• JERRY (3/5): Won't do that again. Not a hotel at all. Falsely advertised and overpriced. No daily cleaning crew - We liked the size of the apartment. 5 Adults have plenty of space here. We also liked the size of the bathroom and the double sinks. The furniture was comfortable. Nothing inside Mirador Mansion has any information or directions about Les Barons, so we found our room on our own. There was no place to check in or to check out. We never met our host at all during the 14 days we were there. We found the management office quite by accident, after we had been there for over a week. We were very dissatisfied that there was no room service to change sheets, towels, or supply basic water, as most of the other hotels in Hong Kong do. We have a special needs daughter with stage 4 kidney disease, and this requires a very special diet. This means that we needed a room with a cooktop where we could prepare her meals and so we were disappointed with only a microwave and hot water boil pot. We purchased a rice cooker and we made due with what we had, but it wasn't easy. In your ad for this space it clearly states there's a kitchen, kitchenette. Most other hotels which list a kitchen have at least one induction safe cooktop, and your apartment has no such thing. I specifically booked your apartment because I believed it had a kitchen inside with at least a one place cooking surface. Therefore it doesn't really fit our needs, and we most likely won't book your apartment again, unless some things change. We are not upset. But we were disappointed with the lack of a stovetop. And your space is way overpriced for what you offer. I have had better experiences in Hong Kong with very nice amenities for half the price that you charged for your space. Sorry we can't leave you a good report. We could've stayed at a much nicer Hotel for the same price you charge.

• Jaume (8/5): - La zona es en el centro de kowloon. Genial. El edificio en si, es muy viejo y da un poco de cosa hasta que entras a la habitación. Una vez dentro, no hay problemas.
• Ann (5/5): Läget var bra och det var förhållandevis prisvärt, men jag hade inte bokst det igen. - Läget. Väldigt hårda sängar, bäddsoffan som de hade var provisoriskt lagad med tejp. Korridoren blev man negativt överraskad av.

• Ingo (3/5): Never again! - The bathroom was fine. The building where the apartment is located is in very poor condition, which is unfortunately not shown in the photos. It is very old, extremely dirty, and in need of renovation. The apartment itself has everything you need, but for the price, you can find much better options nearby.

Location is excellent with MTR just walking distance, currency exchange and convenient stores on the same building. Suggest to either change the dim lights in the bathroom or put addtional fluorescent light.

• Jocelyn (9/5): Still a Comfortable stay! - I really like the location. Everything is available down the building. Very busy surroundings. A lot of stores nearby. Near Mtr stations as well. Keylock. We are having trouble to key in the passcode. Even though we might enter a wrong code just one time it was already locked and wait for 5 mins. It happened to us twice. As if we have to wait 3x 5 mins outside the apartment unit. Until we familiarize the technique later on.

• P* (1/5): Fully paid for this property but only there for 15 minutes. We decided for a new hotel. - The host is quite responsive to the pre-arrival questions. The room is as pictured on Booking but the conditions outside the room were of a very different vibe. Inside the room, my daughter complained of the smell. She wanted to get out of the room right away. Normally she dislikes wearing a mask but in the room, she asked to wear two masks. Outside the room but inside the builiding: floor 11th. - smell of cigarette smoke - An elevator does not work well. It only signals overweight of the same group of people after already travel a few floors - Clothes drying on the walkway of 11F - People push the carts on the 11F Overall, it felt unsafe to in there especially with my 75-year old mom and my 3-year old daughter.

• Filmrocks (9/5): It was a pleasant stay, Great option for budget conscious small group travelers. Perfect location! - Host was very responsive and easy to talk to. Allowed for late checkout. Property was ready when we got there and communication was very timely. Good bathroom facility, Good air-conditioning. had a fridge and microwave which was very convenient. extra beds provided and beddings sheets and blankets were all provided for including some plates and kitchenware. Very convenient place to stay compared to higher priced hotels. Important to remember that It's in an apartment building with a commercial ground floor, and not a hotel. The location is perfect ! It's next to the subway entrance and a walking distance to everything the Kowloon side has to offer. Room is showing a bit of aging. the area rug / carpet needs deep cleaning, as well as the curtains. The bathroom while spacious could use a bidet. Still ok but it's definitely a change for those used to checking in at hotel properties as the ground floor is a bit different, as there is no reception and a bit old. The building the apartment was on had crowded small elevators, and some neighbors were shouting (taking loud) at the hallways which is a bit scary if you're not used to hearing asian languages. The value of the property and the host more than makes up for it.
• Siyan (9/5): anyway, it’s the best stay I’ve ever had in Hong Kong. - Great location. The mansion building has several entrances, one directly beside MTR exit; another facing to Starbucks and K11. The sanitary condition is super clean and good. There is even a dehumidifier in the room which have helped me sleep even better than in my own house. It would be better if there is a laundry service or washing machine provided. Especially if set up for family staying, it’s quite necessary to have one.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - old build with modern decoration, clean, and easy to get to, it will be another travel for me to stay.
• Gal (7/5): A good place to land for families on budget in Hong Kong, - The location has most of the good points for this property, it had everything we needed just a few steps away. The apartment has a modern feel to it, the tiling adds a lot of character and the bathroom is a nice luxurious addition. The host was very helpful and assisted us with what we asked. It was not so easy to find and for a first timer in HK, the building looks intimidating and old. The furniture and cabinets were not in top condition and the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom is in need of extra light option above the mirror as it was too dark to shave.
