Matthew (10/5): - Fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach. Despite being close to the prom and steps, didn't feel at all overlooked or bothered by that. Pool table was a nice touch, and liked that I got a call to check on the arrangements the week before going, a nice personal touch. Hope to be back next year! One or two minor things could do with a fix, but nothing that worried us in any way.
Sylvia (10/5): Brilliant location for our first Christmas away - Self catering, excellent facilities and close to everything you could need. Train, bus, we used both. Close to our favourite places, Cromer, Holt and Norwich. Not much.
