• Fernanda (8/5): - The view from the room is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. Since the shower door doesn’t close properly, every time you take a shower the water splashes all over the bathroom. They also didn’t replace the bathroom mat, so whenever I stepped into the bathroom, everything was wet and damp.

• Christine (10/5): New hotel with a spectacular view of seaside village of Sarti. - Quiet little boutique hotel that’s family run. The host Leonidas was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is brand new. Three minutes from the village of Sarti, with a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. Had dinner at a wonderful seaside tavern. Leonidas explained how they were only allowed so much space for the hotel so our room was on the cozy side. Perfect for a weekend stay.
• Marcio (10/5): - Absolutely amazing. The pictures won't reflect the actual standard of the rooms and building. Everything is new, top quality. Rooms are easily compared to Radisson / Hilton standard - no joking. I never use pools from public areas but this one was super clean and gives you a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located 5-10min from the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki. Sarti Thea is on top of our list for future visits. We loved it.
• Valeria (10/5): A wonderful and relaxing stay! - Super cozy apartments with a gorgeous view! Just 5 minutes by car from the center of Sarti. Loved the beautiful garden and the children’s pool, and the building’s elevator even plays fun music :D
• Lars (8/5): - Very nice place/area.Nice views from the balcony. Fresh pool. The apartments are not very well planned. Very small entrance and then upperfloor with steps to the bedroom. Hard to fit luggage and avoid chaos. Would not book again!

• Preslava (10/5): Beautiful and modern place with great view! - Absolutely lovely place with amazing view! Very close to the city! The hosts were extremely nice and allowed us to bring our small dog which we are very grateful for! The rooms are slightly small and there was almost no place for the luggage, but we managed to figure it out and it was okay.

• KG85 (5/5): A lot of luxury, but the basics are missing. - Stunning view from the balcony and a very helpful host. Good parking place and nice swimming pool. The property is located 2 kilometers outside Sarti on a main road, which makes it mandatory to go everywhere by car and the noise from the street was really annoying. It is not comfortable for long stays as there is no wardrobe to put your clothes in and the room is too small, for 3 people it is hard to move around. It was hot on the second floor as the air conditioner was located on the 1st floor. The only option was to keep the air-conditioning on the entire day, but then the first floor was freezing cold.
• Jordan (10/5): Vacation with a view! - Stunning views, it's located above Sarti and really close to everything less than 5 min drive. The owners were also really friendly and nice and the room was spotless. The pool was really clean as well and the outside area. Maybe the stairs in the apartment were a bit too narrow but not that big of a problem.

• DAVIDE (9/5): Ottima struttura con qualche punto di miglioramento - Struttura nuova, curata e accogliente con parcheggio privato, la piscina a sfioro è l'ideale per qualche ora di relax e un aperitivo al tramonto, quanto messo a disposizione nello spazio comune è sufficiente per prepararsi la colazione al mattino (caffè o bollitore). Sicuramente la scala di accesso con i bagagli non è agevole, la camera ha misure ridotte all'essenziale (un lato del letto è attaccato al muro) e non c'è uno spazio o un supporto per appoggiare i bagagli. Un punto negativo è da dare allo stato della zona coffee break, in quanto abbiamo trovato il microonde sporco ed è rimasto tale per 5 giorni e nel frigo c'erano bevande in lattina aperte, su questo è necessaria maggiore attenzione. Per il rumore proveniente dalla strada sono sufficienti i tappi per le orecchie.

• Hategan (9/5): Superb - The view was awsome, it was clean, we had enough utensils in the room to be able to have breakfast there. Ana was lovely and if she was the one checking us in we would have had a better understanding of the facilities, but the stay was really nice. I would give an 8 out of 10 because of the lack of storage spaces in the room but it compensates with outdoor spaces which is why we chose this location. The rooms are quite small and it's not soundproofed(I could hear the neighbors walking and speaking in the other room) and you can hear the traffic if you have the windows open, but if you close the windows it's not an issue anymore.

• Alex (1/5): Great location for taking a photo of the view and move on. - Just the view! As the property is located on the main road, the noise from the traffic, is horrible even with the windows closed so if you wish for a relaxing holiday from my point of view you shouldn’t stop here. As it’s the main road you’ll “enjoy” 24 hours traffic. We booked triple room which unfortunately is on the small side. The bed area which is on the upper floor transforms into a sauna as the air conditioning cannot be directed there. Downstairs it will be too cold, upstairs it will be too hot. As you won’t find Uber or any other taxi services you’ll relay on your car unless you wish for a 30 min walk to Sarti on the same main road. 2km plus. Other than this, everything is new, clean enough, you have a microwave at the reception, if you came in Greece for a swimming pool they have it and not to forget the elevator!
