• Marco (9/5): - alloggio pulito e ben ordinato dotato di spazi adeguati . la proprietaria di casa è stata attenta, disponibile e molto professionale. la zona è tranquilla e con 20 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro senza bisogno di prendere i mezzi. la parte condominiale esterna dell'alloggio è piuttosto degradata e non molto pulita, per cui le finestre dell'appartamento non potevano essere aperte.

• Nadezda (9/5): - Komunikace s Noemi byla naprosto skvělá. Na zprávy reagovala rychle a ochotně odpovídala na všechny naše dotazy. Ihned po příjezdu se s námi spojila a velmi srozumitelně nás navedla, jak se k ubytování dostat, což jsme opravdu ocenili. Velkým benefitem je také lokalita – do centra města i k moři se dá pohodlně dojít pěšky zhruba za 20–30 minut. Byt se nachazi v prizemi, takze tam nebylo dostatek denniho svetla. Jen drobná poznámka ke zlepšení: v kuchyni a ve sprchovém koutě by se hodilo věnovat trochu více pozornosti čistotě. Nešlo o nic zásadního, ale při jinak velmi pěkném dojmu to trochu vyčnívalo. Jinak ale pobyt hodnotíme velmi pozitivně a ubytování můžeme doporučit.

• XIAOKAI (10/5): 十分舒适。 - 厨房里边设施非常齐全，可以做任何美食。周边超市很多，生活非常便利。距离火车站不行仅需要5分钟，门前的公交车可以在10分钟到达马拉加公园、市中心或者是马拉加会展中心，也可以在20分钟到达科技园区。无论旅游还是商务出行，这里都是首选。房东Noémi是一个细心的人，她会帮你安排好一切。 一切都好

• Kateryna (10/5): Чудово! - По-перше, чудово що є 2 окремі спальні. По-друге чудове розташування. До центру міста пішки можна дістатися за 20 хвилин. Noemi, хазяйка, чудова людина. Дуже добра комунікація з будь-якого приводу. Привітала мене і брата с днем народження, що будо дуже приємно. В квартирі є все необхідне. Є також пральна та сушильна машина і посудомийна машина. Загалом ми залишились дуже задоволеними. Будемо в Малазі, знов повернемося сюди! Деякі речі, такі як диван, дуже сильно пахли пральними засобами. Розумію, що вони випрані, але краще будо б, якби було трохи менше ополіскувача
• BazyLones (5/5): Málaga in November 2025 - The location The host Naomi was attentive -always a call or txt away when needed. Property had AC in lounge and main bedroom Shower was amazing (but floor needed bleaching) The blinds (read why below) Great internet Netflix n YouTube Plenty of space on the sofa. for us all to sit comfortably Working dishwasher Bedding clean, plenty of towels Bed was comfy too Nice decor. Map of local area on table along with teas and coffees And Wine Plenty of cleaning products for us to clean up what the cleaner had missed. The cleaner doesn't have an eye for detail and could do better (a lot better) let alone a very basic level of cleaning standards , for example in between the oven and microwave gap was filthy with old grimy crumbs that had sat there a while. , Inside the fridge needed cleaning too (fruit and veg drawer). Old fridge food needed throwing out too. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were caked in grease and grime and full of half empty/used products of random food items from previous guests. The shower floor needed bleaching. No space in any cupboards in bathroom, I presume the cleaner throws nothing away. Cleaner stores all the cleaning products in the little storage space there was in the bathroom. as well as previous guests half packets of hygiene pads and cotton buds and other bits of clutter that wasn't necessary. Nowhere to store our toiletries in the bathroom The "courtyard" wasn't a courtyard or usable outdoor space. The blinds were a positive (as mentioned above) because opening them shown a dirty mess (not owners fault). Seems like the neighbours throw the rubbish out into the middle community court yard (POV from lounge, small bedroom and kitchen window) - note this is somewhere we as guests couldn't access but it was unpleasant to see. - we kept blinds shut because of the view. AC needed in small bedroom (couldn't open windows because the bugs would come in) There was no clothes storage in the small bedroom. It was full of blankets and other items . The shower curtain was disgusting. There was brand new one in the drawer. So I swapped them over and washed the dirty one, so it was fresh and clean, for next user. Cleaner handnt cleaned bathroom .ie. Mirror, floor dirty nothing swept or hoovered. Toilet needed cleaning too. I don't think the cleanliness is on the host. The cleaner needs retraining or replacing. She's taking liberties.

• Палкин (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты, находятся в центре города в пешей доступности от моря. Квартира с тремя комнатами( две спальни и салон) есть абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного проживания ( стиральная машина, сушильная машина и посудомойка). Также в квартире есть все необходимые столовые приборы но если чего то не хватает возле подъезда есть множество отличных магазинов. Отдельное спасибо хозяйки квартиры которая писала нам и интересовалась как у нас проходит отдых и нуждаемся ли мы в ее помощи. Также до заселения я попрасил детский стул и детскую кроватку, в день заселения кровать и стул были уже в квартире.

