A szobák szerények, de tiszták, minden nap van takarítás, törölköző csere. Nappal nyüzsgő, szól a zene a parton, két étterem is van 50 méteren belül, van saját bár a medence mellett, este viszont nyugodt, csendes, lehet pihenni. Korán ment a repülőnk, de kaptunk előre összekészített reggelit.

Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig, kleinere Reparaturen nötig. Beim Duschen wird das ganze Bad nass. Frühstück sehr einfach aber Kaffee gut trotz Automat. Liegen am Strand sollten m.E. für Hotelgäste kostenfrei bzw. zumindest vergünstigt sein

I like the breakfast, it was not a big choice but was still kind of various. Location is on the 1st beach line with a very short walk to the city centre and close to all the cafes and restaurants. • June (3/5): Nice hotel close to the beach. Noisy though. - Close to the beach, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately, though not the fault of the hotel, there is a beach bar right on the property of the hotel which blasts horrible electronic dance music all day until 7 pm and later on weekends. I can say that this ruined my stay. If you want peace and quiet don’t go there.

• jesse (7/5): Prima naar ons zin gehad - Het zwembad is mooi, schoon en rustig. Locatie van het hotel is top, aan het strand en op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer werd iedere ochtend schoon gemaakt De badkamer werd helemaal nat tijdens het douchen en putjes lopen niet goed door.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping and proper attention to requests or questions. The breakfast was always delicious with plenty of options to choose from, including vegetarian and vegan options. The only thing we could have used is some storage space for clothes. Not a big downside, just makes it easier to organise.

• Szilvia (8/5): Közel volt mindenhez és szép volt a kilátás. - A tengerparton van, nagyon szép volt a kilátás a szobánkból. Voltak sajàt pihenőágyai is a szállásnak. A mosdóban nagyon nehezen folyt le a víz, valamint a klíma miatt az erkélyen folyamatosan állt a víz. Ilyen áron a pihenőágyak a tengerparton lehettek volna ingyen a szálloda vendégeinek. Nem volt szekrény a szobában, így nehézkes volt elpakolni a ruháinkat.

There’s also a nice beach bar just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape! Nothing
• Stuart (7/5): Great beach location. - We stayed in Apartment 34. Apartment is right on the beach, literally a 2 minute walk and you are right on the beach, so this was great. Apartment was quite big, lots of room, big bedroom, balcony overlooking the pool and beach. No TV in our room as advertised, the TV wall mount was there but no TV. Bathroom was ok, but every time you had a shower it flooded the bathroom floor as the was no screen or shower curtain. The breakfast was pretty poor, the hot food was cold and there was little choice. The only other thing that lets this hotel down is some of the exterior neighbouring views are pretty poor, derelict buildings, rubbish etc.

Chýbal mi bar pri bazéne, ktorý sme dosť intenzívne využívali pri našej minuloročnej návšteve. Tiež ma nemilo prekvapil plážový bar postavený v tesnej blízkosti hotela, v ktorom niekoľko hodín denne hrala hlasná diskotéková hudba.
• Petya (1/5): Rude staff, dirty rooms, bad location - Very disappointed ! The room we were given is significantly different from the description. According to the listing, we booked a room with a balcony and sea view. However, we were accommodated on the ground floor, with no balcony and no sea view. Additionally, the condition of the room is unacceptable: • There is a strong smell of mold. • The room is not clean and looks old. • There are ants in the room. • The extra bed provided is covered with a sheet that has visible stains. When I showed it to the lady of the reception, her answer was: “ Nobody is using it , right, then what’s the problem if it’s dirty? “ • On the ceiling, there are clear attempts to cover mold and peeling plaster. The lady from the reception was rude and doesn’t accept the obvious issues about the room. She told us that the smell, the aunts are normal.

