• Frank (9/5): Prachtige villa met mooi zwembad - De prachtige kamers met buiten douches. Mooi zwembad en prachtige ligbedden Alles was super! Als ik kleine minpuntjes mag noemen: geen spiegel in kamer en geen föhn. De handdoeken werden maar 1x in de drie dagen verschoond, dit zou echt vaker mogen.

• Colin (9/5): A really enjoyable relaxing stay, quiet, peaceful, but with people on hand to help if needed & with - Villa was in ideal location, a little away from the main town, so was quiet & peaceful & easy to get around with the plentiful & efficient & cheap, Grab cars (like bolt & Uber). Easy to get to the main area & beaches. Had a water machine with bottled water which was an unexpected bonus, saving us buying & having to transport bottled water every day to the Villa, as you would not want to try the tap water. The Villa was spacious, quiet, the pool was lovely with the water almost bath temperature, even taking a swim at 07.00 in the morning. The cleaning staff were helpful & efficient, & the couple of minor issues we had (door not locking & small water leak in one of the bathrooms,), were fixed quickly & efficiently. Nothing i can think of.

• Julie (9/5): Clean, tidy and spacious villa with large pool. Good loaction in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to co - Spacious property that was clean and tidy and easy for Gojek drivers to find. The property had amazing all day sun. Large bedrooms with outdoor bathrooms. Staff were friendly and easy to contact.

L’accueil était vraiment charmant, accompagné d’un joli cadeau de bienvenue qui m’a beaucoup touchée. La villa était absolument impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement entretenue, et le linge de maison d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails pour que le séjour soit parfait. Franchement, il n’y a rien à améliorer — tout est au-delà des attentes. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation, et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

There were even water dispenser which was great and the kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable There were lots of centipedes. So you have to watch your steps. You have to mostly do everything yourself. Laundry etc

• Paul (10/5): Lush and relaxing - The staff was really nice and welcoming… The villa location was perfect only few minutes away from all best restaurants and beach. Spacious living room and bedroom and very big pool!! Also very important it’s in a quiet area of Bingin it’s very relaxing…I’ll definitely come back :) Nothing really ! It was perfect.

• Ricardo (7/5): Good but a few things should be improved to provide a luxury experience - - Very good location, close to everything - Very nice outdoor area, big pool - Excellent communication with manager - Nice staff - The two-bedroom villas are built too close to the four-bedroom villa (where we stayed), which affects a bit the privacy - The bathroom furniture needs updating, as it looks quite used and shows noticeable wear - No bathroom floor towels were provided - There were a bit of ants in all bathrooms. They should fix this somehow. - The sliding glass doors in the bedrooms should be renovated - The laundry service did not meet expectations - There was no real hot water, only lukewarm. The water pressure in the shower was weak when trying to use hot water. - Overall, the value for money should be improved

The staff came by daily for light cleaning, and the surroundings were lovely. Ordering food and taxi with Grab/Gojek was easy and convenient. Overall, the place was charming and comfortable. There was no outdoor table for dining, which would have been nice to enjoy the weather. Maybe would have been great to have the option to change towels daily when they are heavily used.

• Raed (3/5): Poor Experience – Wouldn’t Stay Again - The only positive thing was that the pool was large—but even that wasn’t very clean. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the bed sheets were very dirty, with stains of blood and other things. I asked to have them changed, but they didn’t do it. I also requested an extra blanket and was told I had to pay extra for it. The location is far from the main street—about a 20-minute walk, which wasn’t clear in the listing. The bathroom only had shampoo and body wash; no toothbrush, toothpaste, or other basic amenities were provided. The most frustrating part was that at 10 AM, the staff entered the villa without permission and started waiting inside for us to leave, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. If I hadn’t stayed at other villas in Bali, this experience would have left me with a very bad impression of villas in general. Would not recommend.

