• Uyen (10/5): Super comfortable, convenient home made for smooth, relaxing, easy visit - It is a simple living done right. The place itself is very well taken care of. You basically get a whole apartment to yourself, which is something we really appreciated. It has everything you need if you want to stay for weeks or even months. We especially loved that there’s a washing machine. If you rent a bike, you can park it downstairs easily. It’s also very quiet, we slept like a baby every night and always felt happy coming back after a full day out. The host is amazing. She’s very proactive and genuinely cares. If she sees you, she will come and check in to make sure you’re okay or if you need anything. She’s local and very knowledgeable, so if you’re new to Da Nang, you’re in good hands. She gave great recommendations for food and things to do. My girlfriend is also local, but even then, we still found new good spots thanks to her. The location is really nice. My girlfriend lived in Da Nang for 2 years and confirmed that this location is even better, or one of the best, for access to many good things. She explained it as a space between local and expats, so you get the best from both sides. Quiet, safe, and well taken care of. I would say it has a nice community as well. It is a few minutes walk to food, cafes, the beach, and even faster when you rent a bike. We got to do many things because of the convenient location. We stayed in the back room and there’s a restaurant behind, so opening the window sometimes brings in cooking smells during the day. It wasn't much of a problem and didn't affect much to our general experience. We still had windows open and slept without AC comfortably. But just a heads up.

• Paweł (10/5): I highly recommend this place, its perfect balance of everything for a good price! - Definetely the host, Julia - super friendly! Location is also pretty nice - its in the middle of everything so you can get to Son Tra, My An, Beach, Restaruants streets and even the city (via Dragon Bridge) in single minutes. Even tho its in the middle its on very quite side street so no problems with honking or night noises. Room is also pretty decent size with all the amenities. Wifi wasnt the best - dont get me wrong its good, but i had very high requirements for work and it did some lags from time to time.

Располагается на тихой улице, удобно дойти до пляжа. Хозяйка очень внимательна, всегда была на связи и во всем помогала. Однозначно советую, чтобы остановится.

The rooms provide an electric kettle, but no cups to drink tea/coffee from. Sure, the hosts will help, but would be cool to see them already in the rooms. Other than that small detail, everything is great!
• Kam (7/5): Fairly priced accommodation in a good location - Accommodation is in a good central location in Da Nang, close to beaches and local restaurants/cafes. Host is very friendly and helpful. Room size is good. We were also able to wash our clothes for a fair service charge. We noticed there was some ants around the room but the host was supportive enough to provide daily cleaning service to help minimise this issue. Also It would have been nice if the windows were not covered as you cannot see outside unless you open the whole window.

Clothes can be dried either by the window frame in the room or on the rooftop

The hotel is well located on a quiet street, but at the same time 5-10 min from the beach. It's much better than the other hotels which are located closer to the beach, but noisier, because close to the busy streets. There aren't many rooms, so it's quiet. The owners live on the ground floor, so if you need some help they can do it easily and with pleasure. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything is clean, water is available. If you want to cook for yourself, there is everything you need and also if you need something special - the owner will help you. As for security - it's perfect. The beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is strong. We can't find anything which is not good. We definitely recommend this nice cosy place in Da Nang!

• Rukiya (10/5): Best stay in Vietnam! - Our host, Julia, was the most welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had during our stay. Towels and linens were spotless. Bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen were well cleaned and maintained. She offers motorbike rental and laundry service as well. Many markets, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance making Enjoy Home a prime location for either a short or extended stay. I would definitely stay there again! Nothing, everything was great!

