• Danut (7/5): - You have the bus stop from the airport just in the front of the stay , two metro stations each 10 min walk from the stay and shops and restaurants really close to the stay. Room not suitable for long stays , they appear larger in photos than reality. If you book book the bigger rooms as the standards ones are very small for long stays . For a few days it's perfect .

Found the place a bit small, only had stairs to take our luggage up to our room on second floor. Overall we loved our stay.

• Zsolt (9/5): A nice little room with good facilities and helpful cleaning staff and good transportation. - The staff (especially the cleaning lady) was helpful and the rooms were really clean. The metro station and some really nice restaurants were nearby and also some convenience stores and pharmacies. It's really easy to get to pretty much anywhere in the city from there. The facilities were nice and easy to use. The rooms were slightly smaller than what I'm used to, but i guess about normal in Korea. They also didn't have much storage, just a coat hanger. The windows are tiny, but that wasn't a big issue.

• Michelle (8/5): Tiny room, but the customer service/staff was wonderful! - The property was extremely clean and minimalist. I loved how well-lit all the spaces were. It was almost exactly between two subway stations which made it convenient depending on which part of Seoul you were going. Staff was also readily available at their kiosk on the first floor, which was a relief. Though I was expecting it to be small, I severely underestimated just how small. As someone who was traveling with three bags (one large suitcase, a small suitcase, and a weekender), it was rough. There was no room to put my bags anywhere comfortably.

• Cleo (1/5): Wer kein Hotelservice in einem Hotel sucht, ist hier richtig. - Die Fußbodenheizung. Fast alles. Es sind keine Mitarbeiter da. Alles läuft nur über einen Automaten, wo ferngesteuert irgendwer zugeschaltet wird. Es gibt keinen Service der jeden Tag das Zimmer sauber macht, Toilettenpapier oder Handtücher wechselt, geschweige den Müll raus nimmt. Das muss man alles SELBER machen. In dem Automaten kann man nach Rücksprache über die Fernschaltung sich Handtücher (Achtung nur Handtücher die gefühlt für Kinder sind - also nur kleine), Toilettenpapier und Wasser nehmen. Den Müll und die dreckigen Handtücher muss man selber weg bringen. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns kein „Hotel“ sondern gleich ein Airbnb gebucht. Wir hatten in der Wohnung einen Durchzug, wodurch wir immer gefroren haben. Das Badezimmer war nicht beheizt, weswegen es immer schlimm war, aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ins Bad zu gehen. Generell spricht niemand Englisch, wir hatten Glück, dass wir eine koreanische Freundin hatten, die alles übersetzen konnte. Das Zimmer ist wirklich klein und bietet keine Staumöglichkeiten, wir mussten auf engstem Raum, im Winter, aus dem Koffer Leben. Wir konnten nur unsere Jacken aufhängen, was aber auch unpraktisch war, da es die Tür zum Bad fast versperrt hatte, da Winterjacken mehr Platz weg nehmen als sonst. Und das schlimmste, die Toilette. Eines Abends nach dem kleinen Toilettengang, fing es an, dass das Wasser nicht ablief und es spülte dauerhaft weiter, sodass es das komplette Bad überflutete. Das Wasser stand in dem Bad und wir hatten Angst, dass es in das Schlafzimmer überläuft. Das ganze Bad war voll und es ging nicht zu stoppen. Mein Mann musste das Wasser abdrehen, damit das Wasser nicht weiter überläuft. Und dann mussten wir die Toilette mit einem Pömpel selber reinigen. Darauf bekamen wir die Antwort, dass es sehr oft passiert und sie uns anbieten könnten, das erst am nächsten Tag jemand zur Reinigung kommen könnte.

Staff answered all my questions quickly and were very kind with helpful directions the location is pretty far from most Seoul tourist things— be prepared that going somewhere will be at least 45min on transport. But there are good restaurants and cafes nearby.

