- 李國華(Walter Lee) (7/5): - 飯店位置離愛寶樂園（Everland)很近，又靠近龍仁輕軌（前岱-Everland站）,我住的房型（super以上)有mini流理台，飯店允許用來煮火鍋（晚餐），因為附近找吃的不容易，並建議飯店允許旅客可以用平底鍋煎蛋（產生油煙少）（早餐） 飯店在booking 網站上沒有標示清楚的接駁車預約方式，我到韓國前透過booking 網站message已經先告知飯店要到地鐵站接我們，飯店也回覆有接駁車，卻沒來接我們 ，幸好有遇到當地人幫我們叫計程車，我們是從首爾搭地鐵第一天到地鐵站“前岱-Everland 站”，已經是晚上了又很冷，附近交通不方便，接駁車是很重要的，請booking 網站跟飯店告知務必要在booking 網站上把接駁車預約方式post在上面 ，並先主動透過booking網站的message預先傳送訊息給有約定房間的旅客，接駁車預約，我相信飯店作這小改善後會更棒

The also advertised an English breakfast and we were looking forward to that. But when we went for breakfast it was not an English breakfast. We didn’t really like many of the buffet options that were there. Maybe it was because we were disappointed in not having the English breakfast.

- Steffensen (10/5): Loved the hotel and the whole experience. Hope to bring more friends next time! - Great location and the shuttle service to Everland was very patient and accommodating. Rooms was beautiful and I loved the balcony. I asked for one overlooking the forest and could hear birds singing in the morning. I could also hear partying coming from the patio all night long - but that's not complaining. Koreans love to party, I left my balcony door open and it sounded like good friends chatting and laughing. Parking was great and very convenient, loved the elevator (I'm old and have heavy luggage). There was a convenience store on the property which was unmanned and based on the honor system. Had a problem with the sink which was fixed immediately. Would love to stay again. Everything was great but housekeeping. When we arrived, there was only one bath towel. The rest were small hand towels. We didn't think much of it so didn't complain. It's not unusual to get just hand towels in rural Korea. Then the next morning, we got 4 bath towels but no new hand towels, and no replacement paper coffee cups. The next morning there were coffee cups but the used bath cups were left behind. Note: there were only two bath cups for three guests. That night I put the used bath cups outside the door and they disappeared. I never received fresh bath cups. We managed and I didn't complain. But it became an interesting event to see what might happen next.

Kids slept on the ondol on the floor and they were happy with that. The bathroom has some mould in the grout. This is my only complaint.

- Dongin (7/5): 에버랜드 차로 이동하기 가까워요, 다만.. - 에버랜드에서 차로 이동하기 쉬웠어요. 수건도 매일 새 걸로 갈아주고 물도 제공해서 좋았어요. 마지막 날 밤, 초등학교 고학년 단체가 하루 자러 오더군요. 자정 넘어서까지 시끄러워서 진짜 자기 힘들었어요. 학생 단체를 받을 경우 다른 숙박객들과 다른 층으로 방 배정하는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 아님 최소한 체크인할 때 숙박객에게 미리 고지해주거나요. 아이들이 진짜 자정 넘어서까지 안 자고 서로 방 돌아다니며 웃고 떠들더라구요..

- Keith Colbert (8/5): Great stay for Everland/Caribbean Bay overnight - We stayed here as it was close to Everland and Caribbean Bay. The propery is really nice and well laid out. Has walking trails around the property and a really good Thai restaurant at the main entrance. The swimming pool was a nice bonus that we really enjoyed.

For example, there is a coffee pot, but no power point nearby. We had to use one on the floor. There are 2 bathrooms, but if both are used, the water pressure is not good. There is Wifi, but it cuts in and out. The everyday cleaning was good, but the deep cleaning such as blinds not good.

- Aldarmaa (10/5): Whoever is considering to visit Everland, this is the place to recommend - It was perfectly close to Everland, provided free shuttle bus to/from Everland. It was quite, relaxing and friendly staffs. Cleaning was not perfect as we found so much dust and trash from previous guests under the beds in bedroom and living room. Please tell your cleaning staff to clean carefully.

- Annak71 (8/5): Everland overnight stay - The room was large for Korean hotel standards. The bed was Very comfortable. There was a balcony looking out to the forest. There is a free shuttle minivan to Everland &the station, but needs to be reserved. The bus to Seoul is less than 10 mins walk from hotel and runs very regularly. The hotel is spread out over various buildings, and our building was uphill. It wasn't far but for those less mobile, please request a lower building closer to reception. This hotel is very close to Everland but I think over 30 mins walk. There is a mini van, but it stops running around 8:30(?). If you want to watch the parade& fireworks at Everland, they finish later. It means taking a taxi ride home, but no taxi wanted to take us back BC it was a short fare. So this was exhausting and stressful. Otherwise this hotel is good value for money.

- Ankhzaya (9/5): Superb - so comfort place.I loved facilities.And near everland.location good,so clean.wonderful view.And there was a bus took to the everland👌👌🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼👍👍👍 One staff came to us say we were so noisy so be quiet...But that staff was so rude,he can say nicely we would get it okay..but that staff kinda scared me like so mad at me.Why???i said "okay we will try sorry"but he still aahh..aaahhh😡😡.I dont get it so rude but okay some female staff were so kind.but i don't know i am afraid of him my kids afraid of him
- Truekind (9/5): Superb - The room size was wonderful for the 2 aduls and 1 teen. Parking is available underneath each building, so it is easy access to the elevator. The bed was comfortable and a great view! Good restaurants nearby. Close to the Everland Not enough selection at the convenience store in the hotel.

- Harrison (8/5): Very good - The Thai restaurant was amazing, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. Shower wasn't completely clean.
- Tameka (9/5): Wonderful. Will definitely stay again - I liked that the hotel was clean and the room was very big. I could prepare my own meals if needed to. They had a restaurant on-site and a pool for my son who absolutely loves swimming. The staff was very welcoming and also ready to assist us if we needed anything. The best part was that there was a shuttle bus through the hotel that we could use to get to the theme parks.
