• MAJA (2/5): - Bardzo, bardzo strome i wąskie schody. Szerokość ogranicza dodatkowo konstrukcja krzesełka schodowego na pierwsze piętro (prywatne mieszkanie). Zero informacji o tym przed przybyciem. Podróżowałam przez Apulię przez ponad dwa tygodnie, miałam sporą walizkę, którą bardzo ciężko było wciągnąć na górę, a jeszcze trudniej było ją znieść. Po chwilowym odpoczynku mama i ja zrezygnowałyśmy z pobytu. Żałuję jedynie, że pchałam się z tam z walizką. Mieszkam na drugim piętrze (bez windy), ale te schody to koszmar. Niestety przy znoszeniu walizki pękły mi dwa żebra, silny ból. Nie oceniam samego apartamentu, ale po takiej przygodzie nie mogłam dać innej oceny. Dla kogoś z lekkim bagażem i lubiącym wspinaczkę jak po drabinie może być ok. Warto tylko nadmienić, że między sypialnią a pokojem znowu jest kilka schodów.
• Nagy (10/5): - The location of the appartment is perfect. It is in the historical center and 20 min walking from the beach. It is very compact but designed with a good taste and has all necessary things you will need during your stay.

• Stanislas (3/5): Grosse déception - L’appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné n’a rien à voir avec les photos publiées. Lorsque nous réservons, nous nous attendons à avoir l’appartement avec terrasse… mais que nenni. L’annonce est trompeuse. Les propriétaires se sont plaints sous prétexte que nous aurions demandé des services supplémentaires. J’imagine qu’ils font référence au fait qu’ils aient dû laver nos vêtements, ce qui me paraît être la moindre des choses lorsqu’on met à disposition une machine à laver… qui ne fonctionne pas. De plus, un seul rouleau de papier toilette a été fourni. Quand nous en avons demandé un autre, on nous a répondu que ce n’était pas possible car ils offrent seulement un « kit de bienvenue », et qu’ensuite il faut se débrouiller. J’ai cru à une plaisanterie, mais non, c’était bien leur réponse. Visiblement, nous n’avons pas la même conception de l’hospitalité. Moi-même je gère des Airbnbs et je fournis toujours du papier toilette en quantité suffisante. Autre détail : pas de verres à vin, seulement des verres basiques de piètre qualité. Un exemple parmi tant d’autres. Bref, je n’avais pas l’intention de laisser un commentaire, car je n’ai pas pour habitude de dénigrer le business des autres. Mais puisque les propriétaires ont osé se plaindre auprès de Booking en disant que nous étions bruyants, irrespectueux et que nous avions exigé des services supplémentaires, je n’ai aucun remords à exprimer à mon tour ma déception.

• Dominik (7/5): Nice apartment but sleeping and entrance can be difficult - Great location, just near the historic centre and nearby restaurants. The apartment is cozy and has a Monopoli Vibe.The host is nice and helpful. If you are in Monopoli for partying and staying late, you should be fine. But if you want to have a good night sleep, you can basically forget about it. The music and noises from the nearby restaurants and bars are loud until very late. We also had very noisy neighbours. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. We didn't have one night of full sleep which was a bit frustrating and inconvenient. Also if you have issues with mobility, you won't find the entrance to the apartment easy, especially with luggage. The stairs are very steep and narrow.

• Marta (10/5): Pura vita: un rifugio autentico tra mare e storia - Inizierei parlando della cordialità e disponibilità degli host: due persone squisite e gentili. Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolti con calore, facendoci percepire un’ospitalità autentica e una grande disponibilità. La struttura, situata in pieno centro storico, è in una posizione perfetta: a due passi dalle spiagge, dai locali e da tutti i principali servizi. Eppure, nonostante la centralità, è assolutamente silenziosa. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, attrezzato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e funzionale. Si nota una particolare attenzione ai piccoli comfort che fanno la differenza: ogni cosa ha il suo posto, ogni angolo è pensato per far sentire l’ospite coccolato. Il bagno è spazioso, moderno e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire, dai prodotti per l’igiene ai comodi accessori. Il piano cottura ad induzione è perfettamente attrezzato, ideale per chi vuole cucinare anche in vacanza: è possibile preparare qualsiasi tipo di piatto in totale comodità, grazie alla dotazione completa di utensili e accessori. Una gradita sorpresa è stata la presenza di acqua potabile direttamente dal rubinetto. In sintesi, "Pura Vita" è davvero il nome giusto per questo appartamento: un’oasi di pace, bellezza e benessere. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una pausa autentica e rilassante, senza rinunciare a comfort e posizione strategica. nulla! tutto perfetto

No crowds in the alley below.Huge window, opening up to the decent size balcony with the just right amount of sun. The host was super nice and really easy to talk to. Short walk to everything, the sea, the port. Abundance of places to eat at your door step. Check in process was smooth. I am 188 or 6"2 tall, kind of not really comfortable with the stairs up to the apartment. A bit too tight and I had to watch my head because of the low ceiling while on stairs. The bed was really a foldable couch with a thin foam mattress. Suitable for 1-2 nights at most.
• Arvena (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Monopoli!! - We had an amazing stay in Monopoli! The house was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Ruggero, the host, was very polite and incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the sea, bars, and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided, which made everything extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again – highly recommend!

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal place for a couple to spend a few nights in Monopoli. Very central location - once you walk outside you are met with bars, cafes, restaurants, and historical sites within 30 seconds. Porto Antico is right around the corner and Spiaggia Cala is about a 7-8 minute stroll away. The balcony is a great spot for a morning caffe or evening glass of vino, or even to take in a little afternoon sunshine. Ruggero the host is incredibly friendly, always willing to help with anything, and gave us some great restaurants tips for an amazing seafood dinner.

Quiet at night, excellent light, spacious, spotless and with all amenities. Plus, the host Ruggero was highly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend! Apartment is on the 2nd floor, meaning two flights of stairs to gain access. Not a problem at all unless a guest has physical mobility issues.

Ruggero was an excellent and very accomodating host, full of super helpful tips to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The apartment itself was perfect- right in the centre of town with a gorgeous balcony! The apartment had air conditioning and a washing machine which was a huge bonus. The finishes were quite modern and the whole apartment had a really wonderful beachey feel- I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely visit again!

We appreciated the washing machine.(It would have been nice if he provided soap for washing machine.) For a 5 day stay we were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper. There were no instructions on where to empty our trash. In the past the apartments had some basic cooking items such as olive oil, pasta ect. This apartment had coffee, sugar and salt.Not even a bottle of water was provided.There was no mention in his advertisements that we had to climb 3 flight of steps to get to apartments.

• Sanja (10/5): A perfect stay with best location - This apartment is very well located, in heart of the old town, extremely clean and very nicely decorated. We had all we needed for our stay. It had fast internet conection. The host made sure that we have the best possible stay. We had great communication and he was there for all our questions and with great suggestions for good places to eat. If you are looking for an amazing apartment in Monopoly dont look any further, this is it! Would definitely come back ! All recommandations!
• Laura (10/5): The best in town - The best apartment in town. It is located in the center, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches nearby. The owner lives there and he is very helpful. We had problem with the previous apartment, we needed to leave early in the morning. He made the place for us earlier so we were not homeless :-) there is waching machine. The balcony js lovely. Big terrace will be ready soon. The AC is really cold. You can hang your clothes on the balcony, so you feel like an italian. All the rooms are super clean and the furnitures are new. A missed a hairdryer but that’s it.