• Basheer (9/5): Barzenji - It was clean, very small room ,they have washer and dryer. Forty five minutes away from the airport, fourty five minutes to one hour away from all tourist attractions.when you first enter the building there's a very strong bad smell but the room is ok .

The staff are so helpful and the room was clean, spacious and bed was nice and comfy. Close to two shopping malls within walking distance, the airport bus being less than 500 metres from the property and a convenience store and internet cafe to work at right across the road - I definitely recommend staying here :) N/A - but just fyi, there are only stairs to access your room/s so do ask to stay on either ground floor or second floor if you have big luggage!

• Mohammed (1/5): من أسوأ الأماكن التى سكنت فيها خلال سفرياتي - لم يعجبني المكان ، أخطأنا في حجز هذا المكان و كان السعر للإيجار أكبر من موقع و مساحة الغرفتين المستأجرة بعيد عن الخدمات ( مطاعم و سوبرماركتات و أماكن الترفيه ) وصلنا مبكرين لم يسمحوا لنا بالدخول إلا عندما دفعنا لهم مبلغ من المال بحجة أن دخولنا قبل الساعة 5 مساءً ، و عند الخروج خرجنا الساعة 12 تقريباً ظهراً و أظن أن ولدي دفع لهم مبلغ مقابل الساعة الزيادة مع العلم أننا خلال الأيام التي سكنا عندهم لم يغيروا المناشف و لا غيارات السرير و المخدات و لم يحضروا لنا مناديل تنظيف و لم ينظفوا غرفنا ، من أسوأ الأماكن التي سكنا فيها

• Evgeniya (10/5): Wonderful time in Mutal Stay - It was an amazing stay! The room was really cozy, really clean, and with enough space in it. The smell was also was very nice. The landary/kitchen space is convenient, there are a washing machine, dryer, microwave, particularly everything you need. Near the hotel there are several bus stops, so you can easily go by bus to the city center. Also there are two subway station near the hotel, so it is also really comfortable to travel around Seoul! All in all I definitely recommend this hotel!

• Sava (8/5): Perfect location to discover Seoul and very reasonably priced ! - Perfect location for us, quiet and far from crowds, but very well served by transport. The place is small, the room is small, too, but I absolutely loved the attention to detail and little personal touches that are all over the place. The roof tent is genius, perfect place for a Sunday breakfast ! Air conditioning and TV in the room and Laundry Room / Kitchen free to use, great. The place actually feels more like a "residence" than a "hotel", I'd love to have stayed longer. The shower is the "boat kind", small and takes some getting used to, but otherwise quite serviceable. The check-in machine is unusual, but works well (with some staff help :-) ).

• Bence (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was really friendly and available for us 24/7. The hotel is a bit far from the actual center of Seoul, but there are plenty of bus options and two metro stations near the hotel, which really help to reach the center in 30–40 minutes. The room is a typical Asian hotel room—small but sufficient. We had the rooftop room, which was really nice; we enjoyed great evening snacks and conversations there with my partner.
• Jeannie (10/5): Super clean, comfortable bed, quiet area to promote restful sleep. Perfect stay for this solo female - I had a sudden change in my itinerary so was scrambling to adjust flights and find an accommodation two days before traveling to Seoul. So happy that my rushed decision to book at Mutal Stay did not disappoint. The location and room were perfect! I wanted to stay closer to Gimpo International Airport for my next flight out. Booked Uber to get there and back but would have taken public transportation if not for my luggage. Turning left as you exit Mutal Stay, it's only a few blocks to the Hyundai City Outlet which is like a mall in a multilevel building. There were several food options, restaurants and a CU (convenience store) on the top 3 floors of the building. They even had an Outback Steakhouse, for those craving something that is maybe a little more like home. There was another mall building, Mario Outlet, across the street but I didn't make it there. The room where I stayed was very, very clean and the bed so comfortable. I found myself taking a nap which I haven't done in ages, so I enjoyed peaceful rest during my entire stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I did happen to see staff as I was leaving (there to clean) but you may very well not see anyone at all. This should not be an issue. If you have a question or need assistance, there is a "call button" option where someone responds in no more than 10 seconds. I needed to request more toilet paper and it took no time at all as there is a supply cabinet that staff can unlock/lock remotely. I did have a question that I asked via the Booking.com app. I received a response shortly after. My room was on the 3rd floor. There is a rooftop room on the 4th floor which I understand is a larger space. This would be the better option for any groups with 3 or more people. I was very comfortable in my room but would be interested in the rooftop room the next time I were to stay, just for the experience! -

