- Emma (10/5): - The location was great. The space in our room was amazing. With 3 kids we appreciated the space. Everything was clean. Staff even let us check in early! So good. The room was a little dark. The sign at the pool saying no yelling or shouting plus all the normal rules made it feel a little like adult only. Less of a family vibe.
- Alexia Wu (10/5): Hidden gem, totally exceeded expectations - Breakfast was amazing with great quality for the price we paid. They offer different choices of salad, yoghurt, bread, fried rice/noodles, rice porridge, curry chicken/pork, freshly made noodles with soup. If you only want extensive choice of Western Breakfast, this is not the right place for you. The room was spacious and clean also with a pool view. Very quiet at night. We especially loved the hot shower. I also had a 2 hrs deep tissue massage, as the hotel offered 30mins free when paying for a 90mins package. I paid only 850baht instead of ~ 1150baht. There are two pools and both are super nice. The benches are in the shade so you can lie down in the afternoon. I saw many people complain about the location, but it is clear when we book that it is not in the city center. But it is located at a more local neighborhood with huge malls nearby and a big train night market. We truly enjoyed staying here to be surrounded by locals and have a taste of how local life is. Instead of walking outside bumping into only tourists. If you want to be in the city center of where all the tourist attractions are, this is not the place. But it is only like 20mins by grab, so it is totally doable. Super nice and friendly staff. Totally recommend and would love to come back. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

- Neus (7/5): Esperaba más - Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy cuidadas a nivel lobby, restaurante, piscina. El personal de puerta era agradable. Por el precio pagado la habitación cumple con los estándares, pero no con las expectativas. La cama era comoda y la habitación es amplia. Te dan una bebida de bienvenida y varios descuentos para comida y masajes en el hotel. La piscina del edificio B está bien, da el sol por las mañanas. La ubicación no es mala, hay varios lugares buenos para comer, y un centro comercial cerca. Esta relativamente cerca del aeropuerto (30 min en taxi). El personal de recepción tuvo un comportamiento que podría considerarse no muy de fiar. En un mensaje previo, me comentaron que si quería hacer un early check in a partir de las 10 AM, me costaría la mitad del precio de una noche. Al llegar allí, los precios que me comentaban eran bastante más altos que en ninguna web suya oficial u otras plataformas donde se ofertan. Les tuve que enseñar estos precios para que me rebajasen el precio, y aun así pague el precio que costaba una noche, no la mitad. Esta actitud me hizo desconfiar. La limpieza de la habitación no era adecuada, habia manchas de vasos en las mesitas, pelos atascados en la ducha, espejos sucios, bebidas de antiguos huespedes en el minibar... claramente la puntuación de hotel 5 estrellas es aleatoria.

Al momento del check out ci hanno chiesto di pagare i danni perché su uno degli asciugamani c'era una macchia (di trucco!) che, a loro dire, non sarebbe venuta via. È inconcepibile che un'asciugamani sporca venga considerata un danno! Colazione quasi esclusivamente salata, pochissimi dolci e alle 9 già terminati.

Een losse wastafel in het halletje, zonder voldoende verlichting en ruimte om je spullen te leggen? In de badkamer enkel een douche, bad en toilet. Niet echt comfortabel. De ontbijtruimte/restaurant kan wel wat aankleding gebruiken. Ontbijtselectie karig, maar vooral slecht aangevuld. Waarschijnlijk was de prijs voor de kamer een indicatie van de kwaliteit. Te mooi om waar te zijn.

The staff is always great and helpful Wifi on the room did not work so I had to use the lobby wifi, which was basically not working. The cleanliness of the room was not good the floor was very dirty, and the showerhead was not great either. There was a wedding at the place which filled the hotel and it was very noisy with people everywhere.
