• Maurizio (1/5): MAI PIU' - niente. TUTTO. E' uno scantinato senza finestre. La pulizia? non pervenuta! Inoltre ti fanno pagare le lenzuola e gli asciugamano a parte.
• Damiano Giovanni (1/5): Un incubo tra richieste di denaro in nero, scorrettezza e sporcizia - La sincerità dell'host quando al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con un "avrei preferito non aveste prenotato". Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per una notte presso questa struttura, ma l’esperienza è stata scioccante. L’appartamento si trovava in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: materassi con macchie di materia fecale, bagni sporchi di urina, lenzuola strappate, ragnatele e insetti ovunque, mobili impolverati, cavi elettrici scoperti. L’alloggio non corrispondeva affatto a quanto descritto nell’annuncio (il “divano del soggiorno” su cui ho dovuto dormire è una branda inadeguata, e l’attrezzatura barbecue inesistente o fatiscente). All’arrivo, l’host – un anziano signore in evidente difficoltà gestionale – ha preteso da noi altri 80 euro in contanti per “pulizie e lenzuola”, sostenendo che fossero indicati nella conferma (solo in inglese). Peccato che nella mia prenotazione risultassero “Costi e tasse inclusi”, e soprattutto non è stata rilasciata una regolare ricevuta, nonostante le mie reiterate richieste. L'Host inoltre non ha nemmeno preso i nostri documenti per comunicare la nostra presenza alla Questure locale, come da prassi. Soggiorno davvero traumatico, assolutamente da evitare. Mi auguro che Booking, cui ho inviato foto e video, intervenga al più presto per tutelare gli altri clienti.
• sarka (1/5): - Purtroppo abbiamo usufruito della struttura nonostante abbiamo già pagato interamente soggiorno. Vorrei precisare che sono abituata prenotare i soggiorni sul questa piattaforma, era tipo 24.soggiorno con i booking e per la prima volta mi sono trovata veramente delusa in quanto mi è stato consegnato un monolocale completamente ubicato sotto suolo di terra,al momento della prenotazione c'era scritto...vista piscina,balcone....invece ti trovi piano-1.Sconsiglio a tutti questo alloggio. Non ho scelto un posto economico,c'era possibilità di prenotare i posti molto più economici, ma io questa volta non ho letto con cura recensioni, ho fatto in fretta la scelta, pensando che pagando di più avrei preso alloggio carino.Sono al 2.livello di Genius con Booking e quindi viaggio spesso. Ho chiesto rimborso per la prima volta al Booking, in quanto non ho soggiornato li,per fortuna potevo andare da altra parte,non erano al completo in quel periodo ad Alberese