• Johannes (10/5): Perfekte Lage - Perfekte Unterkunft - Paradiesisch - Die Unterkunft war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Am Pool gab es sogar von nebenan die perfekte Musikbeschallung. Die Lage war super, denn einerseits war am in der Idylle, andererseits ist man binnen 5 Minuten sofort im Zentrum, wo sich alle Restaurants und Bars befinden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• Anneli (8/5): Strandnära hotell. - Perfekt läge, nära till havet. Poolen var välskött med fräscha solsängar/stolar. Rummen var enkla, verkade nyrenoverade. Härligt med balkong mot havet, poolen och morgonsolen. Frukosten var bra med fint läge i trädgården om man ville sitta ute. Personalen mycket hjälpsam. Många galgar underlättar. Hårda sängar, inga krokar eller hylla i badrummet. Musiken från närmaste strandbaren blev störande efter lunch.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. - It's convenient to get to the hotel by bus from Rhodes – the bus stop is almost right next to the hotel. This is very handy, especially after a long day of traveling. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. On the first day, they warmly greeted us and helped us check in earlier than expected. They promptly provided us with an iron upon request, which was very thoughtful. The breakfasts here are portioned and delicious, made even more enjoyable by the beachside location with a view of the sea. 💙 The internet works perfectly throughout the hotel and even on the beach by the sea. This was a pleasant bonus for us. The location of the hotel deserves special praise. It's just a 10-minute walk from the center, where there are many dining options and everything you need. At the same time, the hotel is on the first line to the sea – you can have breakfast while enjoying the view. A hundred meters from your room, and you're already on the beach. Be mindful to check the terms of using the sunbeds and umbrellas. We were unaware of the conditions and used them without prior notice, but the staff was exceptionally polite and helped resolve this issue pleasantly. There is a bar on the hotel grounds serving drinks and meals – very convenient and tasty. There's also a pool with sunbeds around it, adding to the comfort. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need: fridge, kettle, hairdryer, glasses, and cups. The rooms are always clean, with towels and bedding changed regularly. We were very pleased with the cleanliness. There's a table with chairs and a drying rack near the entrance to the room. A five-minute walk along the beach from the hotel brings you to the boat rental and other equipment. A five-minute walk in the town leads you to car rentals and other transport options. Google Greek national dishes and try to sample them all. The flavors of this country's cuisine are amazing 💙 While the room may not be very new, the fantastic location and atmosphere more than make up for it. We spent minimal time in the room since there's so much to explore around.

Contents de repartir - - L'emplacement tranquille au bord de la plage - Le parking juste à côté et gratuit - La rapidité à nous préparer des oeufs au plat pour le petit-déjeuner du dernier jour juste à l'heure d'ouverture car nous étions pressés de partir prendre notre vol à l'aéroport - Lits super mous et inconfortables, je pensais tout le temps que j'allais tomber du lit - Cabine de douche avec plein d'espaces ouverts arrosant la salle de bain (voir photo) qui devenait ensuite une piscine. La patronne a affirmé que j'étais seulement le 2ème en 8 ans qui se plaignait, mais il y avait déjà une raclette pour l'eau dans la salle de bains. Je lui ai répondu que le concepteur/installateur n'était pas très malin, car il était évident que de l'eau passerait partout. Elle m'a dit que des joints étaient commandés...?! - Moisissures dans la chambre (voir photos) - Peu de lumière dans la chambre si l'on ne voulait pas être en vitrine car au R/C devant la petite piscine à eau trouble, même si nous étions censés être à l'étage car notre chambre indiquait un balcon - Trop de lumière le matin car store devant la porte de la chambre pas assez assombrissant (voir photo) - Chaises longues payantes (consommation minimum de 15€ ou 25€) autour de la piscine (voir photo, 1ère fois de ma longue vie que je vois ça) - Les 2 douches de la piscine n'ont pas de pommeau de douche, un filet d'eau vous arrive sur le crâne (voir photo) - Mauvais rapport qualité-prix - Le pompon: la patronne qui toque violemment à la porte le matin (ma femme a crié pour m'avertir car j'étais dans la salle de bains) m'accusant d'avoir fumé dans la chambre et qui me dit de ne pas recommencer, ceci après que je lui ai dit ne pas avoir fumé (je suis non-fumeur sauf cigare très occasionnel 3-5x par an, après repas du soir). L'alarme incendie avait sonné auparavant et je lui ai demandé d'identifier la source de l'alarme, quel capteur avait été déclenché, mais elle m'a répondu qu'elle ne savait pas car c'était une zone de plusieurs capteurs (mais ne s'est pas gênée pour m'accuser, WTF!) • Eva (10/5): Amazing place for your summer holidays - Everything was just perfect. The hotel is basically situated on the beach with a very nice sea view. It is a very calm place, far enough from the busy Faliraki center with shops, restaurants and bars, yet still very close to it (approx. a 5 minute walk). The room was just great, modern, spacious and clean with an everyday room cleaning service. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and tasty, you always get what you ask for. Also, I could do an early check-in which was amazing. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again next year! Nothing, everything was ok.

Viszont nagyon örültünk, hogy laktózérzékenyként kaptunk számunkra megfelelő tejet.

