• Marko (10/5): - - the host was very nice and welcoming (She met us in front of the building and gave us the tour before handing over the keys) - the rooms were nice and clean (there's a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom, bedroom and the balcony, that can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living-room - free parking right in front of the building, you can see the car from the balcony

Super, że można było skorzystać z bezpłatnego parkingu pod domem.

• Philip (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - We arrived late afternoon in the rain. A quick phone call, and our charming hostess soon arrived to show us around. We appreciated being able to park in a designated space right outside the apartment block. The flat was bright and modern with good-sized bedroom, nice bathroom, a rather cramped but very well-equipped galley kitchen and a nicely-furnished big sitting/dining room. A bonus was the lovely little covered balcony with table and chairs. The apartment block is in a busy residential area and there is a cafe-bar opposite - very useful on a particularly wet day!

• RiccardoGi. (10/5): Perfetto - Poche volte abbiamo avuto un soggiorno altrettanto confortevole. La posizione dell'appartamento è silenziosa e tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima a supermercati e al centro del paese. Ha il parcheggio, che è un enorme plus. Il check-in è stato rapido grazie alla sig.ra Lucia che ci ha accolti e ci ha anche lasciato delle cialde per il caffè, della frutta secca e dell'acqua. La casa è davvero ben tenuta, difficilmente si trovano materassi e cuscini così comodi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche il terrazzino attrezzato a zona pranzo. Peraltro è panoramico, essendo al quarto piano con ascensore. Internet veloce ed efficiente. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto l'occorrente. Lo abbiamo trovato davvero perfetto, anche considerando la fornitura da bagno. Non ci è mancato nulla. Per noi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, quantomeno in bassa stagione. Qualche cappello non nostro sparso qua e là ma ampiamente tollerabile.

• Jean-Pierre (10/5): Super séjour chez Sweet Lucy; Je recommande vivement! - Nous avons envoyé un message car nous étions un peu en avance sur l'horaire annoncé. Sweet Lucy est arrivée aussitôt à notre voiture et nous à conduit à l'appartement qui est au 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Logement d'une propreté remarquable! Parking gratuit privé ! Quartier avec supermarché à deux pas ainsi qu'une station essence et le golf à 120m. Le nom de Sweet Lucy sur la sonnette à l'entrée de l'immeuble car lorsqu'on arrive , on n'est pas sûr d'être au bon immeuble!!! Vu que les immeubles sont très proche les uns des autres.
• Andriy (10/5): Very good stay! Great bang for your buck! - One of the best stay we had during our 3 weeks journey in Italy! The host (Lucy) met us in person and showed everything. The place is absolutely immaculate and we felt like in home thousands miles away from home! Short drive to Portofino. Great deal and absolutely recommended.

• Yanik (8/5): - Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, jedoch sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Vor der Türe ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr alt und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr altmodisch gestaltet. Es hat den Eindruck gemacht, als würde in der Wohnung jemand leben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr weit außerhalb. Fußläufig ist die Stadt ungefähr 30 Minuten entfernt

Pas de la faute de la propriétaire mais très difficile de se parquer. Appartement cher pour le type mais toute la région est très chère.

• Amy. (10/5): Wonderful stay and friendly host - A wonderful and friendly host who patiently waited for us to arrive and greeted us on arrival. Parking was designated to one space outside of the property, which was perfect. The location was a 17 minute walk from the centre of Rapallo, which was absolutely perfect and avoided traffic. The apartment was spacious and unbelievably pristine, information was provided on local amenities and telephone numbers. The host was very informative and friendly, and we would recommend this apartment to anybody looking to visit Rapallo and Portofino. Nothing.

There is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is well stocked. The apartment is excellent for a family. It was not so relevant to us because we only came for one night. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There is also parking, which was very important to us. For us, it was important that the apartment was clean and to enter it on time: 14:00-15:00. The latter did not happen. As a result, all the plans for which we came to Rapallo were ruined: we were supposed to sail to Portofino at 16:00 (that's why we came to Rapallo) and we didn't make it. We were very disappointed The hostess did not allow us to enter on time, not even to leave our belongings and park the car. When she finally opened (after countless phone calls) we didn't have time to make it to the cruise to Portofino (that's why we arrived in Rapallo). Our plan was ruined and we were very disappointed

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - This apartment easily deserves 9 overall, everything is fine and it has all the necessary amenities. However, this applies only if you live there during the warm season The main drawback of this apartment is the single-pane windows in wooden frames. They let in noise and do not retain heat. This is the first apartment out of about a hundred that we have lived in over the past two years where it was so cold that we had to wear a hat and two sweaters indoors. Meanwhile, outside was not particularly cold, around +10. However, due to the thin walls of the building and terrible windows, it was not much warmer inside. The heating system, in general, works fine, but the apartment itself does not retain warmth. However, they turn it off at night, according to the understanding of whoever does it, night starts around 9:00 PM. Apparently, they are aware of this issue, which is why there are two blankets and a bedspread on the bed. The problem is that they are without duvet covers, just lying on top of the sheet, which, of course, constantly slips There are two air conditioners, but they don't allow them to be used for heating, and the remotes are hidden. The apartment owner left a pleasant impression, but she speaks practically no English. As for the intermediaries or the agency that communicates with her through Booking and WhatsApp, they left a negative impression altogether. It's as if they don't care at all that people are freezing. I want to note that we are not particularly sensitive to the cold. I'm writing this review from Turin, where it's currently only +4, and at night, but the house is old with thick walls and proper plastic windows, and the heating is individual gas, but we don't even turn it on every day, and it's warm even without it

• Astley (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Rapallo - A comfy one bed apartment with all the facilities one needs. WiFi was good. Air conditioning was a much needed luxury as was really hot. Nice balcony to sit out on. The free parking space was an added bonus as parking in Rapallo is very limited. I left my car parked for the time I was there and walked the half mile into Rapallo. Difficult to communicate with the owner as her English was very limited but we managed to get by and she was very charming.

It has everything you need, it was really clean and cosy. There is a lovely balcony where you can sit and eat. A great place to walk to Rapallo's centre and seafront. We hope to return another time.