• Mathias (9/5): Perfect location for going where I wanted to go by foot and silent at night. - I really liked staying here. Especially the location appears to me absolutely perfect for staying as a tourist in Da Nang close to the beach and close to the touristic area. It is right next to all kinds of shops, restaurants etc., whereas “next to” meaning just 3-4 minutes away by foot, but located in a smaller street, which is silent, especially during the night, which meant at least for me high quality sleep. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you The current entrance door system might need a bit of polish to be more reliable, especially if other guests also faced minor issues. Therefore 10-1=9 rating from my side.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Great location in the center of Da Nang - We stayed 3 nights at ENJOY HOME and we loved it. First, it has great location, 5 min to the beach, 5-10 min to cool cafes. Second, hotel is great, it has elevator, big enough room, so comfy bed, little fridge, AC, good internet and awesome balcony. It isn't noisy at night, we slept so well. Host and her family are great and very welcoming.
• Iuliia (10/5): Exceptional - We've stayed here for several days in July 2024. We've been living in Vietnam for a while and we know that Da Nang hotels are often overrated. So when making a reservation we could expect everything. But in this particular case the reviews were toooo good. We trusted them and that was the right choice. Everything you can find in the reviews is true. The photos are real. Freshly renovated building and rooms. Bathroom is not separated but it's also new and the distance from shower is enough (you cannot understand it from the photos). No mold. Scratches here and there but overall it's absolutely new (for Asia especially). Good wi-fi with unstable speed (but we're pretty demanding - 100 GB per evening sometimes is a must): DL was jumping from 2 megaBITs to 80, UL - from 1,5 to 50. Overall it was better than most of my hotel Wi-Fi's in Asia. Superb space organization - every meter is used as it should be, everything is in its place. A lot of power sockets everywhere (finally!!). A very good working space with an option to make the second one. A nice balcony to chill and have some food and drinks. Storage spaces and furniture, exactly as much as it's needed and where it should be. Everything is clean, Vietnam-wise - very clean!)) Fingerprint access to the building (which works not every time))). No bugs (almost). Very good location because of 2 24/7 grocery stores and 3 restaurants working till 3am nearby. Also close to the beach and My An but you already know that by yourself. And the main thing is the service which deserves 10 out of 10 without any doubt. Julia provided us a very late check in (though we know that because of her Vietnamese schedule she didn't sleep enough that night) and was super helpful and friendly all along. Thank you very much, Julia! It would be a pleasure to return back there. Now it's an easy choice for us in Da Nang.
• Jade (10/5): A wonderful stay in da nang - We booked this hotel last minute and the host was so lovely and accommodating and allowed us to store our bags before check in. The room felt new and it was absolutely spotless. A clean and comfortable bed, fresh towels were provided and the room was cleaned a couple of times during our stay. Use of YouTube on the tv. Good aircon and plenty of storage space. Also the room is really big. We really enjoyed our stay here. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if I returned. Incredible value for money
• Yee (9/5): Enjoy, just like Home. - Cleanliness and coziness of the unit. It comes with a separated area for dining (kitchen) and washing machine for laundry, perfect for a family stay. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is walking distance to My Khe Beach and easily accessible to the Dragon Bridge where we had the opportunity to watch the finale of the International Fireworks Competition between China and Finland. While we had clothes to wash, there was a limited space to dry them. It'll be very useful to have a drying rack for the clothes to be arranged neatly and dry accordingly.

Also she rent us a motorbike in a verry good and reasonable price. Also don't forget our honeymoon and prepare the room for this occasion. 3-5 min by foot to the beach. Nothing, everything was great and as described. I suggest to everyone this place and you will find a home away of home.

• Galina (10/5): Thank you for helping my vacation so wonderful - This is my first time coming to VietNam and I chosen this hotel to stay for 1 week. When I saw a negative review (of course there were many good reviews) I got a little worried. But surprisingly, everything was much better than my expectation. The room is very nice, airy, clean. Staff are very friendly and funny. They always ask me the time convenient for cleansing my room. There are many restaurant, bar, spa, mini mart around hotel. Walking 5 minutes to My Khe beach. A useful of advice for travelers (if they have not pre-paid ) is to proactively take a message to the hotel to make sure you will check in. You should not be subjective when receiving a room confirmation letter via email because it is sent by OTA's robot
• Tengiz (1/5): Fake reviews, lack of cleaning, irresponsibility of the hostess, ignoring agreements and requests. - Nothing. Horrible attitude of the hostess towards the guests, many fake reviews! No quick check-in, no one is ever at work, but that's the least of the problems. You won't wait for your room to be cleaned. For a whole week, after our numerous requests and agreements in booking messages, she deigned to clean only 2 times. The watering can in the shower was leaking so bad that we were afraid it would burst. The windows are dirty. When we agreed on extending our stay, her assistant first said “ok” and confirmed our reservation in a personal conversation, and the day before the extension she pretended that she didn’t understand anything. She says she has a reservation for 2 days for other guests. And we have to go to another hotel and then come back here. Again they asked me to clean the room on the last day of my stay - again, complete ignorance. But during the eviction, she blatantly lied that they cleaned every time, it was just a mockery. One day workers came to cut off the balcony bars in our room. The water is not replenished, the towels were changed twice a week. Upon arrival, there was not even a blanket in the room, the TV did not work (Android set-top box, does not receive an Internet signal in the hotel). No one takes out the trash from the room - the guest does this on his own. Towels don't dry, dry yourself wet. The worst conditions for all stays in several hotels throughout Vietnam, they don’t want to do anything at all. I don’t recommend it - for the money there are plenty of more comfortable and adequate service hotels.
• Matt (9/5): Comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money - I had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others. The room offered excellent value for money - it was a good size, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a great area just a few minutes walk from the beach. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home. There are many cares and restaurants just a short walk away.
• Lawrence (10/5): Would give more than 10 if I could! - I am very fortunate. I've travelled to many places, stayed in all kinds of hotels, had all kinds of experiences good and bad. I can safely say this was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful, thoughtful and caring service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such joy and enthusiasm. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always welcomed with a smile.  Within a couple of days, I extended my stay by a week. Unfortunately, I became ill and needed to isolate for a few days. The support and help I was given was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I was brought bottles of water, fruit, fresh orange juice and food unprompted and uncharged. When you are feeling low, these gestures are so appreciated. I cannot praise the staff here enough. I must mention Lan in particular. She is the public face of the hotel, the person you will probably see the most. Her joyful smile and enthusiasm will make you feel at home immediately. She deserves huge credit not only for being incredibly hard working and excelling at her job, but also for being a wonderful human being. She helped me so much, I will never forget her kindness. The hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable rooms. A few minutes from the beautiful beach but off the main road, so quiet of an evening. The value for money is outstanding. It's hard to fault anything.  I recommend this place totally. Da Nang is a great holiday resort and Enjoy Home is a perfect place to stay while you are here. Please support this excellent hotel! As close to perfect as I've ever experienced.

