• Joanne (9/5): - The apartment was perfect for a large group. Excellent location for the surrounding area. Very well kept and modern with everything we needed. Extra touches were perfect too. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Thank you The stairs! But I have to admit it didn't bother us that much given the whole group was fit and able to take the stairs. Most of us regarded it as extra exercise. The parking permit for one car was great. It was a bit of a pain parking the second car initially. You need to find a long stay car park to park overnight. It worked out fine in the end.
• Anna (10/5): Amazing, just what we needed! - Very clean, in very good condition, excellent location, very responsive host One silly thing: the two bathrooms are both downstairs and when I woke up to use the loo in the first night I realised all the doors were identical and I couldn’t tell if they were bathroom or bedroom doors! One parking permit for a house with 5 bedroom is not really enough. The long term parking is a 10 min walk away (opposite Lidl) and costs about £10 per 24 hours.
• Neil (9/5): Spot on. - Really nice, very clean, well presented, had plenty space for our group of 8, great price. Spot on. Ben was really comfy, kitchen well equipped. Stairs to get in and out but no problem at all.
• Pratima (10/5): Charming location near Jacobite train, with convenient grocery, eateries, bars and parking! - Perfect spot! Morrisons and Lidl are just a short stroll away, and the Jacobite train (aka the Hogwarts Express from Harry Potter) is within walking distance too. Parking is conveniently located right across the street. Excellent bars n eateries nearby! Get ready for a leg workout! 6 flights of stairs, just like in old Europe.
• Hannah (7/5): Cosy, clean and right in the centre of Fort William - I liked the location of the place, it was perfect for parking and for being accessible to the town - the apartment was a great little find, had tonnes of space so we never felt on top of one another and had all the utensils and equipment you could think you'd need for a adventure holiday in Scotland. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful prior and during the stay! I'd also really recommend the cosy cafe right opposite the apartment. The main issue we had was the hot water, in one of the bathrooms it was barely luke warm, so in the end, four of us ended up showering in one bathtub... i think this is perhaps something that can't be avoided as it's a flat on the top floor, but nevertheless, it did affect the trip at times. Additionally, we were warned about it very clearly, but there are a lot of steps to get up to the apartment - so do be wary of this if not physically fit to do so, if you're perfectly healthy, it's a nice challenge to reach the top :)

• Dolina (10/5): Excellent accommodation with comfy beds. - We loved the interior plenty of room for our group of 5 ladies all looked newly furnished and decorated. Kitchen was well equipped only missing an oven glove. Everything as described yes lots of stairs but if you are hiking they should not be a problem more of a warm up. One room was missing a skylight blind. Yes you do hear noise from the high street but ear plugs are useful. ( perhaps the owners could supply some for those that don’t have their own)
• Patrick (10/5): - Can't say enough about our stay at the duplex. The property is perfectly located in the heart of town making it very walkable to shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and well stocked. The West Holidays team made Instructions on how to find the property very clear and easy to follow and they were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Our friend accidentally left their passport there and they contacted us quickly about it and were able to facilitate a taxi to bring it to Edinburgh the same night saving our friend from having to miss their flight home the following morning. The team is a class act.
• Ann (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in very comfortable surroundings - Loved the comfortable facilities: the decor; the consideration of leaving milk in the fridge (for a welcome cuppa after a long drive) also Rocher chocolates; the parking permit -as free parking is limited in the centre; stunning surrounding scenery. The only drawback was the stairs - but that cannot be helped as the building is not new.
• Jo En (9/5): A perfect place to stay for a short vacation to Highlands and places nearby. - The property is located perfectly at the town centre, with a short walking distance to Tesco or Morrisons. It is very comfortable and can fit a large group of people (We have 8 adults in the property altogether). We love the kitchen the most! It is so facilitated with all kinds of equipment you need, and a table for 8. There is even a dishwasher can save you from doing the dishes. There are two bathrooms both with bathtub and toilet. Thanks for making my family feel like home. The property is located at third floor, if you have elders together, or coming with large suitcases, I would recommend you to consider it carefully.
• Anna Marie (9/5): Overall good value for money - Good location. The apartment was very clean, complete with things and most of all spacious for groups. Just on our first weekend night, it was quite noisy due to loud drunk men from pub.

• alba (10/5): Best place in Fort Williams - Clean, fresh , nicely decorated. It has everything you might need. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Bedrooms airy and comfy beds. Bathroom s as new. Very well located in the centre of FW. Highly recommended. It has a few steps to get to the apartment, but it worths it.

• Rhonda (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean, bright and perfect for our large group. - This property has so much space! It is clean, bright and has everything you need. There were nice little touches everywhere. Parking was iffy, but that is not really a fault of the property. Lots of stairs, but we were expecting that, so not a complaint.
• Sara (10/5): Great place to stay in charming Ft Williams - Great location in middle of Town Centre Apartment was very clean and roomy. Great kitchen with seating. Bedrooms were well stocked and private. Lots of steps to enter but manageable Steps but we managed Baths on first floor only

An immaculate Apartment with the host providing loads of extras - milk, coffee pods, biscuits, chocolates and bathroom products to name a few. Excellent location to main street and interesting outlook. Good communication with staff Nothing to say here

• Marc (9/5): Brilliant place to stay for larger groups - Really nice and spacious apartment. Surprisingly quiet given that we were in the town centre. Very easy to find and access. Parking was OK for me as there was a permit, although we had a second vehicle that was more awkward to park. Not an issue with the host at all, just an observation for people with more than one vehicle.
