• Gerrit (8/5): Een prima huis gelegen dicht bij de boulevard en het strand. Praktisch op loopafstand is alles te bereiken. - Prima huis met een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host - gastvrouw. Zij zorgde ervoor dat wij eenprima verblijf hadden. Het meubilair kan een vernieuwing ondergaan. De meeste meubels en stoelen buiten hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Een nieuwe aankleding zal het huis een betere uitstraling geven.

• Tony (7/5): Nice location, some maintenance needed - Property was in a good location with good facilities close by along with pool and bar if needed Beds were made up as doubles, which would be fine however there were 5 males who were not part of couples. This meant that we had to try and separate the beds but didn’t have extra bedding available to make it a comfortable stay. The shower in the main bathroom also had a blockage meaning that when using water was building up and then coming out of the shower tray.

• David (7/5): - Great location with access to a large adult pool and separate kids pool. Nice and quiet at this time of year En-suite bath had a large rust hole, so couldn’t be used. Once the issue was raised with Alejandra, the hole was patched up successfully.
• Rowan (1/5): - False advertising and a nightmare start to our holiday We booked this villa in Costa Teguise through Booking.com, advertised as having four bedrooms and three bathrooms. When we arrived, after about 20 minutes of wandering around in the dark trying to find the entrance (because the directions were terrible and everything was poorly lit), we discovered that the listing was a complete lie — there were only three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were four of us, all paying equally, expecting a room each. Instead, one of us got stuck without a bedroom. Getting in was a fiasco. The code for the pedestrian gate didn’t even work, so we had to go in through the car gate like burglars. If you arrive late at night, bring a torch, because good luck finding anything. Needs a nightlight by the key fobs. We actually were trying a key fob to a random villa! Luckily no one was in. Inside wasn’t much better. Only three replying seats for a villa supposedly for more people, and one of them had a screw sticking out dangerously — easily could have caused a serious injury. The sunbeds upstairs were awful — thin, uncomfortable, and completely worn out. We ended up going to the hotel next door or the beach just to relax because lying on those things was impossible. Do not expect to relax all day in them. The showers were hit-and-miss — one flooded the bathroom floor, and the water temperature went from freezing to boiling without warning. No air conditioning, just old fans that blew out clouds of dust when you turned them on. Honestly, if you go in summer, you’ll melt. The kitchen was fine and well-stocked, and the pool looked nice but was absolutely freezing. The biggest issue, though, was the false advertising — we paid for a four-bedroom villa and got three. That completely ruined the experience for us. All in all, this villa was misleading, uncomfortable, and disappointing. We basically used it as a place to sleep and spent the rest of the time elsewhere. Would not recommend. See all my points above. False advertising!

• Rebecca (9/5): A great 10 days in Villa Devi - Loved the villa and the location on las coronas. We enjoyed access to the pool and pool bar. The complex is spotless and we were made very welcome. The villa was lovely and well equipped. As a family with small children the villa felt safe and secure with lockable gates. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first morning but within 10 minutes the host arrived to let us back in The location of this villa is ace. Access to the coastal path into costa teguise is less than 100m away. You are also close to the supermarket and local bars/restaurants in playa bastian which means there is always something to do locally if you don't feel like the 20min walk into town. I was disappointed that the villa had had the air conditioning removed. At the time of booking, I filtered to search for accommodation with air-conditioning due to husband being severely asthmatic. The promotional videos and photos online all showed air con units in the bedrooms. There were fans in each room which were required at all times but we still struggled with the heat at night. I think it needs to be clear to people booking that aircon is not available at this villa
• Fiona (10/5): A week of relaxation, sunshine and perfection accommodation - We were self catering and had all we needed to cater ourselves. I have been to this area many times and the location is perfect for everywhere we needed to go whether to eat, shop or beach. We had a roof terrace with sun loungers on which we loved but could have done with seat pads to lie on, apart from that there was nothing we didn't like
• Claire (8/5): Spacious villa on a lovely complex - Spacious villa, comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen with a wonderful large living area. Communication good with host when we couldn't get TV to work. The cleaning was not the best, perhaps the team who come in need a nudge about it. The villa could be amazing with some tlc on the sun terrace to make it a great space to spend time. Also curtains in the bedroom hanging off the rail, easy to fix, and a few things like that just need checking and replacing with new Potential to be awesome!

• Jo (10/5): Beautiful area, comfortable apartment and amazing host - Fantastic communication from the host, giving very clear details and answering all questions very promptly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the villa spotless. We weren't aware of the huge roof terrace until just before arrival, and it offered a lovely private sunny spot for relaxing. The pool available on the complex was nice, and the area was quiet in the evening. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. We requested a late check out which was agreed subject to no other bookings, and this was a lifesaver. The gated entry added another level of security, but the whole area felt very safe anyway. We would definitely return, and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the sun The only very minor point to improve would possibly be that the plumbing in the showers took a bit of getting used to. The water pressure was brilliant, but it did fluctuate between very hot and cold at first. Other than that, the villa was spacious and perfectly comfortable for us 4 adults

• Lee (10/5): Relaxing villa - Villa is great. Plenty of room. Good kitchen. Right next to pool/bar. Easy access to promenade for coastal walk/run. Extra pillows. Would be nice. AC wasn't working but fans provided for bedrooms. Probably more of an issue in peak season, but was fine at Easter.
• Lorraine (10/5): It was an amazing stay, Villa was amazing and would definitely recommend - The location was perfect. - 20 minutes to stroll to the busy restaurants but smaller eateries very close by. The villa itself was modern and spacious with everything you could need. A lovely welcome basket, toiletries, washing up liquid, a washing machine, towels, british adapters, etc. The villa had a private terrace, a roof terrace and a gate to the swimming pool. Everything was wonderful and the host couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Price was excellent value for money and I cannot recommend enough. Wonderful stay, thank you 🙏🏻 Nothing - everything was wonderful
