• Nikolai (4/5): Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Für über 200 € die Übernachtung erwartet man mindestens eine saubere Wohnung. - Die Lage ist Top. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und stets erreichbar. Mangelnde Sauberkeit, heruntergekommene Einrichtung, sämtliches Mobiliar defekt, Vorhänge sind einfach alt und lassen sich nicht verschieben, so dass von außen im Erdgeschoss man nicht wie auf einem Präsentierteller sitzt. Insgesamt ist eine Komplettsanierung längst überfällig.

• Morcos (8/5): Big clean flat near to Ubahn - Big flat and clean - near to Ubahn and parking available Only one car to park, felt a bit strange since the flat is in the ground floor but once you get used to it all good 😊

• Michaela (7/5): - Der eigene Parkplatz, der allerdings noch besser beschriftet sein müsste. Der separate Hauseingang mit Schlüsselbox. Es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Die riesigen Fenster mit den dazugehörigen dunklen Vorhängen, war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wahrscheinlich war es früher ein Ladenlokal. Da wir bei Heizungsluft nicht schlafen konnten, haben wir die Heizung abgedreht, somit kam auch relativ schnell die Kälte über die große Fläche der Fenster.

• Anna (7/5): - The location is good, very close to the U-Bahn (Subway) Messe station. The Nuremberg Old Town is 7 stops away. We have used public transit, so being close to the U-Bahn station was very convenient. The apartment was clean, nice and well equipped. The key box code did not work and we could not get in when we arrived after a long travel. The host was helpful and quick to respond, but we had to wait about 30 min for the host to come and open the apartment. The pictures show TV in the living room and the bedroom, but there was no TV in living room. There was one TV in the bedroom.

• Timofey (8/5): Comfy place to stay, spacious. - The communication was timely and precise. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a good rest for one night. We were not in the cooking mood, but in a 10 minutes walk there was a very good Italian place. There was some strange smell in the bathroom, couldn't get the source of it, probably cleaning agent.. The bathroom itself is a bit tired.
• Milan (4/5): - Rezervované parkovacie miesto. Čisté vnútro chladničky ktorá dobre chladila Kávovar v apartmáne. Internet fungoval perfektne až po parkovisko vonku. Špina, vlasy a chlpy v sprche. Opraté ale smradľavé zle usušené uteráky. Vchod zaprášený s pavučinami neudržiavané. Kuchyňa zastaralá, pozliepaná z rôznych kuchýňských dielov. Prepálená sedačka od cigariet. Prídavné svetlo v kúpeľni v skrinke jedno nefungovalo a druhé blikalo a iskrilo. Prach špina a pavučiny všade: za chladničkou, pod posteľami, za televízorom, v chodbe, skrátka všade. Madlá na posteliach zaprášené od neakých krátkych bielych chlpov akoby od neakých domácich zvierat. V noci hluch z blízkych ciest, tlmený ale bolo to počuť. Rozbitá sklenená výplň v chodbe zalepená linoleom. Toto bola realita ktorú sme zažili počas jednej noci. Cena 114 eur vôbec neodpovedala ponuke. Ak by to stálo 60eur aj tak by to bolo zlé ale aspoň cena by nebola prehnaná. Ubytovateľ žiada separovať odpad, nefajčiť v apartmáne ale nedá nič čo očakáva bežný hosť. Možno pre vystavovateľov počas výstav postačujúce ale pre seriôznych ľudí nedostatočné.

To repeat when we will cross via Nurnberg in the future. - The apartment is nicely located (ground floor), spacious, having very comfortable and large beds and the most important when You are travelling with kids: in a very calm neighborhood. Free parking lot just in front of the building. Super nice and friendly owners to whom we are very thankful for their kindness.

• Nathanael (10/5): Chrsitmas market for a family of 5 - Very spacious flat, very clean and the top was to be 2 minutes walk away from the Messe station which brings you in 10 minutes to downtown! Only one real bed in the bedroom. 2 other beds are sofas, however well prepared as bed.

• Marina (10/5): Good place to stay to visit Nuremberg - Spacious apartment, easy to get to by car, convenient to central Nuremberg and if you want to visit old rally grounds or Nurnberg stadium. Well equipped kitchen with utensils. Clear instructions to check in and park. Comfortable beds, sofa, clean shower. Ground floor so easily accessible. Kitchen could use more lighting.
• Susan (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The location was excellent: right across the train tracks from the IWA fair. IWA would be just 4-5 minutes. The EnforceTac was a little further away, being in Halls 7 & 8, so total 15' walk. Just enough to wake up body & brain for a day's work. :-) The apartment is on the ground floor, which felt a bit strange at first. But we got used to it quickly, and just pulled the shades. I usually sleep with ear-plugs, because am very sensitive to noise. Slept VERY well the whole time we were there.

No problem with the Bill's. 2 bedrooms with kitchen and all appliances on the ground floor. 10pts There is no big flat plates in the kitchen a bit weird if you wanna it some big dinner.. ;-)

• Καππας (8/5): Very comfortable apartment - The house was big enough for a family of four. It has all that was described and everything in great condition. Very comfortable bed! The owner replied to my messages quickly. The owner could be more careful about cleaning the house. Also, because the train station is only few meters away there is a bit noise.
