Tatiana Roncato (8/5): Muit boa - • Facilidade de reserva: Foi muito fácil fazer a locação pelo Booking, e as fotos eram bastante realistas e condizentes com o local. • Beleza natural e localização: O local é muito bonito, de frente para o braço de rio e mar, com ampla área cercada de natureza. • Café da manhã: Saboroso e com atendimento solícito das funcionárias da cozinha; servido em área bonita, mesmo que pequena. • Chalé: Espaçoso para quatro pessoas, bonito, construído em madeira; toque rústico agradável. • Roupa de cama e toalhas: De boa qualidade, limpas e trocadas quando necessário. • Frigobar: Completo, com bebidas disponíveis, ajudando especialmente porque o restaurante não oferece refeições fora do café da manhã. • Escola de kitesurf: Excelente estrutura localizada dentro do próprio terreno. • Café da manhã: Pouco diversificado, sem opções sem glúten ou sem lactose; área pequena, especialmente quando há hóspedes externos presentes. • Atendimento e suporte: Não há equipe 24 horas; dificuldades em resolver problemas rapidamente. Durante a estadia, ficamos sem internet e televisão desde o primeiro dia, sendo apenas no penúltimo dia que nos ofereceram um novo local para ter internet. A equipe também aparentou não ter autonomia para solucionar problemas. • Manutenção e limpeza: Ralos entupidos nos chalés causam mau cheiro e vazamento de água para fora do chalé. Encontramos alguns bichinhos mortos debaixo da cama, indicando limpeza incompleta. • Chuveiro: Dá choque, o que é perigoso e desconfortável. • Iluminação: O chalé é um pouco escuro por dentro, tornando o ambiente menos agradável. • Restaurante: Não oferece refeições ou petiscos fora do café da manhã, limitando opções para quem chega da praia ou quer algo rápido. • Barulho: Durante nossa estadia, houve corte de madeira dentro do terreno, gerando barulho frequente. • Transporte: Não oferecem transporte de quadriciclo para a cidade, recurso que outras pousadas costumam oferecer pelo valor cobrado. • Chalé instável: Embora bonito, balança um pouco quando venta.
Cecile (7/5): Not bad but not good value for money - Well located, rooms are nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. Located Just behind two very loud bars in the evening, could hardly close our room and toilets door, safe did not work and lady never came to fix it although we asked when we arrived. Breakfast was good but ladies not very friendly. All of this would be acceptable if it was not so expensive, we expected a higher level of service for that price! We had stayed one night before in Atins in a hotel 3 times cheaper where staff was more available and friendly, breakfast was amazing, and with less noise.
Nicole (6/5): Déçue par l'hôtel, pas par Atins - Le concept de l'hôtel sur la plage, arrivée en bateau directement sur la plage de l'hôtel, le concept boutique hôtel moins de 10 chambres, la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel et ses infrastructures devaient certainement être très bien juste après sa construction, mais après des années et l'humidité locale, tout a très mal vieilli, ce n'est pas assez propre (le frigo sentait le poisson non avons dû demander à ce qu'il soit désinfecté), aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres (il y a des trous dans le sol), et plus énervant l'école de kite affiliée qui propose aussi des excursions, annonce un prix et au moment du départ le double, sans que l'on puisse faire quoique ce soit.

Edesio (9/5): Relaxing and pleasant - The staff is excelent. Artur the recepcionist and guide received us so well. Rosa and her statf made a delicious breakfast. The politeness and feeling to be welcome from the owners of Vila Vento made the difference.
Lars (9/5): You will not find any place nicer in Atins! - Excellent location directly on the beach, stylish Interieur, nice beach-bar in direct neighborhood. Arthur who runs the place is very helpful with any questions we had and speaks excellent English! Breakfast a la carte and delicious hand made juces! No Wifi at the veranda, Arthur is working on this. Moreover interruptions in the water and powersuply - but this was a general issue and I guess all if Atins was effected.