• Lucia (8/5): - Noemii bola výborná hostiteľka, vždy bola ochotná. Dokonca sme sa mohli ubytovat skor ako bolo napísané. Tym ze je to na prizemi tak tam bola dost tma, tak isto z okna bol vyhlad na odpad. Co nam trosku vadilo.

• cayke (10/5): Strand & Stadt in Malaga - Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen aus mit Zug / Bus schnell und einfach zu erreichen und hält alles, was sie verspricht. Es war sehr sauber, sehr ansprechend. Es gab 3 Klimaanlagen, alles in der Wohnung und vor allem auch in der Küche, inkl. Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. funktioniert. Die Betten / Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Da das Apartment innerhalb des Hauses liegt, gibt es logischerweise keine Aussicht.Tagsüber war es belebt, nachts aber ruhig. Sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Stadt braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 bis 25 min. Es gibt unzählige sehr nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Selbstversorgung ist also problemlos möglich. Noémi hat uns während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts fantastisch begleitet und auch sehr gute Empfehlungen für alle Themen rund um unseren Urlaub gegeben. Danke nochmal für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder :) Nichts.

• Alejandro (9/5): Good value for money - Location is very good: Walking distance from the train station and bus station. Easy to get to from the airport. City centre can be reached with the bus that runs regularly. Host very friendly and helpful.
• Zoltán (10/5): Absolutely recommended. ;) - Noémi was really friendly and helpful with everything. The apartment is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station and from the train terminal.
• Arosocki (10/5): Very nice stay and very good host. - Noemi is a very good host. She is responding very quickly via whatsup and sometimes she is even proactive. The apartment itself was very well equipped and comfortable. I really recommend La Brisa apartment and Noemi as a host.

• Mike (9/5): Wonderful host in Malaga - Wonderful host with great communication and flexibility. Apartment has good bed, shower and equipped kitchen. Area close to train and bus station so a little rough around the edges but safe. Flat is in inner courtyard surrounded by many other apartments and businesses so expect noise anytime of day and night. Pack earplugs if this is an issue for you.

• Dora (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is decorated and maintained with great care. Noemi is a super host, very kind and attentive. You have everything in the apartment you may wish for, from toilateries to a few basic staff like salt, oil, tea you may need for a pleasent stay. The beds were comfy. Heating worked also well. The location is perfect - literally minutes from bus and train station and centre of Malaga just a few metro station away. There is no view, but interior is very cozy that compensate for it.

• Grant (10/5): The perfect stay, 10/10 would recommend. - EVERYTHING! Noemi is quintessentially the perfect host. She was in communication before the trip began, helped me organise travel from Granada to Malaga, organised early check-in, and provided the most comprehensive list of restaurants, sights and landmarks, and itinerary to do and see in this magical city. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location is ideal, 5-min walk from the central bus station, and in a quiet district; withing 15-min you're in the city centre or 30-min and you're at the beach. Several buses run from the district to all the major landmarks in the city and to surrounding suburbs and villages. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back when we return to Malaga again. Not applicable :).

• Alexandru (9/5): Nice apartment - The apartment looks like in the photos. It is not so big, but is clean and has all what you need. The host was helpful. The apartment is at the ground floor and the windows open to some sort of block common area which is not at all clean. A nice touch it would have been some coffee capsules, but we survived :)
• Gabriela (10/5): Everything was OK - great host, smooth communication, nice apartment with everything you need. - Noémi (host) is absolutely great! The communication was pretty smooth, she is very careful, helpful and kind. Apartment is not in the centre, but you can go there in 15 minutes Parking is a bit of a problem - as in most larger cities, where there are many cars and few places to park. But it is not as big issue, we always found a parking space within a 5-minute walk.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, many appliances, great showerhead. The location is perfect! Very close to food places, shopping centers, bus and train stations, groceries. We had an incredible time in Malaga and highly recommend it, we left wishing we could spend more time there! There was literally nothing bad about it, everything was just great!

She even took the time to check in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and well equipped. It was even decorated for Christmas which made our stay even more festive. The location is perfect it's close to trains, buses and the Centro area. The only downside to this apartment is there is no views.

• Carole (9/5): Superb - It was ground floor, near the main train and bus stations, plenty of supermarkets big and small nearby. There was also a bakery across the street. We were met on arrival although it was 0030 hrs. The area felt safe later at night. The layout of the building and the shutters meant it was very dark in the rooms at night so we slept well. As it is a residential area there was a certain amount of noise which included home renovations, while we were there. There were no English speaking channels on the tv unless you used Netflix.
