- Anita (9/5): Szuper, igényes szállás, remek lokációval és segítőkész tulajdonossal. - Közel a part, a vár, sétatávolságra a belváros is. :) Forgalmas út mentén helyezkedik el, viszont volt bekészítve füldugó, így minket abszolút nem zavart az alvásban és csak este tartózkodtunk ott. :)

- Michaela (8/5): Napriek malej izbičke, ubytovanie hodnotím kladne, ideálne na kratší pobyt - Poloha bola skvelá, hneď pri mori s nádherným výhľadom, napriek blízkosti cesty nám hluk áut až tak neprekážal, bývalí sme na najvyššom 3 poschodí Na prízemí, kuchynka , toaleta so sprchou, kávovar, a skrinky na odkladanie batožiny! Čo hodnotíme naozaj kladne. Veľkým plusom boli plážové osušky a Taška, na izbe, no škoda že sme nemali tú informáciu.. funkčná klimatizácia, využili sme už v máji. V blízkosti obchody , do centra cca 10 minút, k moru hneď cez cestu 😊 Kúpeľňa nemala žiadny odkladaci priestor, chýbali poháre na kefky, veľmi slabé odvetranie. Slabšia komunikacia , mali sme ranný prilet, kontaktovali sme ubytovanie, na izbu sme sa dostali až po 15: 00 ako bolo avizované, kody k ubytovaniu nám prišli 15:05

Widok z okna , bliskość plaży. Możliwość zjedzenia pysznych śniadań nad budynkiem z pięknym widokiem. Niezbyt przyjemny zapach na korytarzu, ale to raczej wina kanalizacji.

Kratšia postel (trcali mi nohy z postele), v den checkinu prisla informácia o priebehu checkinu az po 15, dovtedy sme nemali informacie o izbe alebo o postupe odloženia si batoziny. Nakoniec sme tam isli na blind a odložili sme si tam batožinu.

- Kamila (5/5): - Pokój i łazienka bardzo ładnie urządzone. Klima. Blisko do plaży. Kuchnia wyposażona, kawa i herbata zawsze dostępna. Śniadanka też można przyrządzić. Sprzątanie pokoju na żądanie. Można przechować bagaże po wymeldowaniu i skorzystać z prysznica i toalety przed wyjazdem. Wejście na kod i chowanie kluczyków w sejfie jest dobrym rozwiązaniem. Bardzo miłe i precyzyjne wskazówki od obsługi, kontakt bez problemu. Przykra woń, zapach stęchlizny i kanalizy na wejściu i drugim piętrze. Uderza po nosie i odstrasza. W pokojach przy włączeniu klimy zaciągają się zapachu z jakiejś kuchni, i śmierdzi czosnkiem ininnymi wątpliwymi aromatami. Nie da się tego wywietrzyć. Bardzo duży hałas z ulicy-przygotowane zatyczki nie zdają egzaminu z wygłuszenia. W kuchni brakowało szklanek I kieliszków.

- CARLOS EDUARDO (10/5): Muy buena opción en Alicante, con una excelente relación calidad-precio, ideal para quienes priorizan ubicación y comodi - Lo que me gustó del alojamiento: Excelente ubicación, prácticamente frente al mar y a pocos minutos del centro. La habitación es moderna, bien decorada y muy limpia, con una vista preciosa al mar. La cama es cómoda y las zonas comunes, como la cocina y el espacio de café, son muy útiles. La comunicación con el hotel fue rápida y eficiente. El hotel está en una avenida con bastante tráfico, por lo que puede haber algo de ruido, especialmente por la noche. Además, no dispone de ascensor, lo que puede ser incómodo dependiendo de la planta. Algunos pequeños detalles podrían mejorar, como ciertos utensilios en la habitación.

Non abbiamo potuto dormire con la finestra aperta poichè faceva caldo, per via del rumore, ma c'è un condizionatore.. C'è una cucina in comune al piano terra, se fosse più rifornita sarebbe stato perfetto poichè una mattina mancavano cialde del caffè...

- Amy (10/5): - It was the perfect location with a lovely view. Very clean and modern. We had a fridge in our room with air conditioning and plenty of space for our clothes to be stored. They even supplied a beach bag with towels inside without us requesting. I would highly recommend especially for the great price. They have a kitchen which supplies coffee & tea with a toaster, microwave and bread.

All in all, it was a great fit for my needs. The air conditioning system requires maintenance, as it was somewhat noisy during operation.

