• Filippo (10/5): - appartamento super confortevole e super accessoriato. molto pulito. bello lo spazio esterno con un tavolino e le sedie dove poter mangiare. parcheggio sulla strada comodo, dove abbiamo trovato sempre posto. L'appartamento si trova vicino a ristoranti e supermarket.

• Neve (10/5): Lovely place, owner and area. - Beautiful place and very clean, the patio is such a bonus, it’s very pretty, private and there was even yoga mats which I used outside. The swimming pool is exceptionally clean and had it to myself most times used. Comfy bed, nice quiet area, close to the coast and shops. Bus stop just down the road. Host was so attentive and accepted my requests and made sure I had what was needed which was very appreciated. Loads of space for one person and felt very comfortable as a woman alone. Loads of cleaning products and even shower products. Would highly recommend, I would definitely stay longer or come here again. WiFi connection was brilliant. Easily found with instructions. I was even able to leave a little later to accommodate my transport times. Nothing everything was managed and only a message away.

• Cristina (9/5): BUENA UBICACIÓN y ACOGEDOR - El alojamiento está ubicado en un complejo residencial muy tranquilo. Cumplió con las expectativas, está decorado con gusto y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La terraza es un plus para hacer comidas al aire libre. El tamaño de la ducha, excesivamente pequeña. Habría que mejorar la salida del aire acondicionado portátil, anclado a la ventana de la habitación.

• Meritxell Solé (9/5): Recomendado - El alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con todo lo necesario, el propietario se comunico muy bien desde el primer momento. La zona comunitaria contiene piscina y hay fácil aparcamiento cerca. Como mejora al alojamiento, recomendaría poner una cortina opaca en la entrada para poder conseguir que no entre luz en el comedor por la mañana, arreglar la mesita de noche y luego mejorar la salida del aire acondicionado. Nada de esto ha sido ningún problema en la estancia

• Maeva (10/5): - Joli petite maison pour les vacances. Nous avons trouvé tres facilement grace aux indications. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le sud. Tout etait parfait. Merci beaucoup !! Rien à redire
• Mario (10/5): Para repetir sin dudarlo. - Ubicación, y estancia muy relajada, alejada de ruidos y en una excelente comunidad. La piscina, simplemente, genial Cercanía y buena comunicación con el arrendador. Sin objeciones.
• Monika Dimitrova (9/5): Muy bien - El alojamiento está bien equipado. La cama era cómoda y la cocina tenía lo necesario. Se encuentra en una urbanización y fuera hay parking público que por lo general suele haber sitio. La hora a la que pudimos entrar fue más tardía de la establecida. El aire acondicionado era una especie de pingüino, si enfriaba pero no era aire acondicionado como tal y solo estaba en una de las habitaciones. También le faltaba una cortina en la puerta de fuera porque la que había tapaba poco. El lavabo de la cocina se atascaba fácil.

• Ida caterina (9/5): Un vrai bon plan, rien à redire - La position est parfaite, à côté de l’aéroport et à côté de les autres endroits touristiques, même si le parking était gratuit, on a trouvé tout le temps la place pour se garer, même à 2h du matin, on a utilisé la piscine aussi et j’avoue ca a été très agréable, rien à dire, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel !

• Justyna (7/5): Lovely location - Great and safe location, good communication, clean apartment, big enough for 2-3 people. Tiny shower, small boiler so we could only take a very quick hot shower, not comfortable bed, TV was not working properly, there was no kettle, only one mug, the kitchen sink was blocked, toilet seat loose. Lovely clean apartment but some things need to be fixed or replaced asap.

Onsite parking was a bonus Nothing all was excellent. I would say simply for British guests we love to have a kettle in the kitchen for tea and coffee but this is a small thing and not a complaint.

• Ionascu (10/5): I liked the house and it was comfortable, also very close to the ocean. - I liked the terrace and the small park inside the community residential area which was full with exotic plants. It is also relatively close to the Southern Airport of Tenerife. It was difficult to find the corect entrance in the community residential arena because it was the third one, a bit far from the local road/street.

• Jessica (9/5): Great ending point of our trip in Tenerife - Small but practical setup. Swimming pool was a big bonus, the apartments got everything you need. We stayed for one night but could’ve done longer Nothing really. The boiler is small so make sure you take your shower quickly enough.
• Jonathan (7/5): A convenient property for exploring this part of Tenerife, visiting the beach or overnight before catching a flight home - Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and a mini market nearby. On bus route to Ten Bel, where the airport bus goes from. Good security - the property is inside a gated community. Shower curtain was poor, so water ran underneath and into the kitchen. There were no pods for the coffee machine and we couldn’t buy any as we were only there for 1 night. The full address of the property was not given , so it proved quite difficult to find initially.
• Gundega (9/5): Superb - Roof windows - always bright in daytime. Bide - such a rare option. Quiet, green and wide streets around the property. Didn't try, but it looks like there is a outdoor grill option. There wasn't direct light over the kitchen in the evening. Very tiny shower space. The door to the bedroom was installed in the worst possible position.

• Antonija (7/5): Good appartment - if you need a good AC look for hotel room - Big spaceus fridge. Nice cosy outside terrace with possibility to dry towels outside on a terrace. Furniture seems new. Host is friendly, English speaking and promptly responsive to through Booking platform messages. He also waited for us at arrival late at 11 pm. Towel change was possible on request. The comlex has a nice pool which we also used. Air condition is portable and very loud, so if you have it in your bedroom it is hard to sleep without earplugs. Also water drainage is not working as supposed to so you must drain it very regulary (once per hour) as there is a lot of hummidity in the air. If you don’t drain it, it stops cooling. This activities regarding AC were anoying! Bed is to small for two adults and has some extra big and stiff pillows. Shower cabin is also very small. There are parking limitations inside the complex if you arrive late. Parking inside of the appartment complex is not always available so you have to park outside on the public parking space, which are on other side also close to the complex where you usually find space. We managed to park inside 4 days in total of 10 days.
• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely quiet place in the gated community with a large spotlessly clean swimming pool. The apartment had everything we needed and also spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Federico 😊
