- SOFIA (5/5): Simplemente correcto - La ubicación es bastante buena, a nosotros que nos gusta caminar, nos permitió ir andando a todos los lados. El apartamento es muy espacioso. Buen precio. El sitio es simplemente correcto. Con el buen tiempo que nos hizo, no pudimos usar las terrazas, por la suciedad que tenían. La cortina del cuarto de baño de abajo, por favor, que se sustituya por una mampara. En el baño de arriba, falta una cortina en la ventana, para que no te vean los vecinos cómo te duchas. Falta ropa de cama y más almohadas para escoger. Nos parece que falta un lugar donde puedas dejar las maletas, como en casi todos los sitios, sin tener que gastarte aparte una consigna externa.

- isabel (1/5): Suciedad maxima en baños. Insalubre - Ubicacion Los baños eran insalubres. Muebles rotos y manchas de hongos y humedad. El techo se cae a trozos. De autentica verguenza.

- Miguel (9/5): - Muy céntrico para ir a la zona de la alameda y amplio. Podría haber alguna llave más. Las escaleras de caracol es estrecha pero compensa con la terraza.
- Tiago (5/5): - Casa grande e espaçosa, com 2 wc's e cozinha. Equipada c máquina roupa e loiça. Da limpeza.! Edredons cheios de nódoas e limpeza deixa a desejar. Nós saimos às 11h manhã e entretanto os próximos clientes entraram 30m depois.! Foi apenas 1 pessoa a fazer "limpeza" em 30minutos da casa toda, 2 pisos, 'mudar' roupa d camas, se é k foi trocada !!! , limpeza das 2 wc's e sua higienização ! ! Impossível