First of all, the staff is extremely supportive and friendly, they gave us very good ideas about what to see and where to go in Rhodes, we would like to thank you for this! Our room was quite okay for sleeping and rest (it is not high-tech but it has everything you'd need), and it is amazing that we were just a few steps away from the sea. And between there is a Beach Bar if you'd like to have a refreshment! In our opinion, the accomodation is in a great location in Faliraki, it takes about 10 mins to walk into the frequented area to eat or party, but it is far enoug from it to be quiet enoug. What could be improved is the storage spaces in the room, there were not enough shelves and/or cabinet to pack.

• Simon (7/5): In general we were pleased with the accomodation and we enjoyed the time spent here. Despite we visited in the main seas - Very close to beach, calm atmospehere, only few people even during main season (visited in July), clean see, staff cleaning the beach every morning. Good drinks at the hotel bar, also decent food for decent price Apartments looks better in the pictures, old bed and furnitures in general. But otherwise ok. Toilet making noices as the water was slightly leeking all the time, also through our room went probably the sewer pipes, so in the morning you hear the water noices coming from the walls as other apartments flushing or having shower.

• Karin (8/5): Zimmer besser mit Meerblick buchen - Dem Familienbetrieb fehlt noch etwas die Routine, aber alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch serviert, war einfach und gut. Die Terrasse wirkt sehr neu und modern gestaltet. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, der Gartenblick ist nicht überragend, aber dafür günstiger. 2 Liegen mit Schirm am Strand kosten 20€, beim Pool 7€. Einmal gab es ein Buffet, jedoch tat dem Schinken die Sonneneinstrahlung nicht gut. Das Bad wirkte nicht sehr sauber und renovierungsbedürftig.

• Massimo (5/5): Potrebbe offrire molto di più… peccato! - Posizione centrale e tranquilla, fronte mare. La signora che gestisce la struttura, insieme ai figli, cerca di accontentare le richieste ed è gentile. Non sempre però risolve. Un ringraziamento per averci consentito di lasciare la stanza alle 12 Pulizia, dovrebbe esser fatta ogni 2 giorni, la doccia non chiude bene ed il bagno( senza finestra) rimane allagato. Dal momento che non c’è il bidet e non si può buttare la carta igienica nel water almeno il cestino andrebbe svuotato tutti i giorni. Colazione scarsa e poco varia, gli ospiti si lamentavano… peccato perché la struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità ma è gestita male. E’ difficile trovare qualcuno alla reception che spesso è chiusa!!!

• Jennifer (8/5): Herzliches kleines Hotel in Strandlage mit kleinen Minuspunkten - Das kleine familiengeführte Hotel ist in direkter Strandlage (20.-/Liegen inkl. Schirm). Freundliches Personal. Faire Preise für Getränke und Snacks (Niveau Deutschland). Alle sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Inhaberin ist sehr lösungsorientiert und liebt den Umgang mit ihren Gästen. Super Klimaanlage und tolle Seesicht. Parkplätze kostenfrei vor Ort. Einkaufsstrasse Faliraki in Gehdistanz. Es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau - da Preis - Leistung stimmt! Unser Appartement wurde leider keinen einzigen Tag geputzt, auch die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Deshalb war überall Sand und Haare - vor unserem „Einzug“ aber auch nicht wirklich sauber, was aber total ok war. Das Frühstück war sehr klein und einige Gäste haben es zusätzlich schwierig gestaltet, da sie ganze Brote genommen haben sobald es aufgefüllt wurde. Sehr mühsam für alle anderen und sicher auch für das Servicepersonal. Das war schon sehr speziell, so nach dem Motto „Es gibt so wenig, da nehmen wir alles für uns allein“ Ich würde ohne Frühstück buchen und dann alla cart bestellen. Das geht auch und ist sicher stressfreier.
• Inga (9/5): - Labai patiko, personalas labai paslaugus. Kambarys patogus, yra visko ko reikia, pas mus buvo net virtuvėlė. Tvarka, kaip pietų šalyje, labai gera, tvarkingas.
• Adrian (9/5): Super Hotel mit top Strandnähe - Sehr modernes Gelände nach Renovierungen. Nähe zum Strand ist unbezahlbar. Das Frühstück ist eher mager, man muss jede Gabel, Messer, Teller und Leitungswasser erfragen. Proaktiv wird leider nichts hergerichtet
• Melissa (9/5): - Nähe zum Zentrum Faliraki, der Bushaltestelle für Tagesausflüge und zum Meer war super. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anlage um den Pool und die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Ein zusätzlicher Tisch oder Kofferablage wäre im Zimmer noch praktisch. Ansonsten ist im Zimmer alles was man benötigt. Außerdem auch einen Kühlschrank, welcher bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen praktisch ist. Frühstück ist klein, aber ausreichend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
