• Ecaterina (9/5): Overall good caravan - the caravan was great the owners were helpful and nice and kindly provided us with a travel cot very close to the beach the experience was very good some dishes in the oven were not washed by previous guests, several things were broken such as the door holder from the street and the ignition button from the stove, but this did not spoil our holiday, in general the caravan is very neat and comfortable

• Martin (6/5): - Good value for money you get what you pay for basically it was near the beach and not far from skegness and local shops not much open due to time of year though The caravan was nice needed a few things though the quilt and pillows were stained and too thin so we were cold we had to provide our own linen and bed sheets there was no bedside lamp in main bedroom but everything else was good also had trouble locking the main door to caravan

• Mike the mechanic YT (8/5): over night say with 5 people - close to the sea and beach. clean caravan. nice location. 2 bathrooms was great when we were 5 people. nice size caravan för a family of 4 or 5 people. we were told after booking that we needed to send a £50 refundable deposit that was not mentioned in the booking. as we are from abroad fixing a bank transfer was not easy, also we were told that instructions for getting the key would be sent closer to us checking in but we ended up ringing and asking for the key.

• Kelvin (3/5): I wouldn't come back - The caravan was so close to the beach but the beach entrance closes at 5pm. The beds are uncomfortable the sofa bed was broken, it wasn't clean far from it there was dust all over the curtains, the door is hard to lock, the decking is unsafe outside as it leans to one side theres a flower pot with a great big screw sticking through it dangerous for children or pets, there was no gas when we arrived (this should of been checked before arrival and wasnt) the shower tray is all cracked and broken quite unsafe to use, the front room curtain is broken,only have provided 2 dinner plates and families are supposed to stay here, oh to top it off I hoovered the floor before I left and the hoover clearly hadn't been emptied for a very long time as it was blocked. I wouldn't stay here again in this caravan great location van needs major upgrading.

• Lillyland (10/5): Exceptional - The Beachfront luxury holiday home was lovely and clean. It was well situated. We parked right outside. It included washing-up-liquid, scourer, toilet rolls, hand creams and dvds to watch. The kitchen included an air fryer, microwave, kettle, large oven, lots of saucepans and crockery. There was a full size fridge and a full size freezer which was handy.

• Toyin (4/5): Disappointing - The water boiler was not working, my family and I had to bathe with cold water the first night, and we had to leave without bathing when checking out. The door was also not good, hard to lock the door when going out.

• Brannan (10/5): It was amazing bed caravan I've been in it was gorgouse - All of it it was gorgouse it was clean apart from the fact they was a dock under one of the beds but that didn't ruin anything it was still spotless everywhere else No much just fact things need double check before handing it over as they was a dirty sock under the bed but that didn't ruin nothing everywhere else was clean they wanst any bef sheet but it was ok as we sorted it

• Lauryn (9/5): Besides having to clean up and some bits needing updating and some things fixing , the stay was lovely and it wasn’t eno - The location was brilliant, the site was clean and relatively quiet, the beds were comfy, the facilities in the caravan were good. When we arrived we had to spend 45 mins to a hour deep cleaning. The showers, toilet and kitchen were filthy and it had not been vacuumed or mopped. The light outside didn’t work and the lights on the fire didn’t work, kitchen blind was broken. Could do with a little tlc in regards to curtains fixing, deep clean, new decking table as it was broken, decking tightening as it seemed lose, bulbs changing etc. There was no phone signal however it did state on the booking that WiFi was available at a fee which we didn’t do.

We took our grandchildren and they loved it. It would have been nice to have a play area. Apart from that amazing.
• Gemma (3/5): Dangerous - How close the site was to the beach Porch had dropped and came unattended from the caravan and Balcony rail was unsafe, loose and very wobbly. Wooden ornament of a nail facing upwards. DEFINITELY NOT SAFE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!!

• Sara (1/5): Avoid awful filthy caravan - Absolutely nothing The caravan was filthy,, the toilets filthy urine stains all over them both , mold on the mattress protector,stains up the walls and doors ,another deep clean was meant to have been done apart from the cooker being cleaned nothing has been touched springs on the sofa had gone .I would personally avoid it unless you are willing to do the cleaning yourself

• Polly (7/5): Weekend away. - The caravan itself was good, with brilliant location.but not enough table room Was advertised as a six berth ..no mention of using a pull out bed...which was as hard as concrete, even with cusions all over it, i ended up soffer surfing, only four chairs around the cramped table...we couldn't all eat together, only part of the oven worked, took nearly an hour to cook some sausage rolls, there was no manual...just a plastic cover ! It took us ages to figure out how to even get hot water...we had no idea if the centre heating was to be used or there expensive radiators...so we used them ! A manual is needed. The lights in the childs room were dangerous. As per photo.

• Tara (10/5): Hmm it was OK for 2 days bit overpriced for the cleanliness of the place. - Caravan was local to a lovely cafe and the beach. Upon arrival it looked clean, tidy and homely, however after further inspection the toilet wasn't clean, the bedding had blood over the kettle could have done with being replaced was full of limescale. The inside of cooker wasn't very clean, far to many spiders and cobwebs for my liking and it was very dusty. TV had grubby finger marks all over and no toilet roll or cleaning products left (i.e washing up liquid) where in every other caravan there has been.

• Rachel (5/5): We missed an afternoon because we had to wait for our van to be cleaned and this did put our plans out a bit 😞 - The location was perfect When we arrived the property hasn’t been cleaned, we contacted the owner which was very good and sent cleaners out straight away. We felt it was very rushed and some bits still needed a good clean. Full dirty ash tray on the veranda and the kitchen sink and bath both need a good clean.
