• Anna (6/5): Zwiedzanie Bolonii i okolic - Dobrym rozwiązaniem są kupony na śniadanie, które można zrealizować w jednej z dwóch pobliskich kawiarni (polecamy Pasticceria Saffi). Bliskość centrum - 20 minut bardzo wolnego spaceru, czy dworca kolejowego (25 minut spacerkiem czy kilka komunikacją miejską). Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze (jest to kompleks kilku mieszkań obsługiwanych przez jedną firmę). W zasadzie nie ma dostępu światła, widok z okien też żaden (my mieliśmy na wewnętrzny dziedziniec). Jest w nim chłodno, co może być zaletą w lipcu czy sierpniu, ale już w październiku czuć zimno.
• Tatsiana (9/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We arrived in Bologna in the morning and were kindly allowed to check in two hours earlier, which we really appreciated. Breakfast coupons for local bakeries were provided, and we enjoyed using them as well. Thank you very much!

Met de bus in 10 minuten naar station, De locatie lag op 20 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. Binnenkomen via ingewikkelde procedure/codes. Jammer dat de stad voor groot gedeelte overhoop lag ivm aanleg Metro. Prijsreductie had daardoor wel gekund.

• Barrow (10/5): Convenient and quiet location. - Very well equipped with coffee and sachets of oil, sugar etc. and the communication with the host was very quick and helpful. Plug in air-fresheners which made the apartment smell bad. We unplugged them though.

Price is attractive, but then: It Smells!!! Moldy and stale. But don’t worry, the moldy bits have been painted over. Glasswear and cups had to be washed before we could use them! Has the floor ever been mopped??? Leaky shower door so floor always gets quite wet. Dreary look -poor lighting

The double bed and sofa bed were both in good condition and the apartment was very clean. It also had all the needed equipment and a coffee machine. Everything was good, but lighting could also be added on top of the shower, instead of just one on the mirror.

Its really important to mention that you have to pay city tax- on the other hand San Felice is giving you voucher 5 Euro per person/every day in one of two nearby bakerries- let me tell you, pastries were amazing. The neighborhood was super quiet and safe. I'm really happy about choosing San Felice.

• Yufei (10/5): A wonderful accommodation experience! - The hotel is located in a very quiet little neighborhood, and it’s very close to the city center and the station—easily accessible by bus or even on foot. Communication with the hotel staff was through WhatsApp; they were incredibly kind and helpful. This is also one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, with fully equipped facilities—everything you might need is there! The bed was also very comfortable. Lastly, the hotel provided breakfast vouchers for the past few days, which could be used at a breakfast spot very close by. The owner of the breakfast place was also super friendly. A truly lovely trip to Italy—thank you for the warm hospitality!

Easy communication via app, early check-in available, fast Wi-Fi .15 minute walk to the city center, many grocery stores around. i'll definitely come back. Maybe not enough power outlets next to the table. So if you plan to work during your stay, it might be good to bring a power bank.

• Mikhail (10/5): Very nice place - We stayed over night and left very early in the morning. Thus, we did not have a chance to check the breakfast place, for which the 5 Euro coupons are given by the hosts. The place is very nice, location is perfect, the rooms are a bit on the small side but it was not a problem for us. Everything was perfect with the rooms. It would have been better to have an easier communication with the hosts via Whatsapp, for example. The instructions on how to get in have only been sent on the day of arrival, which was not a problem for us as we were arriving by train, but I imagine for someone taking a flight this could have been cumbersome.

• Alina (10/5): Great stay near the center - The property is very nice, very tidy, equipped with all necessarry equipment! The bed and pillows are quite comfi. The TV has all movie apps included. You only need to log in. The check in and check out is very easy and the owner very responsive. The location is close to good restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the center. Breakfast is offered by 5 eur coupon that you can use to 2 Pasticcerrias nearby. The building and the area around are queit and secured. Nothing to dislike
• Colin (9/5): Excellent modern apartment in great location - Apartment was excellent, very modern and clean. The whole process from arriving at the apartment to leaving was easy, and any time we contacted the hosts via WhatsApp, they would respond very quickly, and always in a friendly and helpful manner. Apartment had excellent wifi also which we always find very handy. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk into the heart of the city, and the walk is pleasant passing many nice cafes, restaurant, bars, shops etc. We enjoyed stopping at a couple on the walk home each day. It is also very close to many local bars and cocktail places. While we were initially wanting somewhere closer to town, it turned out the location was great for us and the whole city centre is very walkable. Would happily book here again. There can be a little occasional noise from the surrounding apartments and hallway but this is the nature of apartment buildings. It never disturbed us at night or in any real way. Pillows could have been a bit comfier :)

She made great suggestions and sent us links. She even used several phones simultaneously to book us cabs twice when it was very urgent. We felt cared for and supported every day, surpassing what the best hotel concierge would have ever done for us.

Breakfast voucher for nearby bakery offered a nice assortment to start the day. Manager of property was exceptionally helpful to resolve and issue we had. Very impressed by the response to our concern - exceptional customer service. We noticed a strange smell in the suite, but the owner took immediate steps to resolve our situation and remedy the problem. Was very impressed by the response and would gladly return to an Ares property again.

The staff from the owners to the housekeeper were wonderful. They gave you a five Euro coupon for breakfast. The trash can in the bathroom was way too small!

Apartment brand new, super clean, check in online, close to the center... Really great value for the money. Also the lady on WhatsApp was helpful and nice, gave me all the information to get in (you get a password). It was my 1st time in Bologna and surely next time I am there I will book same place. Recommended.
