• Elisa (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in Tirana - Kommunikation war unkompliziert, Parkplatz direkt am Haus möglich, modernes Zimmer, Kühlschrank vorhanden Kein Duschvorhang, die Hälfte des Bades ist nach dem Duschen nass. Kein Nachtschrank neben dem Bett, das sollte definitiv nachgerüstet werden (keine Ablagefläche). In den Kleiderschrank dürfen noch mehr Bügel zum Aufhängen.

• Magdalena (5/5): - Bardzo podobało mi się zainteresowanie właściciela swoim gościem, czyli brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu (via booking, tel. mimo prób z mojej strony) w wyniku czego nie dotarłam do obiektu, nie zameldowałam się. 🙃 Nawet w takiej sytuacji właściciel nie skontaktował się. 😂 Cóż, zarobił ktoś inny, a ja miałam niezłą rozrywkę. 😁

The owner was incredibly pleasant and her energy was truly beautiful — she made me feel so welcome. • Yannick (7/5): Schick und zentral, das Drumherum aber etwas ungewöhnlich. - Zentrale Lage, schicke Einrichtung, sauberes Zimmer, Privatparkplatz vor der Tür. Nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, die Zimmertür ist dünn und lässt sich von innen nicht gesondert abschließen, was ein unsicheres Gefühl hinterlässt. Die Gegend hat sich aber als sicher dargestellt. Der Empfang ist in einem Tabakladen, in dem nichts auf die Rezeption hinweist. Man muss darauf vertrauen, dass man von Mitarbeitenden in Empfang genommen wird. Als Beweis wurde einem die Buchung auf dem Handy gezeigt. Es wurde - auch auf Nachfrage und mit dem Versprechen, diese am nächsten Tag in das Zimmer zu legen - keine Quittung ausgehändigt. Die Zimmer liegen in dem Wohnviertel verteilt. Ein Mitarbeitender ist zu uns ins Auto gestiegen und hat uns navigiert, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Der Mitarbeitende war jedoch sehr freundlich und letztlich hat sich alles gut geklappt.

• Guida (10/5): - La struttura si trova in una zona davvero piacevole: durante il giorno è tranquilla e rilassante, mentre la sera si anima grazie ai numerosi locali situati a pochi minuti a piedi dove fare aperitivo o cenare, con musica e tanta movida. La posizione è quindi perfetta per chi vuole vivere Tirana a pieno, senza rinunciare alla tranquillità quando serve. Il gestore è stato estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura tutto il tempo necessario prima di prendere l’aereo per il rientro, un servizio davvero comodo. Consigliata a chi vuole visitare Tirana senza pensieri, godendosi sia il relax che la vita notturna della città.

• Caroline (10/5): Great central property with a wonderful host! - We loved our stay! Perfect central location. Taulant was so helpful, both before and during our visit. Parking was easy and he very kindly allowed us to keep our car there following check out as we had a little while before we went to the airport. We’d definitely book here again if in Tirana! The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Nothing!

• Jon (8/5): Tirina April 2026 - Tirina is a city under development with lots of "run down" places. Although the rooms are excellent the area was not what we expected but it was similar to many areas so don't panic when you first see this. However the rooms were excellent, the staff very very helpful and nothing was to much. Once there, there are a couple of nice bars very close by and an exceptional pastry shop also close by The rooms have internet so you can keep in touch if you want to The rooms are centrally located so everything is in walking distance Get the blue bus to mountain cable car for spectacular views The spray facility on the shower generally soaked everything behind the shower because you don't expect the water to come out in such force 😂

Haritadan bakıp gördüğüm konumda değildi kaldığım oda. Eğer mevcut konumunu görseydim böyle bir sokakta kalmak istemezdim. Güvenlik sorunu olmasa da yine de yerini bilsem bakımsız binalar arasından geçerek tenha bir sokak içindeki bir oteli tercih etmezdim.

Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato risolto in meno di 5 minuti. Inoltre offre anche servizio taxi dall’aeroporto alla struttura e viceversa. Lo consiglio perché era pulito, molto bello, zona centrale, tv con prime video disponibile, luci soffuse e non troppo forti. Nella doccia vi sono anche il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo.

One of the girls who cleaned the room next to use was having a conversation on the phone in the morning and she was basically screaming on the phone with the speaker on. Which was really annoying and I had to go out to ask her to be a little considerate. But apart from that i loved everything!

• Vicky (8/5): - Appartement ziet er erg goed uit. Zoals op de fotos, verbazingwekkend genoeg. Verblijf is schoon, er is voldoende toiletpapier en ligt erg centraal. Aardige dames die schoonmaken! De deur klapperde op het moment dat de andere gasten de ruimte in dan wel uit liepen. De locatie is in het centrum verstopt tussen smalle straatjes en teveel geparkeerde autos. Parkeren bij het appartement is een uitdaging. Ze hebben enkel plek voor 2 autos waarvan 1 strak tussen het gebouw en hekwerk mag staan. De wisselkoers die ze zelf handhaven. Heel vermoeiend dat we moeten discussieren over de wisselkoers als we in lek willen betalen ipv euros.

• Tiago (10/5): Good value for money! - Nice room, recently renovated. The building seems to be fairly new. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Good AC and thick curtains which really do block the light. Wi-fi was not very good. The location on the map is not accurate. It is just the place where you check-in. The room is 3 minutes away, on a dead end road. This shouldn't be a problem for anyone though - just FYI.

• Sophia (9/5): Perfekt um Tirana Tag und Nacht zu erkunden - Moderne Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage Wir hatten anfangs Probleme zu erkennen wo wir die Zimmerkarte erhalten. Der Vermieter hat einen Tabakshop/Bar, an welcher man dann alle Informationen zum gebuchten Zimmer bekommt.

• Marcus C. (9/5): Great almost perfect - Almost everything. The rooms are exactly as luxurious as they look, massive wine fridge for beverages, bed was great with both a hard and a soft pillow. The family that runs this is so nice, water was free and they carried our luggage when the elevator dident work. Located at absolutely the perfect area aswell with only 200 meters to a street with multiple nice restaurants and bars while there was both casual shopping and fancy shopping right near by. All in all almost perfect It’s gotta be mentioned though that the elevator was working on its on schedule, sometimes it worked other times it dident and you might have to pick a different floor than where you are going just to start it. It is apartment rental even though it looks like a hotel room so they don’t clean during your stay and ammeneties don’t get filled either.

El alojamiento está en unas calles internas, te anuncias en la ubicación indicada y te acompañan hasta las habitaciones, y hasta nos aparcaron el coche. Súper bien! Súper amables! Pour le parking, rien de "dédié" mais le propriétaire nous avait réservé une place. L'immeuble n'est pas très bien entretenu mais ils n'y peuvent rien, et la chambre est très bien.

The building is a bit old, with a tricky entrance. Keys are taken from a shop nearby, but not a big deal to find it, and the staff goes with you.

• Alina (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal - Das Zimmer war modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war gut. Zentral in Tirana aber durch das Tor davor hat man sich trotzdem sicher gefühlt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Bad und Dusche war schön. Alles war sauber.

• Marion (10/5): - Es war eine super schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage war perfekt, um alles sehenswerte fußläufig erreichen zu können. Zudem war der Host sehr sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz war auch sicher und gut.
• Marianna (10/5): - Although we only stayed for one night, we had a really nice experience and we wish we could have stayed longer ! The room was big,luxurious,clean and had really nice personal touches that make it different than others in Tirana. Hope we can visit again 🩷