- Monika (9/5): - Krásne čisté priestory, dobre vybavené. Jediné čo nám na pobyte nevyhovovalo bol výrazný hluk z kúpeľne z vedľajšej izby. Steny sú veľmi tenké. Takže v noci sme sa často budili keď púšťali sprchu alebo wc. ( na nočnom stolíku sú nachystané štuple do uší, predpokladám že o tom majitelia teda vedia ).

Sia la camera che gli spazi comuni erano pulitissimi; la stanza rispecchiava esattamente le foto, dotata di ogni comfort tra cui TV, asciugamani e kit di cortesia (shampoo e gel doccia). Un plus incredibile è il kit da spiaggia: una borsa con asciugamani e schienale a disposizione degli ospiti! La zona comune è molto ben attrezzata con macchina del caffè, bollitore, montalatte, tostapane e stoviglie. Infine, ho apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di usare i locker per i bagagli dopo il check-out e il bagno comune per rinfrescarsi prima della partenza.

Una parada de autobuses que te dejan en el centro en 10min. Volveremos sin duda nos gustó muchísimo Que no tuviera persianas en las ventanas, entraba toda la luz por la mañana y que estuviera la carretera tan cerca y sin ninguna protección para los peatones.

- Ezio (9/5): - Buongiorno, quando ho scelto la struttura, avevo capito fosse un Hotel, quindi mi aspettavo la reception e una struttura diversa; non avevo capito la motivazione del check in obbligatorio on line. Ma all'arrivo mi sono trovato un'intera struttura a gestione autonoma. Vi dirò che dopo la prima impressione ho trovato la struttura geniale, perfetta pulita e con una cucina completa a disposizione, Camere belle pulite e con affaccio sulla spiaggia... Ti direi magnifico. Posizione fantastica e funzionale A piedi pochi metri e. Sei in spiaggia, in centro (quindi ovunque) e adiacente alla collina della fortezza. Nulla
- Kristina (8/5): - Местоположение сразу напротив хорошего пляжа. Красивый и уютный номер. Удобная кровать и подушки. При закрытом окне шум с трассы не слышен, хотя я чувствительная к шуму. В зоне общего пользования свободный доступ к кофемашине в любое время. Я идеально провела время.

- Grazyna (8/5): Very nice rooms, good location except noise from the street. - Close to the beach. Very nice and close café with very good breakfast and excellent sea view just few minutes from the hotel. Clean. Nice common space with coffe machine, selección of tea, shower. Handy lockers. Nice rooms and bathroom. Close to bus station. Close to the road and very noisy. Not Possible to open the window.

- Audrey (9/5): - Jolie petite chambre, cosy, bien décorée. Vue sur mer et à 5 min du centre. Casier à clé pour mettre les valises et petite cuisine avec accessibilité à une salle de douche pour le jour d arrivée ou du départ. On entend fort le bruit de la route
- Mark Ziu (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Very great location next to the beach and public transport. Awesome initiative on having a small kitchen,lockers and a shower for the guests that have late departures.
- Patricita Mónica (6/5): - Calidad precio, estaba limpio, las instrucciones correctas El alojamiento está sobre la avenida, no hay donde aparcar. Para ir a la playa debes caminar por la avenida como 200 metros para cruzar. En el alojamiento no hay ascensor, o sea que si tienes problemas de movilidad estás listo. Yo me alojé en la segunda planta. Tiene vistas al mar pero si abres la ventana se escucha el ruido de la avenida que es muy concurrida. Hay para hacer infusión y tomar algo pero en la planta baja, en una cocina común. Prefiero tener un calentador de agua en la habitación. Porque si no tienes que subir y bajar a la cocina para tomar algo caliente. Muy incómodo todo. Dejar el coche lejos, acarrear maletas por las escaleras, no poder abrir las ventanas.
- Nenad (8/5): Nice it was ok. - Beautiful place. Great location. Too close to freeway so the noise is terrible, dust from cars and rods covers everything if you live window open. Rooms in first floor doesn’t have the view that’s in the pictures so that’s disappointing.

- Agnieszka (10/5): - Hola! Estoy encantada con la estancia! La habitación estaba limpia, era acogedora y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Abajo hay una zona de cocina, taquillas para dejar el equipaje después del check-out y un baño adicional. La ubicación es perfecta. Lo recomiendo!

- Monika (10/5): Polecam 😀 - Świetna lokalizacja. Nieduży, ale przytulny apartament, czysty. Pokój z widokiem na piękny wschód słońca. Jakość odpowiednia do ceny. Wszystko wyglądało jak na zdjęciach. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Łatwe zameldowanie. Brak minusów, wszystko bez zarzutu.