• Charlotte (5/5): Passable - Nice pool, comfy beds Was a little bit isolating as each room is seperate but was still nice. Main problem I had was that both bathrooms were outdoors, therefore there was construction near my bathroom and a worker was watching me shower which was a very uncomfortable experience and I recommend a new wall should be built to provide more privacy. As well as going to the bathroom outside at night comes with a lot of mosquitos, frogs, geckos, crickets etc

• Brooke (10/5): Beautiful villa - We loved our stay at Optima villas! We were in Villa 1 (2 bedroom) and it was so perfect. The pool was huge with plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and loved the outdoor bathroom :) The only negative was we had a water outage due to all of the rain we had during our trip! It was beyond anyone’s control and the villa owners were helpful and great with communication with us
• Robertson (9/5): Awesome stay - The rooms were nice and spacious with comfy beds, the pool was lovely to swim in after a long day and the little additions to the villa such as the free water, scooter recommendation (highly recommend Joe’s scooters too), bathroom ammenities and food recommendations were a nice bonus! The out door shower is great after a swim at the beach or the pool and the kitchen was really easy to prepare things. We loved our stay and had the best time will definitely be back again! Thank you Victoria and staff :) Nothing, but definitely get around on a scooter it made it easy to get to places from the place!

• Bridget (9/5): Very relaxing and comfortable. We loved it! - It was very nice and modern. The beds had actual duvet covers instead of a sheet and were very comfortable. Very nice and relaxing for the end of a 2weeks trip! You have to Gojek everywhere as you can’t walk but they come very quickly and aren’t expensive. Only thing was every room had an outdoor bathroom behind the rooms and you could hear everything from the other bathrooms. Maybe a little water feature or something would be good to break up the noise!

The worms - which are common in some parts of the island, I understand. Ants were hard to control. Sheets were not as clean as I would like them to be. Bathtub too.

• Bella (10/5): Perfect villa, but rude host. - The villa is perfect! Beautiful interior, big pool, comfy bed, amazing bathroom with bathtub! Unfortunately our experience was ruined by the not so welcoming host. Not sure what the position is but ut is the person you have contact with via whatsapp and that organises the arrival. When we arrived the pool was not clean with lits of hair and paper floating on the surface. I asked the host for the pool to be cleaned and he said that he would call the poolcpmpany to come and clean later on. The ai also asked if he could kindly as the cleaningstaff (that was cleaning the villa next door) to come and clean the sunbed thatw a covered in hair and sunlitionstains. The host then told me to go find anotehr villa and that he would not call in the cleaners for this "ridiculous" reason (his words).

• Kelly (5/5): Adequate but wouldn’t book again. Definitely not for families with small children. Better suited to two couples. - Villa was clean and pool was lovely. Nice decor in the living and bedroom areas. The location is a bit off the beaten track and difficult to find. There is a long bush lined drive way and cattle across from the house that smells terrible. There is construction right next door that we were not told about when booking the villa. Noise from 7am - 5pm. The villa is nice enough but not suitable for a family with small children as the bedrooms are completely shut off from each other and from the living area. Our 6yr and 9yr old were too scared to stay in the room alone at night. There are monkeys around the area that are not that friendly and a pack of dogs belonging to the neighbour at the end of the driveway that barked at us every time we were waiting for a car. The bathrooms are open air and have a huge heavy door from the bedroom that small kids would struggle to open. Between the smell of the cow poo, the dark bushy road and the dogs, our kids didn’t feel safe. There is also no aircon in the main living area so you can’t really use it. The water cooler is also broken so the water comes out warm. Overall, the villa is over priced for what you get and even though the house is nice enough, it certainly isn’t “luxurious”.

Free drinking water was also much appreciated. The restaurants and spas that the owner recommended were all excellent. bed was too firm, no aircon in the living area meant it was almost unusable as too many mosquitoes to keep it open at night.

I would definitly come back again. the only my thing I could mention is the warm water. it was Luke warm and if you shower longer it gets a bit colder.

In the middle of nowhere, even the local drivers had trouble finding it. It was also very expensive for where it was, although new and nice, it should have been cheaper