• Ramin (6/5): Little automated prison - To get in is a real challenge; they have a line for "foreigners" that don't or can't speak English; I was there for 40 minutes back and forth while she kept repeating some Korean words, and she was expecting me to understand... - after you get your key things start getting smoother - the room is super small but clean -having a washer and dryer on the location is a bonus - location is too far from everywhere so if you want to go somewhere you're looking at a minimum of $40 taxi, so money you save on the room you spend on the taxi - the manager is the only one you can communicate with and he's not using WhatsApp so you need to go to booking.com and send him a message through booking.com which is a pain - quiet, small, fully automated room that, if you stretch your legs at night too far, lights of hallways go on even though you shut down the power, it felt like a prison, to be honest. Lack of English instructions while checking in The room is too small No one around if you need something it s Fully automated My sheets did not get changed in 3 days even though I asked.

• Ialyn (10/5): Great stay, we’ll consider next visit. - Located in a less touristy area but near bus stops, convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in is automated. There’s a machine where you can get the key card and supplies. Hotel staff are available if needed, don’t worry. The room has AC and floor heating. It is clean and i think it is newly-renovated. Toilet/shower is modern looking but no bidet. I love that they have washing machine and dryer with free laudry detergent. You can also reheat food in the microwave. bonus: you can watch autumn leaves thru the window. I hope they can provide bidet. But overall, we had a pleasant stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): インテリアや内装がお洒落 - 公務員試験を準備している彼氏の学院に行くのに便利なため、いつも九老で滞在しています。 毎回同じホテルに滞在するのでたまには違うホテルにしてみようとこちらを予約しました。 部屋タイプは2種類あり、8泊を2人でするのと、ホテルで過ごす時間が多いので広いほうが快適だろうとデラックスタイプを予約しました。 実際入室してみると狭く感じましたがこれがこのホテルのデラックスなのだと思っていました。 シャワーをすると下水の臭いが酷く部屋にまで臭いが充満するので換気をしながら部屋の窓まで開けて寝たり色々していると、部屋は快適かとオーナーさんがメッセージをくれたので臭いのことを伝えたところ翌日確認や業者の方を呼んでくださったりしましたが、6泊目に部屋を変えてくださりました。 変わった部屋が広かったので今まで滞在していた部屋がデラックスではなかったことを知りました。 残り2泊は快適に過ごせ、オーナーさんも親切でしたが部屋のトラブルやデラックスで予約したのに狭い部屋に案内されていたことはとても残念でした。 恐らく建物自体は古く、リノベーションされてお洒落に綺麗になっているので、水回りの音や他の部屋のドアの開閉音が聞こえるのは少し気になりました。 ホテルはお洒落で可愛く、インテリアもお洒落で綺麗なカフェが好きな若い女の子におすすめです。 オーナーさんは親切で問い合わせのメッセージもよく対応してくださいました。 ありがとうございました。
• Jo (10/5): Exceptional - The check-in process was quick and easy. The room itself was clean and cozy, with the added bonus of floor heating — perfect for the chilly early winter days. We also appreciated that the hotel offers free access to a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay! While the hotel is a bit farther from the subway, it's still within a reasonable walking distance to both Line 1 and Line 2 stations, with plenty of restaurants near the stations.
