• Mariely (10/5): - Todo ! El trato del personal Mariano y Carlos nos atendieron excelente, fueron muy serviciales y atentos, las instalaciones estan muy bonitas y limpias, el rooftop es lo mejor!. La ubicación es única!!! Esta a una cuadra del malecón , asi que es centrico para cualquier lugar. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel.

La literie est bonne La salle de bain est propre et bien équipée Le personnel est charmant L’emplacement est parfait à quelques minutes à pied du ferry et en plein centre de san Miguel Rien. C’était super.

• Johanna (8/5): - Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich ein Traum! Von dort aus kann man super den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nur etwas Ablage Fläche hat gefehlt (Haken). Die Lage ist zentral - in unter 10 min ist man bei der Fähre und in der Straße befinden sich ringsum Cafés und Restaurants. Das Bett war etwas klein, aber immer noch ok.

• John (9/5): Excellent place to stay on the island and perfect location - Location, roof top pool and rooms were all top notch Screaming neighbours after midnight. Not hotel’s fault however.
• Stella (9/5): Great super central stay at a modern hotel! - Location was excellent to reach both beach clubs and restaurants,also very close to pic up the ferry!Staff were very kind and helpful,amenities good and room spacious and very clean. A small bottle of water upon arrival in the fridge would be a kind suggestion!
• Polatkan (9/5): Fijn verblijf, top locatie! - De locatie en de rooftop. Alles was op loopafstand, dus dat vonden wij heel fijn. De rooftop is ook erg mooi, met een uitzicht op het strand en de pier. Jammer dat je op de rooftop wel moet betalen voor drankjes, dat zou voor ons de kers op de taart zijn.

• Michael (7/5): War Okay, aber nicht überragend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt beim Fährhafen nach Playa del Carmen. Das Highlight des Hotels ist das Rooftop mit Swimmingpool und Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer waren sehr klein. Es hat entsprechend auch fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und nur wenig Stauraum. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, und wir hatten leider sehr laute Nachbarn, die sich nicht an die Nachtruhe hielten. Für den bezahlten Preis hätte man anderorts noch ein Frühstück bekommen.

• Anna-Lea (10/5): - Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und schön gestaltet. Ein Föhn ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Dachterasse mit Pool hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Überall wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass alles sauber ist bzw. bleibt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Außerdem erhält man 10% Rabatt im Restaurant nebenan.

• Isabelle (8/5): Très bonne adresse - J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre assez spacieuse, le rooftop avec sa petite piscine et la vue incroyable, le petit café offert du matin C'est un petit peu bruyant en soirée mais à 23h tout devient calme et paisible.

• Irene (9/5): - Molto vicino al porto, letto comodo, piscina e spazio rooftop molto belli e puliti, doccia bella. Stanza bella e spazi adeguati. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera perché c era un forte odore di fogna e il signor Carlos è stato molto gentile e comprensivo ad accogliere la nostra richiesta. Infatti la seconda era tutta un altra storia. Il tipo di pavimento della camera, sembra sempre sporco, sensazione di appiccicoso a piedi nudi. Sul balcone manca qualcosa per stendere asciugamani costumi ecc. La vista era sul cantiere. Un po bruttina. La colazione che offrono da rivedere, come anche gli spazi dove poterne usufruire.

• Wesley (9/5): Peaceful respite in downtown Cozumel - Nice, smaller hotel on Ave.5 (downtown) Cozumel. The hotel was in a pedestrian-only area of downtown and within easy walking distance of the ferry landings. Staff, Carlos and Francesca, were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and rooftop bar/pool were very comfortable with food service from the restaurant downstairs. Sunset from the rooftop was peaceful and beautiful. The area felt very safe and was quiet. No complaints with facilities or staff. Would have been nice to have currency exchange or atm on site.
• Amanda (7/5): Great location but had some issues. - Right in town. The staff always helpful and friendly. Roof top pool area was lovely with views of the sea. We were kept awake each night by banging doors my other guests. It echoes through the hotel. Plus in fist floor where we were the staff also use this for staff room again talking through the night. Also rooms are small and are a little tired.

• MARIA INÉS (8/5): Muy bien - La ubicación excelente frente al ferry en pleno centro. La habitación modernilla y cama cómoda. Piscina pequeña y tranquila. Limpieza impecable. La gran amabilidad de la recepcionista Francesca,que nos ayudó en todo momento y siempre con una gran sonrisa. Las habitaciones podrían tener un armario más con baldas o algún cajón y alguna percha extra,pues se hace algo insuficiente. Podrían ofrecer alguna habitación con dos camas o alguna con cama king size para personas adultas. El agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría.

