• Srijana (8/5): In short, I would stay here again. - The location is great, very close to train and tube. The host is great, easily reachable. There are enough utensils if you choose to cook. It is little small for 5 people with many luggages but that's London for you. The outer bathroom needs the lock fix but that wasn't a deal breaker for us since we were family.

Posizione bellissima e comoda vicina alla metro e ai bus. Nelle vicinanze market e negozietti. Praticamente niente, l’unico consiglio che darei, una doppia chiave potrebbe essere comoda.

• Sarah (9/5): - I liked lots about this apartment. The location is just phenomenal. Couldn't be better. Literally across the road from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, V and A. Short walk to tube station (Piccadilly Line) and buses. (We liked the 14 from outside the V and A which took us through Knightsbridge and to Trafalgar Square for the British Museum etc). Really easy to get to Covent Garden and Leicester Square for theatres. Easy walk to Supermarket. Felt like really good value for money. The apartment is pretty spacious. Liked that there was a utility room with coat hanging space and space for shoes Really comfortable bed. Humongous wardrobe! We would stay here again and recommend to friends. The spiral staircase is narrow. It was fine for my teenage sons though, but a no go for anyone with any access issues. One of the bedrooms is up there on the mezzanine. We could have made use of 2 sets of keys.

• Fátima (8/5): Estancia en South Kensington - La ubicación, el espacio de apartamento. Dos baños (anque sólo había una ducha). Camas cómodas. Nespresso con varias cajas de cápsulas de cortesía, y otros para el desayuno y también geles de baño. La posibilidad de dejar las maletas si coste alguno el último día hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Un poco complicado de acceder a la habitación superior. Ruidos de los electrodomésticos durante la noche molestaban a los que dormíamos en el sofá cama. Solo había un armario para la ropa, aunque era grande. Necesita una pequeño repaso, pero en general muy bien.

Host super disponibile e gentile, appartamento pulito e come dalle foto. Consiglio assolutamente per chi vuole scegliere di soggiornare in una zona più tranquilla di Londra. Consiglierei un piccolo tavolino o un punto di appoggio per il bagaglio o per gli abiti di chi dorme al letto del soppalco.
• Jorge (4/5): Estancia decepcionante y desagradable - La ubicación es muy buena, en un barrio tranquilo Nos encontramos una rata en la cocina, se metió en la papelera y después se escondió debajo de la cocina. Solicitamos un cambio de apartamento y al no haber disponibilidad nos enviaron a un bajo más pequeño e incómodo . Es muy desagradable y da mucho asco encontrarse roedores en el apartamento, el precio de las viviendas es muy alto y se debe exigir un mínimo de condiciones sanitarias. El manager de los apartamentos acudió con trampas a los pocos minutos, por lo que creemos que no debía ser la primera vez que ocurrió.

• Åsa (7/5): - Väldigt fint område, nära till affärer, besöksmål och restauranger. Sängarna var sköna, bäddsoffan dock rätt hård. Nycklarna lämnades över av någon som bodde i huset och som inte kunde svara på frågor. Utöver det hade vi väldigt lite kontakt med värdarna, de svarade väldigt kort på sms, ingen personlig kontakt. Det fanns WIFI men den fungerade inte och värden fixade inte det när vi sa till. Det var mycket dålig täckning i lägenheten för mobilt internet. För att komma upp till loftet var det endast en mycket smal och brant spiraltrappa.
• Kristi (7/5): - It was an excellent location for what we wanted. The extra toilet was nice. It wasn’t the cleanest, the pipes made all kinds of vibrating and squealing noises. The other occupants of the building were very loud at all hours. There was ABSOLUTELY NO internet availability or cell service in the home. We let the property manager know numerous times and they did not fix the issue. Each time I simply got a “will do” or “🫡” response with no effort or action to rectify. They actually stopped responding to us at all. The internet was never fixed and we were unable to use our devices at all in the flat, which greatly hindered our trip as we picked this one for internet and the ability to work while staying there. There was also a lot of disrepair to home. The plaster was pealing, the doors had water damage, there were just a lot of instances of “lipstick on a pig”. They only gave one towel per person and the linens were sparse. There were not many blankets or pillows and it was rather bare in that department. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the cleanest, either. The was other people’s used and old food left in the freezer and trash under the beds, including a shoe that was not ours 😬. We made it work as we were only there three nights. I really wanted to be able to give this place a glowing review and I would have based on location alone if it wasn’t for the fact that the property managers just completely ignored us and our requests for assistance. I would not stay here again.

