- Liliana Cristina (10/5): Centrico y bello - El lugar es muy bonito, ubicado sobre Paseo Montejo, las instalaciones están hermosas y limpias, incluye desayuno el cual es bueno, nos prestaron unas bicis para recorrer Paseo Montejo y fue muy agradable, nuestra habitación contaba con tina y una cama de exterior bastante agradables El estacionamiento es confuso para encontrarlo, serviría mucho que nos asesoraran con una imagen para saber donde es, también durante el desayuno dan la carta de coctails pero no se puede pedir ninguno hasta las 11 lo cual me parece algo absurdo

- Bianca (1/5): Horrible - I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There is zero sound proofing so not only will you hear the constant noise from the street, but also the nearby music from restaurants and bars as well as the construction. To add to the noise pollution there is a window in the bathroom that does not properly close by design. The hotel echos, so you can hear everything happening inside the building as well. Additionally the WiFi is very spotty and barely functions. The second night there was no hot water, the staff solution was to let the water run 5-10 mins, hot water never came. The staff never responded with another solution or when it was fixed. Also, hotel staff has no agency to address issues properly. Their solution was to move me to a smaller room at “no additional cost”. And rather than offer some kind of concession they stated “they can not control the work next door”. Obviously. Finally, this hotel is far over priced, considering the above complaints, but there are zero amenities that would constitute such an elevated cost. There are no robes, slippers, steamer or ironing board. There is zero natural light. The room is freezing, but the mini split only cools the heating function is blocked, so there is always a chill in the room. Videos and review in google

- Stephanie (2/5): Disappointed by cleaning and overpriced laundry service - The hotel was comfortable and well located. I had two disappointing experiences that affected my stay. The day I checked in, I noticed the area around the toilet was dirty, with hairs from a previous guest. I asked for it to be cleaned again, even tipped the cleaning staff, but it was never properly done, so I ended up cleaning it myself. Later, I was charged over 3,000 pesos (about 170 USD) for laundry. They charge per piece instead of by weight, even for socks or undergarments, which led to an unreasonable total. When I raised my concern, the hotel confirmed it was standard policy and offered no adjustment. Future guests should be wary of this pricing practice. If they are overcharging this much for something as simple as laundry, it makes you wonder what else they might be overcharging for. Overall, the stay was fine otherwise, but the lack of basic cleanliness and transparency left a bad impression.

- Fabian (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und ein tolles Bett. Alle Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten gab es ausschließlich auf spanisch und das inkl. Frühstück fühlt sich wie eine Masche an die zum Kauf von Extras animieren soll. Es gibt 2 Eier mit Kaffee und Saft oder Früchte und das wars. Alles andere kostet extra. Selbst als wir die Eier durch Toast tauchen wollten wurde uns gesagt wir müssen dann für das Toast ca 75 Pesos pP bezahlen. Wer ein schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage möchte findet hier eine gute Option. Wer dazu ein gutes Frühstück möchte sollte eine der zahlreichen anderen Optionen wählen.

Non ho ben capito perché questa distinzione se da Booking risultava compresa, per il resto, lo staff è stato super gentile e si è messo a disposizione per ogni nostra richiesta. Una nota speciale per Christian che ci ha fornito consigli per tutte le attività da svolgere a Mèrida e dintorni, sempre gentile e disponibile in ogni momento. A livello di struttura, chiarire magari la questione sulla cauzione che su Booking non mi pareva fosse stata menzionata

The hotel offered a good breakfast with a few pages menu, however, although we had the breakfast included in our booking, we could only get coffee, orange juice and portion of eggs with ham or vegetable, everything else was not included in the price. We wanted omelet with ham and cheese and had to pay extra for cheese. Very disappointing by that price. On arrival, the room and bathroom were super warm. Our experience in similar hotels was different, the air conditioner was switched on earlier to bring temperature to enjoyable level in time for guests arrival.
