• Nicola (9/5): Funky! - I loved that it was decorated for Halloween. You can tell the hosts take care of this place. I just wish the bed was comfier, but I guess that’s personal preference. I’d stay again.
• Rebecca (6/5): Polite but honest. - The owners were lovely, we didnt meet them in person but they kept in touch via message checking in to see if we were ok. I didn't have chance to see the messages until I got home as we were so busy but I thought it was nice of them to do that. They also did well with the space, it has everything you could possibly need from an accommodation. It was also quite clean and the location was perfect, close to the main attractions but far enough away that it was quiet. The little touches like having books for children to read and dvds in the hallway with a dvd player wired up in our room were something we don't see with alot of accommodations so that was nice. With some updates to the room we would stay again. There were a few things that as a family with young children we weren't happy with safety wise. The plug socket in the back bedroom is cracked and doesn't work properly, that needs fixing ASAP as that's a safety hazard. The shower was also mouldy around the bottom so I didn't feel comfortable using it for my children and we resorted to using showers at the waterpark instead. The air fryer is rusted past use inside and needs replacing. (The rest of the place was very clean though which was lovely). A couple of shelves and drawers were broken and the previous people had clearly stored tobacco in the drawer next to the bed and it hadn't been cleaned out (That was a very minor issue though).
• Brona (4/5): - The location was ideal for our planned visits to the beach, we had a car but it would have been possible to walk. There was also a small shop minutes walk which was handy for bread in the morning. We arrive with 2 toddlers later than we had anticipated, upon arrival both me and my friend spent a while messing with the locks, eventually called the host to find the code changed, we were given the new code and let in. Opening the door we were surprised to find the room unclean, again called the host who sent cleaners out within half hour. The cleaner was lovely and engaged with our over tired and hungry toddlers so the atmosphere wasnt too bad, but having nowhere clean to set the toddlers down so we could prepare food, unpack or really do anything enjoyable except watch the cleaners work, was not what I had planned when I booked the holiday. We also left a charger plugged in and the host 'will have to check' if its possible to post. After all this we were offered £20 back, I questioned it as after an entirely wasted evening with 2 toddlers I didnt feel that was enough. The host made a feeble attempt to resolve the situation but barley an apology, just passing the blame to the (lovely) cleaning company.

• Agnieszka (1/5): Disaster - This property is horrific. Dirty, smelly and disgusting. Please have a look at the date of the last reviews, there is nothing recent. No hot water. Avoid at all cost!

Different "apartments" different types of blackpool eg rock, circus ect.. any problems sorted straight away ;) Even books, buckets, spades for the kids Very nice and would definitely recommend Lovely staff💗 Nothing to not like. What you see if what you get It's generally lovely And all so helpful💙
• Yourboat23 (10/5): Great little apartment - Great location, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Had everything you would need for longer stays. Bathroom is off one of the bedrooms, fine for heavy sleepers but I can see it being an issue for light sleepers.

• Danielle (10/5): Blackpool rocks - The whole apartment is beautiful, we have stayed here 3 times this year and booked in for our next 3 holidays for next year also, it's just what is needed for my son who has special needs and spending numerous holidays on hotels and bnbs to then finding this gem has made my sons holidays so much more comfortable and enjoyable as he's felt more like he's at home with being in the flat ❤️ and Jo and Dan are brilliant and amazing hosts, my son loves this place that much he actually cried all the way home after our stay this week, so I have with Jo's kindness and magic booked back in for a little weekend get away in December for my boy ❤️ and he's excited because he's going to be in the circus suite which he's been desperate to be in since it had its make-over done, we can't wait to come back, I highly recommend blackpool stays there apartments are beautiful with stunning and quirky themes, (10/10 for cleanliness), (brilliant hosts 10/10 ) (10/10 comfortable) everything you need you have in the flat ❤️ There wasn't a thing we didn't like

• Danielle (10/5): Blackpool rocks ❤️ - Me and my autistic son has stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it. It's been hard to find somewhere for my 10 year old to feel like he's at home and he can be himself, he can't wait to come back in 3 weeks and then for next years holidays aswell which we are already booked in for ❤️ We had no complaints what so ever 10/10 apartment and host ❤️

Comfy cosy has essentials, toiletries(shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryer, towels, kitchen appliances cereals milk, tea, coffee, sugar, noodles ! Was just brilliant wee things for the kids to use books, games,dvds. Not to far away from shops if you drive it's a few minutes to supermarkets, 5 min to the beach front, will definitely book with jo and dan again cannot fault the place 😀our daughter has autism and she got to see the other suites she loves the themes she was very excited and enjoyed her stay, made it all the better for us! Thanks Jo & Dan! Hopefully see yous again.