We loved our stay here and the room was very comfortable, clean, and all the amenities were excellent. Staff were very accommodating. The pool area is very comfortable and enjoyable. If you are looking to sleep, have a place that's NOT with hoards of people this is your spot. You can explore the island and visit one of the beach parks and then return to your nice small hotel. N/A

• Christopher (7/5): It’s like staying in an office. - Great location and with a lovely rooftop pool. Very clean, safe, and staff are friendly. It felt like I was staying in an office. The rooms may be modern but they have no soul whatsoever, and the reception area is more like the front desk in a bank. I walked past it at first because it doesn’t even look like a hotel on the outside.

La terrazza con piscina offre la possibilità di rilassarsi e godere di un’ottima vista sull’Oceano. Il prezzo del pernottamento è eccessivo rispetto a ciò che offre la struttura, non avendo servizio ristorante o bar.

• Natalia (1/5): Good locations in centre, but that’s about it - The location is okay for someone who is looking to stay close to the ferry and local restaurants and shops The property is lacking simple essentials and attention to detail. On arrival we had no toilet roll so I had to ask cleaning lady on a corridor to provide one - we were walking around the corridors looking for toilet roll. The next day I advised the reception to clean the rooms as we are leaving early for the excursion and won’t be back until evening that day, so thought it will be perfect for a clean.. After a long excursion I got back to my room which wasn’t cleaned so again I had to ask cleaning ladies to at least provide us with new towels as in humid conditions towels / clothes do not dry .. after long walk around the corridors we found clean towels with the cleaning lady and I provided those to our group, this was annoying as it’s just basic things that you expect for the hotel to provide, and my friends weren’t impressed as especially we left all old towels on the floor (which you’re supposed to do if you want the towels to be changed) also the fresh towels had an odd smell.. not pleasant at all. The hotel itself looks like it needs renovation but you can see That it was renovated as it’s got paint stains on the floor. Most importantly the hotel has a lift , but once the lift door opens you see stairs that take you to your room, if you’re elderly or not physically able to lift your suitcases , well.. this is a problem. The rooms also are not the same , our room has some pictures on the walls ( crooked so again it doesn’t take any effort to just straighten them out ) and had a small toilet window , where our friends room didn’t have any pictures or window in the bathroom.. I wouldn’t stay in this property again .

• Anna (9/5): - Super Lage, wunderschöner Rooftop Pool und tolle Aussicht von dort. Nur kleine Abzüge: Es gab leider keinen Aufenthaltsraum, daher auch kein Frühstück möglich. Die Rezeption sah etwas spartanisch aus und die Türen waren nicht gut abgedichtet, sodass man auch nachts viele Geräusche vom Flur, der Rezeption und der knarrenden Eingangstür gehört hat.

• Nina (9/5): Fijn, schoon en ontspannen - Fijne, centrale locatie, zeer makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit de ferry. Rustige straat, maar wel met veel winkels en faciliteiten. De kamers waren erg schoon en kun je gebruik maken van de Netflix dienst. Ook heeft Antonio ons goed geholpen met alles wat we nodig hadden en ook Francesca was super lief! Het zwembad en het dakterras zijn erg fijn en in de ochtend kun je koffie en een broodje pakken. Jammer dat het dakterras een bar heeft die geen service heeft. Dit had het wel afgemaakt voor ons en we waren hier ook vanuit gegaan bij het boeken. Daarnaast had de eerste kamer die wij kregen om het half uur een brommend geluid van een zwembadpomp recht erboven. Dit heeft Antonio gelukkig goed opgelost voor ons door een andere kamer!

• Maria Lucia (10/5): Breve ma bello - Struttura nuova, pulita, personale carino. Rooftop bello, posizione centrale e proprio vicino al porto dei ferry. Stanza piccolina ma curata nei minimi dettagli, perfino il ferro da stiro. Acqua, caffè e croissant sempre disponibili a tutte le ore. Non c’è un’area dove sederti a fare colazione la mattina, devi andare al rooftop o in camera.

• Cristina (8/5): Pequeño y confortable en el centro de Cozumel - Es un correcto tres estrellas: limpio, comodo, con personal amable y buena terraza con lindas vistas al mar si los ojos saltean las terrazas horribles del frente. La piscina es decorativa. Buenas reposeras y sillones. Ubicacion estratégica en el centro. Mi estadia fue corta y satisfactoria. Dan exactamente li que ofrecen. El hotel es nuevo y eso es un punto a favor.
