Very near the New Bazaar area so easy access to the mini mart, shops, market and eateries. The property is a short distance to Skanderbeg Square. The apartment is comfortable for 5 adults but the host can pay a little more attention to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment. Not that it was dirty but the apartment is a little worn down and needs some maintenance. There was free parking available, which we appreciated, but the garage is about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is some noise from deliveries made between 5-6am as the apartment is behind some eateries.
• Gautham (1/5): Completely dissatisfied - Nothing to like about the property as they cancelled my booking on the check in day, they didnt even bother to give me an alternate option. Booking.com was also very unprofessional, they also didnt offer an alternate accomodation. Unprofessional people. Last minute cancellation and no alternatives provided. Contacted the booking.com customer service for help waited for 45 mins on call. Someone picked up told they messaged the property, waiting for a response and I was promised a call back to give me alternate accomodation. Nothing happened. I had to myself book another accomodation. Would not recommend this Hotel and the booking platform to anyone I know.

• Diana (7/5): Good - Apartment it’s nice, big and comfortable, the cleanliness though, can and should ( strongly recommended) be done much better. Only issue we had was with the parking spot, on the description of the property it’s mentioned “ parking “ well it’s not true, the parking it’s on the street ( do not park you’ll get a fine ), we made a picture, sent it to the owner, ask if the parking spot was ok, his reply was “ YES “, we went out to eat and come back to find a nice parking fine. At the arrival time ( 14h as I’ve mentioned by text ) I had to climb by stairs till 11 floor, as the keys where not in the key box as we were told ( we went upstairs by foot as we thought there was a misunderstood regarding the key) . The key appears there after we climbed the 11 floors. We didn’t find towels, the towels were in the washing machine. Be careful with the parking in the centre of Tirana over all!

• Uldis (3/5): Unpleasant surprise with completely different appartment - Early check-in Different appartment in different location and on different floor. Smell in bathroom and in bedroom.
• Iahim (10/5): Excelent - The apartment was excellent, for five people. The seriousness of the host, the proximity to the center, restaurants, supermarket, the equipment in the apartment, the cleanliness. Everything was perfect!

• Flora (10/5): Great to visit the city - The flat is massive, well-equipped and great for visiting Tirana. It is close to shops and the main attractions. Was perfect for one night. We struggled to find it maybe because it was night and we weren't familiar with the area. The key to the main door was missing, luckily someone was leaving the building and let us in.
• Markéta (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location and view of the city. The staff was very nice. No AC in one of the rooms, with the 35 degrees outside, it was pretty uncomfortable.

• Viviane (6/5): Ok but they need to get better ! - Perfect location, 1 min walk from Skenderberg square. Close to markets, pharmacies bars and bars etc The apartment needs a DEEP CLEANING! Specifically the bathrooms. The door breaks every time we open and pieces fall apart. The window from the main room doesn’t closes so it’s impossible to sleep there because of the light and the washing machine door is bloke. The washing machine needs a deep cleaning too.

• Andreas (9/5): Huge apartment in the middle of everything - Really big apartment with good facilities, right in the centre close to the Skanderbeg square, shop in the same building, restaurants immediately close. Slow elevator, difficult parking, we got a parking ticket (2000 lek)
• Chozze89 (9/5): Nice value for money, great location - Nice location in downtown, self service "check in" and "check out", parking close to the property. Video guide :) It pretty much satisfied us. Some fine tunning would be nice, like fix toilet button, but mostly minor things and visual things.
