- akbar (5/5): Pls stay away from this property - Nothing to like about at this property Pics are deceiving. Rooms are not spacious as shown in the post. Lots of bugs at property enjoying playing all over. There are no toiletries at all. Location described is totally wrong. It took us one hour plus finding the building while it’s simply should mention that it’s in air mall resident building. Electric kettle broken too. All utensils are super dirty. We have no idea what is in owner’s mind to run this property. Owner is not easily reachable Good luck to new guest

- Marichel (1/5): Do not book with this hotel. This is SCAM - Nothing I booked for 1 night as we are arrived from UK with the family with 1 toddler and 1 infant. We keep looking for the hotel but we couldn’t find it, we keep going round and round for almost one hour at 1Am. We are trying to contact the owner but he keep cancelling the call and worst he turned off the phone. I feel sorry for my kids. We want to have a rest because a long flight but this happened. I didn’t check the review and thats my fault. I got SCAMMED!

- Paul (2/5): Avoid this place as the information in the listing is false, the room is a health hazard and the host will not respond. - The aircon was cool and the beds were comfortable. Check in was terrible. Neither taxi nor Grab drivers could find it. We were searching for Maharaja oriental suites hotel. There is no such thing….this room is an Air B&B which is part of an apartment complex which the host didn’t tell us about. We finally arrive there and where’s the host? He doesn’t respond to multiple messages for several hours! I try to call him on the number provided and the person says they are maintenance, not the host, and cannot help with check in. I ask my taxi driver to speak to him & suddenly the host can’t hear us over the phone and hangs up. Why pretend to be maintenance when you’re the host and you provided your number on the Booking.com listing? Next, the room is not as advertised. I booked 2 bedrooms and the listing says the first bedroom has a double bed and extra bed. The second bedroom should have 2 double beds and an extra bed. However each bedroom had just a small double bed each. Not enough for 6 of us as booked & paid for. “Maintenance luckily found another room which had the required beds. The rooms smell of stale water, sewerage and mould. The water supply was not connected. It took several hours of being ignored by the host to get it turned on. There are cockroaches in both rooms…our original 09.14 and updated 56.14 The balcony door was locked. I asked the host (maintenance) on Friday to fix it. She said she’d come the following day and she never came back. After countless messages to the host, I was ignored for 4 days and never got to use the balcony. The listing says it has a private pool and spa. Where? The apartment complex has a public pool but we weren’t allowed to use it. It’s only for residents. The host lied on their listing. There is a billiard and ping pong table but again, there’s a security person standing by and refused to let us use it. The host fails to mention that the pool costs at least 150 pesos for non-residents to use.
- Maria Joanna (7/5): Great but not great. The little things matter and that was the problem. - The unit was perfect for our number of pax. The beds were big and comfortable. Two bathrooms! Aircon was excellent. Location was great with very convenient access to groceries and 7-11. Front desk staff and maintenance very helpful. There we small cockroaches when we arrived. huhuhu In the bedroom, in the bathroom, in the kitchen. We were so tired from our red eye flight that we just dealt with it and fell asleep. The next day we bought insect spray. Very limited utensils. Busted microwave. The terrace door was problematic and my daughter got locked out for 30 minutes on the 56th floor! Asked building maintenance for help and thankfully they were very proactive, opened a side window we didnt notice and let my daughter back in. They could not open the door at all. Messaged the host thru text and viber but was ignored until now.
