- GILLIAN (5/5): Incorrect listing - Great location. The apartment was advertised as 2 beds which is why my friend and I booked and paid. When messaging with the host she advised this was incorrect as there was only 1 bed but would ask the cleaners to put linens on the sofa. We asked for a discount based on the incorrect advertising and the host never replied to us again. When we arrived there were folded sheets on the sofa but no duvet/doona/comforter or blanket. Quite disappointing.

The bed was comfortable, the sofa was very comfy, and having a washing machine was a big plus. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The loft was a bit hot and stuffy, and the windows couldn’t really be opened, which affected ventilation

- Joan (8/5): Very nice would stay again - Clean modern quite would stay again Was expecting seperate sleeping for two people while the couch in the lounge was adequate for sleeping there was no linen/sheets supplied only a duvet with no cover. Entry door handle very loose

- Alison (1/5): Not a place to stay - very disappointing - The location was okay. The property had a car park. The instructions to get into the garage could have been more clear. The owner's response was not quick - the response took at least 24 hours. On arrival, the property smelled of bleach across the whole place and urine in the bedroom. The smell was so strong that we could not stay. We left after 15 minutes. I contacted the owner requesting a refund as I could not remain in the property, and they took 24 hours to respond (Bookingcom has still not responded to me). The owner has not given me my money back and I am extremely disappointed - as I had to pay additional money to stay somewhere else. We booked into the Naumi - which is a great hotel.
- Anna (9/5): Great loft style apartment for exploring Wellington! - The apartment was huge…the photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed comfy and a fabulous power shower. Big comfortable sofa, smart TV and close to everything. The only slight negative was that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning and the bedroom was quite warm when we stayed as the window doesn’t open (or if it did we couldn’t work it). When we first arrived I lost the key to the front door and the host couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding! Thank you!
