• Jessica (8/5): Overall had a great stay, when on holiday in Japan you only really need a place to sleep as you’re exploring and shoppin - The location was great! Right in the heart of everything, quick walking distance to shops and stations. The property was nice and clean and loved that you had a kitchen as well. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and could do with more pillows.

• susan (6/5): Not gor the faint hearted - The location close to main attractions of Dotonbori. Complicated and nerve-wracking check-in. No sign outside of the building with the name, had to get help from a nearby hotel. Nowhere to leave luggage before 4pm. All appliances had Japanese instructions with no translation for overseas guests. Constant fear of not getting back in or losing the door key Very noisy street outside.

• Kathy (5/5): Space was clean but smaller than expected. Price was good for the short stay. Windows not sound proof we unfortunately d - Location was great. Space was smaller than expected and lots of noise throughout the night. Windows/walls not sound proof.
• Emily (4/5): - Having a kitchen was nice. We were disappointed when we arrived. The pictures lead us to believe that we would have a nice comfortable room. What we got was very Spartan like, in the way of only the bare bones. Our room included a bed blocking the balcony, a tv (that didn't work) on top of a study desk with two chairs. It felt claustrophobic if you wanted to sit down and eat there. No decor. The place didn't feel functional except for a place to cook and sleep. It didn't look anything like the pictures. The toilet was broken. This was brought up again on the 3rd day and was given a new room only then. We weren't compensated for the inconvenience. We would have chosen different accomendation if we knew.

• Dot-H (8/5): - Great location close to all the Dontonbori action. Easy access to train lines. While on a busy street, the apartment was quite and you could forget just how close you were to the action. AC & laundry were very welcome during our stay. The shower-come drying room was greatly welcomed. Not really a problem for the accommodation, but DON'T TRUST GOOGLE MAPS for directions! Make sure to follow the instructions from the property managers!

• Pei (8/5): Very good - I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service were friendly and helpful throughout my visit with fast response. The location was convenient, and overall, I enjoyed the experience. Will recommend for friend and family! LIFT under renovation during my stay on 22 JULY & 23 JULY (10AM-1800PM), have to use staircase for 8th floor.
• Hanne (8/5): Helt ok - Vanskelig innsjekk da all infoen jeg fikk var en e-post hvor 80% av all tekst var på japansk. Dette gjorde at innsjekk var uklar og tok lengre tid enn nødvendig. Ellers er det god plass, pluss med vaskemaskin (og vaskepulver tilgjengelig) og at man kan ha tørkefunksjon i dusjen slik at klærne tørker kjapt! Ingen sittemøbler på balkongen, så fikk ikke brukt den. Ellers var leiligheten litt slitt. God beliggenhet, ca 5-7 minutter gange til Dotonbori og midt mellom to metroer (ca 7 min gange).

Just a con: the fan of the bathroom needs toilet turned on randomly and stayed on for minutes, even if we didnt use the toilet/bathroom We couldn't manage to turn it off. Some instructions could be really useful.

• Kilian (7/5): Good - The flat itself was great though we really struggled to open the door and also to get out of the room again. If you haven’t seen these kind of locks before it can be tricky since there is no reception.

• Stephanie (10/5): Good stay - This was a good stay for our short trip in Osaka. The location was the best part, being in the heart of Dotonbori was so convenient. Self check-in was easy as the property manager provided all the details and responded promptly to my questions.
• Salam (1/5): Bad - The only good thing was the location of the flat owners answered quickly - You can hear all noises from the street - bad isolation so even with the heater, it's cold inside - there's the strict minimum (no knives, no glasses, just 2 fork 2 plates 2 spoons) - Only 1 duvet (so you can get cold at night) And for the same price you can get better hotels at the same location ... really felt like a bad experience here
• Audrey (6/5): Average stay - Conveniently close to dotonbori and walkable to kuromon market Washing machine and drying room made it good for travelling with minimal clothes Bed on rollers so unstable. Furnitures wonky. Filters to bathroom not changed and cleaned, we had to clean ourselves or else the bathroom would have flooded and the exhaust fan would have been pointless. Not enough clothes hangers. It's close to dotonbori, so it is quite noisy even though we're on level 12.

• K (10/5): Convenient location and well-equipped rooms - Located between Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, it is convenient for travel. The room is very bright and well equipped. My wife and I like living here very much, and we recommend friends who live here for a long time to choose this place.

• Tanya (4/5): Not a pleasant experience. - Not much The emailed instructions with the key code did not open the front door. 3 other people also followed the instruction and failed. A resident of the building let me in reluctantly. The mailroom where the key was kept was not in English and I missed it. A resident called the number in Japanese on the front door of the apartment for further instruction for me (thanks). When I finally got in the room just after 8pm the neighbours VIOLENTLY bashed on the walls every time I moved. Even to put the kettle on for a cup of tea at 9pm. They clearly don’t like that it’s being used as a hotel room. This was very unsettling as a female solo traveller. The bathroom door had mould on it that was easily removed when I touched it.