• Vinton (8/5): Lovely stay for Pleasurebeach visit - The place was spotless, instructions before hand were excellent, nice location for the Pleasurebeach, less than a 20 minute walk. Parked right outside the apartment. The beds weren't too comfy but a lot of effort has obviously been made to make the rooms look nice and fresh. It was quite noisy with people coming and going from other flats through the night on our first night

The beds where comfortable and the kids loved playing in the garden Nothing at all can fault the accommodation or hosts

• Danielle (10/5): Brilliant little place to stay ❤️ - The whole property was great, the flat was just right for what me and my son needed, my son was so comfortable he felt as tho he was at home and wanted to live there permanently 🤣 Jo and Dan are great, we accidentally left a bag behind and they kindly kept it to one side and messaged to let me know as at the time I hadn't realised but when I came to unpack everything I noticed a bag was missing went to call the taxi firm as I thought I had left it in the boot but I had a message from Jo (owner) letting me know I had left it and they would keep it safe until I could collect it which was great, thank you so much and we can't wait for our 2 return visits in the summer holidays There was nothing we didn't like

We had a peaceful stay.I can say it was outstanding and we will definitely be booking again.The beach was not far in car . Overall i would definitely recommend this property . Everything was perfect

I would 1000% stay here again I come to Blackpool almost every weekend and staying in most accommodations this is by far the best the shower was hot the heating was adjustable for comftability I wished I could have stayed longer. • Geesmee (10/5): Excellent value accomodation - A good little apartment on a nice quiet street. Totally adequate for our requirements and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. In terms of value for money this place was great. Nothing to do with the apartment or owners but when travelling back and forth via the tram don't get off at the Pleasure Beach stop as it's a longer walk. The next stop after is less distance and a nicer walk going over the train station bridge to the other side.

• Eric (9/5): Superb - Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good location near to transport links and shops. I liked the decor as well. It was wonderfully peaceful too. Maybe a plug socket tower could be installed in the main bedroom? I could only find one to use near the bedside table.

• Rachel (8/5): Lovely stay for a weekend in Blackpool with the children - The extras in the kitchen, cereals, tomato sauce, milk. Also plenty of parking available. Could have done with some extra pillows. There was also a tea towel but could have done with some washing up liquid.

Homely Warm on a bonfire night when we walked in Great host, told them it was our child's birthday and they went out of their way to put banners up, balloons and chocolate for her. All we needed in the apartment and kitchen. Great hospitality. Very welcoming! Would definitely recommend! No lock on the bathroom door, needed when sharing with a child from the work place. Also, no, bathroom cosmetics. I forgot to bring my own so it's my fault.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - the apartment was very clean and tidy with plenty of space. It was about 10 mins walk to the pleasure beach and close to south shore. lots of shops and eateries nearby. It had on street parking and was close to main bus routes into town. fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
• Larissa (9/5): We had a lovely time, even in not so lovely weather. - Very close to shops, train station, the local airport and bus stops with several lines to and fro Blackpool Center. Blackpool promenade with the splendid view and the tram line is within 10 minutes walking distance. Carefully and cozily furnished. no wardrobes or hooks for wet jackets.

• Cheryl (8/5): Good but far - The apartment was clean and made up on our arrival with coffee, tea, and suger, the beds were a little uncomfortable but fine for one night. It is a very fresh and cosy little apartment, and we loved the pink. It says in the advertisement it is the blackpool rocks pleasure beach apartment but the pleasure beach is a twenty minute walk.
• Walker (10/5): We had a lovely stay, - The Property was very spacious, clean the beds was comfy, Wi-Fi worked brilliant, there was tea coffee and milk in fridge which was lovely to walk in and be able to have a drink, nice little Gesture for the children little bag of party ring and a stick of rock, I would really recommend this flat, and we will be back soon.
