Apesar de ter o metrô bem perto, fica mais distante do centro da cidade, pra quem está com criança não foi muito prático.

Also, even though it was October and quite chilly, the heating wasn’t available — the thermostat was locked and we were told it only works after November, which isn’t ideal since heating is listed as an amenity.

La rete convergeva al centro, cigolava ad ogni movimento e il materasso sottile enfatizzava tutti questi difetti. Contattato il servizio clienti ho chiesto di invertire momentaneamente i materassi (quello del letto matrimoniale età alto e confortevole). Mi hanno assicurato che mandavano subito qualcuno. Tornando la sera ho constatato che non era venuto nessuno. Non ho più chiamato con l'idea di scrivere questa recensione. Dimenticavo, non c'è il bidet, ma solo un doccino vicino al WC

Il divano letto era decisamente scomodo, poco accogliete e rumoroso per due persone che pagano la stessa cifra di chi dorme nei lettini matrimoniali molto comodi.

Em termos de transportes muito bom, mas em termos de ambiente, péssimo, impossível raparigas andarem na região sozinhas à noite! A única coisa que não gostei foi a localização. À noite é uma região muito perigosa!

Support durch die Unterkunft 0%, und durch die Polizei 0%. Die Gegend gibt dir in der Nacht ein Mulmiges Gefühl durch laute schreie oder durch Hunde gebälle, die Wände sind sehr dünn die Türen sind weder abschließbar in der Unterkunft geschweigeden lassen Sie sich nicht schließen. Die Reinungskraft die keine Fremdsprache sprach war sehr hilfsbereit aber.

We got our check in message and code, hot and tired, we couldn't wait to check in. The apartment was filthy! The last people had checked out and no one had been in! There was dirty beds, towels, cutlery everywhere and blood in the bathroom. They moved us but no apology or compensation for our hassle and grief. Such a shame as after our first night, we were looking at booking again in October. Now we are not too sure at all! Ci avevano assegnato una stanza errata e non pulita, abbiamo provveduto a chiamare l'assistenza ma non c'è in italiano h24. Abbiamo parlato con un operatore inglese e hanno risolto la problematica della stanza abbastanza in fretta.

La temperatura della stanza non era regolabile, all'interno c'erano 29° a dispetto dei 23°segnalati. Per fortuna ho soggiornato in giorni non troppo caldi, altrimenti sarebbe stato un vero problema. In un mobile abbiamo trovato una busta di patatine vuota ma il resto della stanza era pulitissima.

The highs in Rome were over 90 degrees DF the day we were there and the place was so hot. We contacted the rental manager and she sent a manual over a dozen pages long and was not helpful in getting the unit to work. We were very disappointed.

• Jose manuel (8/5): Sitio bueno y muy tranquilo un poco lejos del centro - La tranquilidad del barrio y de los apartamentos no se escuchaba ningún ruido .hay una parada de metro a un minuto caminando y muchos restaurantes cerca muy buenos. Para acceder al centro de roma se puede tomar la linea de metro c o el autobús 81 que te deja cerca de los lugares más turísticos del coliseo plaza Venecia etc... El aire acondicionado los dos primeros días funcionaba mal y hacia mucha calor. Nos proporcionaron dos ventiladores y al tercer día todo iba perfectamente

WiFi fungerte utmerket ifbm. streeming. A/C er dårlig. Under vårt opphold var det meget varmt i Roma og det var nesten like varmt inne som ute.
• Westley Scott (2/5): - This was the worst travel experience I’ve had in over 20 years of international travel. Limehome blatantly advertises this property as “air conditioned” — but the A/C did not work for a single day of our 2-week stay. Temperatures inside the unit exceeded 31°C (88°F) daily and never got below 28°C (82°F). I reported the issue repeatedly, begged for multiple fans (only one arrived after 48 hours), and was told to “give it time. It should get better.” Our four young children, including a 3-year-old, had to sleep in sweltering heat, waking up drenched in sweat every night. Other families staying there confirmed the same problem — this wasn’t a fluke, it was a building-wide failure. Many of these other families left immediately or after just one night because the conditions were so bad. Limehome has no staff on-site, no ability to fix serious problems, and clearly no regard for the wellbeing of guests. When I complained after the trip, they offered a pathetic refund as a “gesture of good will” and won’t take responsibility for anything. Book this place if you enjoy heat exhaustion and being treated like you don’t matter. Rome was great, and the people were mostly nice, but many of the locals in Pigneto don’t want you there. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid walking alone at night. If you do decide to book the property, here’s a pro tip: run the shower on cold and blow a fan on high through the water to take a brief break from hell on earth.

• Guest (1/5): Infernal, la temperatura era menos en el exterior que en la habitación, imposible descansar - La infraestrutura nueva y moderno, las instalaciones El aire acondicionado no funciona, imprescindible por la época, la via de comunicación con los responsables no es nada favorable, no solucionaron la incidencia, por tanto no pudimos descansar por las noches, asi que fisicamente en el día nos encontrábamops fatal afectando en nuestro planing de visitas y por ultimo la ubicación

Incluso en la noche. Escribí por WhatsApp respondían pero tardaban bastante. Vino un señor a solucionarlo y su respuesta fue que lo apagué si no quería escuchar el pitido. Nos bajo la temperatura de la serpentina del piso pero jamás llegó a enfriar. Necesitan por splits en cada ambiente urgente !!
