• Juan (6/5): - The location is excellent. Se anuncia con un sofa cama. Sin embargo, el sofa cama esta viejo y roto, no se puede dormir en el. Ha habido quejas en los reviews al respecto desde hace años, y nos dueños no han tomado medidas. It is advertised with a sofa-bed. However, the sofa-bed it is extremely worn out and broken. It is not possible to sleep in it. There have been complains in the reviews about this for years and no action has been taken by the owners.

• Sanna (9/5): Loistava huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla - Loistava sijainti lähellä Retiroa ja Salamancan putiikkeja sekä ravintoloita. Huoneisto oli siisti. Hissi sattui olemaan rikki majoituksen ajan ja vauvan rattaiden kanssa rappusten kulkeminen oli vaikeaa.

• Maria (6/5): Very nicely located apartment (and very well equipped) but could be refreshed. - Location was great and the access was very easy. It was also very nicely equipped with everything we needed. It was a bit dated and the sofa especially was old and making weird sounds and also looked a bit dirty. There could be also more light inside - the windows where not see through so it was quite dark.
• Graciela (7/5): Very good location - The location, the place is really good in front of Parque del Retiro, close to good stores and restaurants. The bathroom is OK, and the size of the apartment is also OK. The apartment is a good size, although it would benefit from some renovations. The kitchen equipment should be improved — for example, there were not even two matching glasses. The mattresses and blankets could also be upgraded a bit. On the positive side, the bathroom is fine and works properly, and the building itself is not bad, except for the elevator, which unfortunately was out of order during our entire stay (5 days), with no alternative or assistance with the luggage offered and it was a 5th floor!!

• Cynthia (8/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location. - The location is amazing … it’s so nice to be across the street from Retiro park and all the great restaurants in Salamanca are maximum 15 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all that we needed to have a comfortable stay. There was construction noise that started by 8am each morning. The shower floods so that required us to mop the floor after each shower. Bed pillows could be better.

• Vicki (10/5): Perfection a happy relaxed weekend in a beautiful part of Madrid - The apartment was impeccable , it had everything you required comfy beds, a fan, etc and it was in a perfect location . So close to the park coffee shops and amazing galleries In a beautiful well looked after building I would highly recommend this accommodation .

• Natalia (9/5): Lovely apartment and location - Nice, atmospheric apartment, clean and well equipped. Located in a luxury neighbourhood of Salamanca within walking distance to all main sightseeings. Just across the road is a beautiful Retiro park. Good value for money. Nothing, I really enjoyed staying there.

• Rui (10/5): Exceptional - Very well located. Apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable for a small family The elevator is not at the same level as the apartment we stayed. We had still one floor of stairs. If you have kids, there is no entertainment inside the apartment.
