También mandamos whatsapp. Llegamos y estaba todo cerrado. Insistimos con whatsapp y llamada sin obtener respuesta. Casi a las 12 de la noche respondieron pidiendo disculpas porque no tenían personal disponible para recibirnos. Es cierto que reservamos sobre la hora, pero deberían prestar más atención si tienen la propiedad publicada en un sitio como Booking que es muy dinámico.
