- MarcinMandziej (5/5): The location is good, apartment is decent, though the hosts don't respond to any messages. - Location is great, and overall, the apartment looks pretty decent, consistent with the photos. The apartment was quite clean. Beds were quite comfy. The kitchen is equipped. The smell from the bathroom sink and shower is awful. Hosts didn't to respond to any of my messages with questions. Flat is located on the 8th floor, and the lift is very tiny, so it took multiple rounds to go up with the luggage and stroller. Wi-fi in the apartment didn't work, and the hosts didn't respond to this.

- Adrianne (9/5): Nice apartment, I will return! - The location is between the train station and the old town (Bari Vecchia), closer to the train station. I travel to Bari for work frequently and this was a new location for me but it was good. Pros: -Lots of bedroom storage -Tables and lamps on both sides of the bed -Washer - I used it once, worked well, used the drying rack on the terrazza -Espresso machine but also a moka pot -iron/mini ironing board -plenty of storage shelves in the bathroom -big terrace as pictured -host Ilaria was responsive and helped resolve the couple of minor issues I encountered Nothing much to dislike! -It would be nice if there was some kind of lighting in the living room besides the ceiling lights, like a lamp. -Mobility info - when you enter the building, there are a couple of stairs up to the elevator and then a full set of stairs from the 7th floor (where the elevator leaves you) to the apartment. The stairs are a bit steep and curved (see pic). -Would love a microwave but that's unusual here in Italy (and was clearly stated in the listing so not a surprise)
- Paul (2/5): Very poor - A bakery cafe nearby. We told the agent what time our train would arrive in Bari and that we would take a taxi to the apartment. However we couldn't get into the building. We were told to press the number of the unit and the outside door would open but it didn't. Booking.com has to stop using properties that are managed remotely and supervise the demanding emails these properties issue. So far we have been in 3 apartments and not laid eyes on a manager. Naples, Bari and Varenna. Booking.com this is not good enough. Your supervision has to improve. When I phoned the agent to complain he blamed us for arriving early eventhough we arrived at our notified time. On arrival there was no wifi. This was fixed by the next day.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was ok: clean and exactly the same as shown in the pictures. WiFi is poor. It is impossible to work remotely from apartment.
