• HIROMI (9/5): 落ち着いて過ごせる宿 - 部屋はエントランスが広くリビング・キッチン・寝室・バスルームとドアで仕切られていて広い。キッチンには調理器具・食器・新品のスポンジもあり助かります。個人的には大容量のキッチンペーパーがとても役に立ちました。シニアには照明が明るいのも嬉しい。バスルームがリフォームしたばかりのようでシャワーの水圧を含めとても快適な使い心地です。大きな通りから１本中に入るので最初は不安でしたが安全な地域のようで駅もスーパーも近く便利です。 部屋に対する不満はありませんが日本人にはエレベーターの使い方が相当難しく感じます。部屋履きのスリッパとボックスティッシュを持参すると更に快適に過ごせると思います。横着な私には電子レンジがあるともっと嬉しいですがわがままですね。石造り？のせいか階上や隣の声は響きますが気になるほどではありません。

• Aniket (10/5): - Everything was clean and ready. Hosts were very polite and kind. They answered my questions and provided assistance when asked. Location is very close to bus and metro stop with shops and stores close by.

• Sanan (10/5): Отличный вариант чтобы посетить Рим с семьей! - Очень хорошая квартира, высокие потолки, все очень чисто. Недалеко магазины, кафе и супермаркеты. Метро очень близко, удобно добираться до центра города. Ночной автобус останавливается очень близко к дому. Район не самый красивый, но за эту цену - лучший вариант.
• Guest (9/5): Highly recommended - Everything was almost perfect. There was even coffee for a first espresso ;-) Very clean and functional. Very nice bathroom. Subway reachable in 5 minutes. Everything was very convenient. We had to pay a Rome tax of €6 per night, per head.. We would have appreciated knowing this beforehand.

• karina (7/5): - El lugar era amplio, estaba limpio, a 200 mts del metro. La ducha. No tenia cortinas (que igual se puede ver en las fotos que es así) y que tenes que tener el duchador con mano.- Es incomodo
• Feryal (4/5): Disappointing - Close to metro station. Very respectful and responsive owner. The bathroom was uncomfortable and lacked user-friendly features. Construction noise began as early as 7:00 AM on the first day, which was highly disruptive. It was disappointing that no coffee was provided for the coffee maker. The second bed, a sofa bed, was inadequate for two adults due to its limited size and lack of comfort. Overall, both the building and the unit appeared outdated and in need of significant renovation.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. It made my trip even more enjoyable to feel so welcomed and supported. Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay at Rome

• Grzegorz (10/5): All roads lead to Casa Parsa :) - Greta contact with the host, he accelerated the check-in time to adapt to our arrival time, great location, in the vicinity of shops, gastronomy and the metro. An ideal starting point for exploring the city and a trip to the seaside in Ostia.

• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - nice apartment with everything you need, there is a subway right next to the apartment, 20 minutes to the center, I recommend it. very kind and accommodating lady of the apartment we had a bit of a problem with the hot water, but it warms up after a while, we heard noise from the neighbors, but we can live with it

• Alex (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, near to everything you need, this is a wonderful neighborhood, metro A is right there, the Sicilian pastry is the best in town, shops near, and mostly perfect to reach the center of town. Also the host is super kind and supportive, the apartment was big enough and in a quiet place. the furniture is really old style, 60's and that makes it a bit less comfortable and enjoyable for young couples and strangers who might prefer a shower than a bath. But for the rest is totally ok.
