It's a really basic Mexican hotel with shared bathrooms in a typical "rustic" Mexico city neighbourhood adjacent to the airport terminal. We had to go native.

Ligita (2/5): Terrible property. I do not recommend it at all. - The bed sheet was not fresh, it smelled of parfyms from the previous visitor. Water was almost not flowing from the tap, so it was impossible to wash my teeth. The towel was provided only when asked from the reception girl. The reception girls did not understand any English, however the property is close to the airport. The cover of the toilet bowl did not stay in vertical position when it was opened but fell down on the back of the user. It was extremely noisy in the room during the night because the whole property is established in a garage-like building without any noise insulation, any street noises could be heard in the room. The property is terrible but the ordered room was "de Luxe". I cannot imagine how a standard room could look like.
Laura Cristina (3/5): Cheap place to crash for early traveling in the airport at expense of comfort. - I liked the friendly staff and the location nearby to her airport. The palace didn't have any sign to make it easy to find. The gate at the front made it hard to bring it heavy luggage. The room was next to the reception so I was woken up several times in the middle of the night for incoming guests being noisy. There were no towels in the room. The hand soap looked cheap and smelt that way. The covers for the bed were very thin, so I was cold during the night. When I turned on the shower the water came out yellow, extremely nasty.

Booking debería tener estándares para aceptar a los hoteles integrados a la aplicación.

Carolyn (1/5): Cancelled our reservation - then told us we still had to pay - Nothing. They cancelled our reservation the afternoon we were supposed to arrive. Then they offered an "alternative" that was a 30 minute drive away from the city centre. When we said that wouldn't work, they wouldn't cancel the booking and said we would have to (but it wasn't refundable). So I had to waste like 3 hours of my afternoon not being on vacation, but making with them, calling booking, trying to find something else last minute, etc. Terrible customer service, stay away. They cancelled our reservation the afterthought we were supposed to arrive. Don't book here.

CRISTINA (4/5): Good location if you are just doing a layover in the airport. - Guest service was amazing, the guys really nice, specially the boy working in night schedule offer himself to walk me to the airport which is very close to the hotel less than 5 minutes walking. I did not have water in the shower so I have to shower with water from the sink, as well the place smells like the sistern is very close to the rooms.

I had to flip it upside down and sleep on top of a lot harder surface since the mattress was not both sided. Also only 1 thin behind sheet and blanket was provided. No es un hotel 5 estrellas pero si buscas un lugar para pasar la noche, barato y cercano al aeropuerto, y cómodo, este es el lugar. Ofrecen todos los servicios e incluso van por ti a la salida que estés, no se dejen llevar por la ubicación. Totalmente recomendado, muchas gracias por su servicios! Ariana (5/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación Solo me quedé porque tenía que esperar 4 horas para mi vuelo, pero el cuarto super lleno de polvo, mis hijos son asmáticos y puro estornudar, por lo tanto lo que quería, que era descansar, no se pudo, entiendo que por el precio no iba a ser 5 estrellas pero las sábanas cambiadas era primordial, nunca apagan la luz del pasillo y las cortinas son super delgadas toda la claridad entraba, (en mercado libre hay unas blackout que no cuestan nada caras) no me volvería a quedar ahí, definitivamente. Hasta en un motel de paso hubiera podido descansar.

The host were very friendly and we were welcomed with drinks (tea, coffee and water). Our host even walked with us to show the way to the airport terminal and 4 am the next morning! Our room was very quiet. The shared bathroom was clean, as were the other common areas. We were able to charge our devices in the room.