• Nevin (8/5): Amazing Location, Near Natural History Museum and Science Museums - Seriously, you can't beat the amazing location. The 2bdrm flat backs up to Natural History Museum and Science Museums. Minutes from multiple tube stops. Unit had two rooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Also had a washer/dryer, slippers, coffee/tea station, and umbrella in unit for use. Property managers were attentive and responsive. We will book again next time we travel to London. Internet was problematic/near non-existent. We could get WIFI but could not get internet. We only notified property managers upon checking out, so we can't comment on whether it was a one time occurrence. Check first if you plan to work remotely from this unit. Second bedroom is a loft unit accessible by an extremely narrow spiral staircase. The second bedroom was perfect for our 9 and 11 year old boys, but likely not as perfect for children under 5, anyone disabled, and/or anyone over 200 pounds.

• Scott (7/5): Great location, friendly staff and roomy apartment close to the Tube, Museums and Hyde Park - Location is awesome. Buses out the front and tube station is 5 mins away. Hyde Park is less than 10 mins walk. The property is roomy for 4 adults and has a great kitchen and laundry. The property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom is in the main bedroom. Not ideal if sharing the apartment. The property really needs a refresh of paint. The bathroom shower needs a good tidy up and clean as the water damage is not great for an expensive apartment. It can also be a little noisy in the apartment with the tenants above making noise. Stairs to loft are almost impossible to climb and would not be suitable to older or larger people.

• Neall (7/5): Convenient and clean - I was in a good location and clean The bedroom on the ground floor was cramped with the bed taking up the whole room. The apartment smelled of cleaning product. It had beautiful high ceilings and was in a great building.
• Not (2/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our stay at these apartments was extremely disap - The apartment is quite old, and the owner did not address the issues that arose during our stay. When we sent photos to illustrate the problems, he dismissed them as fake and refused to take responsibility for the poor condition of the apartment, instead accusing us of lying. As a result, we had to live in a place infested with mice and with dust clearly visible under the beds. The place was very dirty – there was visible mold on the walls and ceiling, and a thick layer of dust under the beds, clearly showing that proper cleaning hadn't been done for a long time. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and not put away, which was another sign of poor preparation.

V&A and Natural History museums on your doorstep and Harrods a walk away. Loads of eateries nearby. Can recommend Gales for your morning croissants! The only criticism I can make is that the pillows were a bit hard, but found one that wasn't, a minor detail. Spiral staircase a bit tricky, you need to be slim and nimble.

It was actually something that is out of their control but I wanted to mention it anyway and they were glad I did and sorry for the inconvenience.

Ground floor apartment located in front of the Natural History Museum and 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park, in a very central area equipped with every need. The keys are taken from the appropriate safety box. The apartment is very nice, well lit with a kitchen complete with every appliance. The managers are very helpful and friendly, I had a problem on the first day and they intervened within seconds. It is very difficult to find an apartment of this standard online, I will definitely return.

• Leigha (10/5): First Class Stay! - The location! Such a beautiful part of London to stay in. So convenient with multiple underground stations within walking distance, bus routes, many takeaway, coffee and grocery stores nearby too. And of course the wonderful museums that are across the road also. Accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. My favourite aspects of the flat were the stunning ceilings and the modern design. Beds were comfortable, tv comes with all kinds of streaming services and hairdryer & iron also available to use which was so handy. Kitchen contained everything you need to cook a meal or make tea or coffee. There was even lots of different flavours of coffee pods you could use in the provided machine. The host was extremely attentive and solved any problems that we ran into and actually went out their way to post items back to us that we had left behind. Could not recommend this lovely little apartment anymore, was the perfect base for our family with young children to explore London. Missing it already and hope to return again one day 🥰 Nothing! Was wonderful in every way.

Kitchen utensils are available if you want to cook. Free Starbucks coffee pods as well. Cleaning and beddings/towels changed were done every 2-3days.

