• cem gökhan (3/5): Promising at first but disappointment - Quiet and peaceful place The hotel actually has a nice ambiance and a style of its own, which makes a good first impression. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor management. We asked for ice, but the hotel didn’t have any available. There were also power interruptions every day, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the location is quite far from the center, making it inconvenient to get around. With better management and a few improvements, this place could easily become one of the better hotels in the area. Unfortunately, in its current state, it doesn’t live up to its potential. 😕⚡🏨

We could talked everything with the owner also he has a travel agency Seren Blue Safaris, so they organized every program for good price. These was private. Other hand the hotel help everything, fore example laundry and if we needed some fruits.

• Bogui Léon Aymard (6/5): Un établissement agréable pour le cadre, l’accueil et le service, mais dont l’isolement, l’accessibilité et l’environnem - Le cadre est beau et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est correct et varié. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Mention spéciale au manager pour son sens de la conciliation et sa compréhension, ayant accepté d’abandonner certaines exigences pour faciliter la résolution d’un problème. La présence d’insectes dans les chambres (salamandres, lézards) fait partie du quotidien et peut surprendre, surtout pour les personnes peu habituées. L’accès à l’établissement est difficile, même en engin motorisé. L’absence d’éclairage public autour du site crée un sentiment d’inconfort pour les étrangers et limite les déplacements à pied la nuit.

• ATHINA (9/5): - Οι βίλες ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρες. Ο κήπος μεγάλος και επαρκώς περιποιημένος. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. Η πισίνα ήταν μεγάλη και καθαρή. Οι αποστάσεις απο τις παραλίες ηταν μικρές. Ο δρόμος μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο ηταν χωματόδρομος σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση και χωρίς φωτισμό. Επομένως η μετακίνηση, ιδιαίτερα με τα πόδια, είχε δυσκολία.

• E.M.P.P. (10/5): Heel fijn - We waren met een gezin met zes personen. Vier in een villa en twee een aparte kamer voor twee. De kamer voor twee is klein, maar functioneel en goed. De villa is erg groot en mooi en goed toegerust We waren er blij mee. En de kinderen waren super blij met het zwembad. De locatie is dichtbij Nungwi en Kendwa, maar toch erg rustig. We hebben ons er prettig gevoeld.

Very affordable too, I loved my stay and how convenient it was to get to the beach Nothing.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is okay has some issues the bathroom are not perfectly the window had some halls b it to be honest very okay for the price if you are willing to pay more there are definitely better options but for that price its perfect.

The place was near most of the activities that we did so we did not spend much on transportation. If you are on a budget and with a group of friends or family this is an affordable stay.

Matige communicatie voor verblijf waardoor er geen taxi klaarstond, zeer matige communicatie tijdens verblijf, niet proactief behulpzaam, de was werd niet goed schoongemaakt en was nog nat toen we gingen, alles is vrij duur in verhouding tot kwaliteit.

• Gil (5/5): It is not fully ready for guests at this point of time and was not worth the money we paid - The staff was really nice, they made sure to greet us with a smile every morning and make sure we were ok, Lovely people! Every morning we had our room cleaned, with flower on our bed, and got two small bottles of water. They were lovely, kind and made sure we felt at ease all the time. The place was very clean and looked good and we had great air conditioning, clean sheets and a Netflix connection. The design looks modern and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however it was not worth 72$ per night for us. This hotel is at the last stages of construction and is not fully ready for guests at this point of time. The food in the hotel is minimal. We got the same breakfast and even more at places that were half the price. The place had no printed menu for launch and dinner and no variety, so we had to go to different hotels / restaurants to eat. Also the room we stayed in at the beginning just finished construction did not have a lock, meaning everyone could just walk in. We switched rooms, but a few days later the lock broke off the door.

Me and My Partner were used to stay in different Hotels in Zanzibar but this place is the better place than any of other places we used to stay. These new Villas has got everything that you need for your stay, well furnished Seating Room with Smart TV connected to a high Speed Internet. Executive Master Bedrooms with all facilities that we wished to have... Clean and a very Big Swimming Pool, High Speed Internet, The rooftop Balcony which has Got a sea View for Breakfast was wonderful experience to us. You guys!! I will be back for sure.