• Yafim (9/5): Superb - Excellent host. Quiet location. Great value for money. Know ahead of time that hot water needs to be manually turned on. Wifi could be better. Beds were a bit hard for us but probably ok for most people.
• Aleia (8/5): Loved it here, thank you! - The room was nice and clean and the host was so kind and helpful. Location was fantastic, really close to everything. Great base for exploring both the city and the beach. Loved having a fridge to keep my drinks cold. Nice spacious room, bed was mega comfy. Sometimes there was no hot water for the shower but this is no biggie when it’s so warm! The host gave two bottled waters which was fantastic but would have appreciated a water cooler in the lobby to refill them.

• Maksim (10/5): Exceptional - Great room! We loved it so much. Clean and pleasant, so hospitable owners and even elevator for such small hotel. Room had a nice size and comfy bed. Location was great! 5 minutes to the beach and 20 min to Dragon bridge. A lot of street food and restaurants around. Also you can rent a motorbike direct at owners with normal price and it has good condition. Parking inside hotel. Maybe only AC which resonate and made noise at certain compressor RPM. Had to adjust speed and temperature before sleep to get rid of noise.
• Andy (9/5): Enjoyable stay - We really enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Home, the owners are very warm & hospitable people who will try their best to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our double room was lovely, bright and very clean with all conveniences needed and good air con. The location is great as the Hotel is positioned down a side street so very quiet at night & only a few minutes easy walk to the lovely huge beach 🏝️ . We hired a great scooter 🛵 from here for VND 120k a day and explored the area. We will definitely stay here when next in Danang :) 😎🏖️
• Kuok (8/5): Very good - Overalls is a very good option. We stayed there 2 times Pretty noisy AC on the 4th floor, so if you sensetive at night it might be a problem. But we told the owner and hope they will fix it
• Davydov (9/5): Superb - Good option for a shirt vacation. Nice supportive staff and clean rooms. Many cafes and restaurants around the place. Around 10 minutes to walk to a sea shore. Noisy air conditioner on the balcony. I believe it's solvable, though.

• Chehreh (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, just next to the beach and to restaurants, yet in a quiet alley. The room was big, clean, well-equipped, and modern looking. The staff was the absolute nicest. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

• Rb2508 (8/5): Lovely owner - This is a family run homestay style hotel. Our room is spacious, and the owner is friendly and very helpful. She and her family live on the ground floor of the building. The main door into the hotel is accessed via fingerprint authentication. We did not inform the owner on our estimated arrival time, and I had to call her to access the building. We rented a motorbike from her for VND 120K per day. Location is in an alley of residential buildings, away from noise from main street. 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes on the main street. We were given a room on the 1st floor which had a bad smell coming from the sewage pipes. The owner changed our room immediately to one on 4th floor after I complained about the smell.
• Adela (8/5): Very good - The location was great, it is just a few minutes walking from My Khe Beach, and a short walk to all the restaurants, cafes and bars. It was easy to work remote from the room as well.
• Kim (8/5): Very good - Good value, great location and spacious room. Reception on second level so if the front door lock upon check in, contact hotel, they are quick to respond.

• Ru (8/5): Warm and Welcoming owner - Lovely and helpful receptionist! Given useful advices on how to explore in Da Nang and to get affordable stuff. The apartment was quiet and cozy as well There’s two access cards given which os quite inconvenient to bring along
