- iris (5/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Service-Level könnte deutlich besser sein. - das Appartment ist modern ausgestattet, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Trotz großer Straße ist die Lage dank der Fenster ruhig, der Blick geht Richtung Bahnhof Tiburtina. Elektrische Leihräder und Roller sind zahlreich verfügbar, ebenso sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und in Supermarkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig erreicht man in 10 Minuten die Piazza Bologna, ins Stadtzentrum zu radeln dauert etwa 15-20 Minuten. die Öffnung der Tür funktioniert über einen Link und ohne Schlüssel. Der Link ist nicht wirklich zuverlässig und man muss immer ein Telefon mit sich führen. Die genannten Service-Nummern sind nicht wirklich zuverlässig, Anfragen müssen mehrfach gestellt werden und werden erst nach mehreren Tagen erledigt.

- Cyprian (9/5): Big, well equipped, freshly renovated apartment in great location - Great location, close to the station, but not loud + a lot of shops, two supermarkets and restaurants around Really big and recently renovated Well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay for 4 people Welcome drink and snacks Host (Olivia) really friendly, helpful and approachable Only some minor things - the internet on the TV dis not work that well sometimes for watching YouTube, despite working great on every other device On the last day before leaving we also had a small issue with hot water in the small bathroom, but I trust it was fixed when we left