Close to the metro line, near many of the museums and attractions, and plenty of food options all around! As for the apartment it was very clean, well organized, had all of the utensils and washing materials you could need! The host was very good at communicating and arranging any necessities, as well as general cleaning bedding and sheets! Definitely recommend this host and his apartment! Nothing

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful flat close to Picadilly subway line - The apartment was beautifully refurbished and had absolutely everything we needed. The coffee machine with lots of coffee capsules was a plus. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of toilet paper supply. My teenage daughters found the upstairs bed super comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning when we arrived and checked in later (keys in a box with code). Close walking distance to Picadilly subway (South Kensington). The large bathroom with shower is inside the main bedroom. We had no trouble with that but some may find it uncomfortable.

• Christina (9/5): Great apartment with convenient location - The apartment was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient by the Piccadilly line between The Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. Despite of the central location, we couldn't hear any sound of traffic to the apartment. Our host was easy to reach and helpful. He also kindly arranged a few changes that we requested, which were much appreciated. Some sockets by mirrors would have been great as styling hair was a bit difficult. We would have also preferred single duvets for doubles, but luckily they were wide enough for sharing. The renovation in the building got loud at times, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to someone looking for peace and quiet while it's still ongoing. The staircase leading to the balcony where the other bed was, was very narrow and a bit wobbly, but ok for the two teenagers we were traveling with. All and all the pros exceed the cons and I could easily stay here again.

The apartment was spacious, the beds comfortable, the location very convenient. Very quiet at night. Good wifi. It would be convenient to provide two sets of keys instead of a single one ; the bathroom with shower was accessible only through one of the bedrooms, which creates some limitations when sharing with co-workers. High level of noise during the day because of works in the building.
• Julie (9/5): Lovely lication - Loved the location of the apartment, literally over the road from the science museum. Brilliant for tubes and buses, 10 minute walk to Harrods. The staircase to the upper bedroom is quite rickety/wobbly, my daughter who is 20 found it awkward to go up and down.

• Monique (10/5): Wonderful stay in very nice, spacious, well equipped apartment. - Excellent location right across from the Natural History Museum and V&A museum and within walking distance from the subway station South Kensington. Close to several great places to eat and a few pubs as well. We had a great meal at Daquise, a Polish restaurant close to the subway station. Very clean apartment with high ceilings, two bathrooms and two double beds, well equipped - washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils etc. Located at the back of the building, it was very quiet—an excellent place to stay. Communication was easy, and we were met by a friendly person giving us the keys. We were delighted to stay here, so there was nothing that disappointed. Good to know, though - the in-house balcony with the second bed can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. It worked perfectly fine for us, but for a big person or someone with mobility issues, this is not ideal. The en-suite bathroom with bath/shower can only be reached via the master bathroom (There is a second bathroom that has a toilet and wash basin which is accessible for all). Just good to know. The apt is downstairs and has windows into a small courtyard, but has relatively little outside light coming in. Lightning in the apartment is very well done though, so this did not bother us.

Nice touches, plenty shower gel & shampoo, towels …. space to relax & feel at home. Quiet and VERY secure. Great location for easy access to all London attractions. Not much natural light, but this was due to scaffolding outside the windows, presumably temporary. A t-towel would have been nice, rather than having to use the dishwasher all the time. Spiral staircase is a bit scary for we over-60’s, but grandson loved sleeping on the mezzanine.

Hosts in quick and easy text contact with small issues resolved very quickly. Building work with scaffolding blocking windows and noisy builders some mornings. Clean spaces but some evidence of body hairs on beds. Extremely tight stairs to mezzanine bedroom - would not be suitable for older and larger people! Best for a teenager.

• Lanre (4/5): Disappointing, not what I expected. - Stairs are not safe one person fell down the stairs and the others couldn’t fit to make it up the stairs. Pictures made it seem like the apartment is bigger than it is. Nobody stated that constructions being held and the noise would start so early in the morning, shutters for windows felt boxed in. Did not enjoy my time here at all.
• Philip (10/5): Great apartment close to Kensington Gardens and National History Museum - Well renovated and presented apartment with all the facilities you would need, including a full kitchen, wifi, bath, two double beds, laundry, and dishwasher. I could live here.
