• Nilowss (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and in the quite neighborhood. A bit away from old town(around 20 minutes drive) but not really an issue considering difficulty to request a room through whatsapp because of language barrier or the high price of accommodation around the old town. The owner doesn't seem to be always around but still responsive through whatsapp(the Pakistani manager lives just next to the building) Nothing really. More kitchen utensils would be great.

• Richard (7/5): The property served our purpose as we used it for somewhere to sleep that was reasonably priced. - The property was a good size and matched the description. The man who manages the property was very helpful and despite speaking no English, he looked after us well. The property was clean. There was an additional SAR100 for paying by visa which is not mentioned on booking.com The area was very noisy with men shouting outside until the early hours along with a lot of stray dogs fighting. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and there was bo jot water. The kitchen is not usable if you planned to stay more than one night and cook.

• Slo-traveler (8/5): Large apartment with 4 rooms (10 beds) - The rented apartment has 4 rooms with a total capacity for 10 people (beds per room: 3+3+2+2). Additionally, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, and three bathrooms. The location is okay, situated in a quiet area. Free parking is available on the street near the building. To find the house, you need to obtain the precise location from the owner (which you will receive through the booking message). The WiFi is not working perfectly; it was only ok in the kitchen. Cleanliness should be improved. The person who met us doesn't speak good English, so you might need to use a translation app to simplify communication

• Athanasios (9/5): Pleasant Stay! - The apartment was new, really spacious, clean in general and we had a really good communication with the owner. We were welcomed during the Eid with sweets and dates. Of course, there were air conditioning units in every room. It was a pleasant stay. Although it was clean, at some spots, there was dust probably by the windows when open because it is a ground floor.
