Went to their guest house and called when I'm at their gate, they told me their coming 10 minutes past then called again and they told me to give them 5 minutes more, I waited another 10 minutes but still they didn't open their gate, and hour past still at their gate but nothing so I decided to go

• Noa (1/5): Robo en alojamiento - Desgraciadamente, tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en nuestra estancia de dos noches allí. Sin nuestro consentimiento entraron a limpiar nuestra habitación mientras no estábamos, vulnerando asi nuestra intimidad. Al regresar, vimos que nos habían robado 300€ de la maleta. En un principio, nos aseguraron que nos devolverían el dinero ya que el incidente había pasado dentro de su alojamiento, pero una vez que nos fuimos, no han dado señales de vida. La verdad que no fue una experiencia para nada agradable ni recomendable.

• Goza (5/5): It was fair staff are very good, - Their communication problem is every thing was dirty,we had to clean it out selves and the toilet in our room was liking, communication and accommodating was good they should maintain the building and the swimming

According to what you advertise on internet and my experience when going out. 1. There was no wifi 2. Aircorn was not working instead it was making noise. 3. Our room was not cleaned sartaday late, we find it dirty. 4. Towels were not changed 5. The coffee things were not refilled. 6. We ran out of toilet paper because they put 1 and did not put another one on sartaday. 7. Please put a mat to stand on, next to the toilet. 8. No one was there to ask us if we're OK or what. I WON'T RECOMMEND A PERSON TO THAT AREA.

• Maile (1/5): I regretted it as I thought I’m saving money by choosing an accommodation that includes breakfast. - The location is good and a few kms to the mall The facility lied and said there’s breakfast included in their website, there’s cockroaches and mosquitoes. The room was not clean.

CLEANLINESS •the fridge was not clean inside, I had to ask for the caretaker to clean it up. •the floor appeared not to be mopped• •the shower handle was broken and the shower glass door appeared not cleaned.

• Zodwa (7/5): My stay was comfortable and enjoyable . - The staff is very nice and the owner was exceptionally good , we had an electricity problem then he booked us to another guest house for a night , in the morning all was fixed and then he gave us an extra room as a compensation for the inconvenience caused. The whole area is full of mosquitoes but the air conditioning and the mosquito coins serve as a mitigation mechanism.

• Serudu (2/5): I cant recommend it to anyone - The booking did not include breakfast therefor i can not comment or make an input on a service we didn't require. There is no reception area, the guy who welcomed us was on not presentable, with clothes full of dust and paints. The circuit breaker, supplying the whole guest house was in our room and kept on tripping. The doors are not properly fitted, there are some spaces between the door and frame (top and bottom)

They are always responsive via WhatsApp. I also recommend booking your safari with them. I had an unforgettable Safari experience.

• Shy (10/5): Best hosts and location! - Ashley and Mahlatsi were the best hosts ever. They were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They organised two tours for us, including an incredible safari experience. They also graciously picked us and dropped us where we had to take our shuttle back to Johannesburg. We had nothing to worry about or arrange during our 3 days there, everything was taken care of. We felt safe at all times. The room was simple with everything we needed for this short stay in Hazyview, especially a very very comfortable bed. Also, the location is very close to one of the main gates to Kruger National Park. Nothing.
