- Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment in a new building. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen as in the description. Close to shops Unfortunately, it doesn't look as beautiful as in the photos. The problem is mold and weak ventilation in the rooms (I've got photos). We asked for mold removal from the walls in the rooms. The reaction was quick but unsatisfactory - cleaning service came to apartment but they did not remove the mold with specialized preparations. The mold was smeared on the walls with a sponge :( We asked for the mold removal second time, but no one came. The apartment should have a dehumidifier and the walls should be cleaned and painted.If you don't get rid of the mold, guests won't want to come.
- Hazan (7/5): Good - the balcony with bbq is nice. 2 nice showers the beds are not comfortable. the kitchen could have more forks and teaspoons. some of the electrinx devices do not match the plugs in the wall. must bring coordinator when coming.
- J (9/5): Overall great place, hosts polite and quick on response. Minor issues could be fixed. Recommend! - Quiet place, spacious English sockets, had to buy European adapters from store. Very strict contract, agreement that you will receive after the booking and will have only 4 hours to decline. Some major points should be already brought up on booking.com so not to confuse afterwards. (example max electricity use) Place is for 4 people and if you book only for 2, additional payment would be needed to add others (I haven't tried but it was stated in the contract) Phone written on official B&B webpage (bookings.stayshortlets.com) does not work, use one provided in booking.com. Payment system could be improved (had to contact host myself since from booking.com payment is not handled).
